Heike (7/5): Super Lage und geräumig - Die zentrale Lage ist super Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Thomas (5/5): - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt, man braucht kein Auto. Die Wohnung war warm. Die Ausstattung kann man als mittelmäßig bezeichnen, die Messer waren stumpf, kein Sieb vorhanden. Ein Essen zu kochen würde ich als schwierig zu bezeichnen. Der Warmwasser Boiler war undicht. Die Sofas waren durch gesessen, die Matratzen in dem einen Doppelbett hatten unterschiedliche Höhen. Der Flur hätte auch mal eine Reinigung nötig. Kurzum in der Wohnung muss man mal was machen und investieren.
Leheis (6/5): Lage Top 👍 Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft - Die zentrale Lage und die Sicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war teilweise kaputt (z. B. Sitzbank im Küchenbereich). Sauberkeit war auch sehr mangelhaft. Überall Spinnweben, Fenster waren nicht geputzt (Fingerabdrücke) und der Fußboden war staubig. Wir haben ganz oben gewohnt und es roch ständig nach Rauch. Raucherbereich war ganz unten aber es zog immer nach oben und war auch in der Wohnung zu riechen.
Wolfgang (5/5): - Wie schon von anderen beschrieben ist es eine Toplage. Direkt in der Altstadt mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Schloß. Aber leider hat diese Wohnung ihre besten Zeiten schon eine Weile hinter sich. Die Elektroanlage ist eine Katastrophe und die üblen Gerüche aus dem Bad sind schon sehr unangenehm.
angela (7/5): Wir hatten ein paar schöne Feiertage über Weihnachten. - Top Lage schöne Aussicht. Sehr große geräumige Wohnung. Reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Sehr übler Geruch aus dem Duschabfluss durchgehend. Zum Teil durchgelegene Matratzen. Es fehlte die Klappe beim Eisfach im Kühlschrank. Unübersichtliche Lichtschalter, viele ohne Funktion. Es fehlte ein Besen oder Staubsauger, genauso wie Müllbeutel.

Maria (6/5): Kurztripp Wernigerode - Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und war Telefonisch gut erreichbar. Die Lage der FeWo war sehr gut. Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle und Einkaufen war fussläufig alles erreichbar. Die Ausstattung hat für uns (Mutter/Tocher) ausgereicht. Leider waren noch ein paar Spinnweben am Fenster ohne Bewohner.

Sabrina (6/5): - Die Lage ist toll, nah am Markt. Die Aufteilung der Räume war ausreichend für 6 Personen. Die Elektrik muss erneuert werden. Von den Lampen, Lichtschalter waren nur wenige nutzbar. Im Geschirrspüler ist der Besteckkorb defekt. Die Vermieterin ließ auf sich warten, obwohl wir zuvor per Mail und SMS unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt haben. Sie ging dann auch erst beim 3. Anruf ans Telefon. Sie schien mit allem überfordert, war jedoch freundlich.

Amanda (6/5): Lovely location in a beautiful village. - Location was lovely and very close to the shops and restaurants. The view was lovely and only a short walk from the station. Well stocked kitchen Bathroom shower was broken and didn’t stay up. We had to manually hold the shower head. No hairdryer which would have been useful. Struggled to find the guesthouse as the photo on booking was out of date. Window frames had changed from blue to green and all the houses looked the same
