• Zorica (10/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Alles war modern, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft und die ruhige Umgebung hat für absolute Entspannung gesorgt. Genau der richtige Ort, um abzuschalten und die Zeit zu genießen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• Radek (10/5): - Úžasné místo, nádherný výhled. A sotva 2 km k lanovce. Perfektě vybavený apartmán a moc milý majitelé. O ničem nevím.
• Nenad (10/5): - Domaćin je bio ljubazan i veoma kooperativan. Ampartman je bio komforan i čist, kreveti udobni za spavanje. Napolju je bilo u jednom momentu -16 ali je svugde u apartmanu je bilo prijatno toplo. Apartman je bio opremljen sa svime što je potrebno da bi jedna porodica uživala u njemu. Dobar auto, dobar vozač i dobre zimske gume moraju da budu na autu da bi se stiglo do apartmana ako padne sneg neposredno pre dolaska.

Świetna ustronna lokalizacja z widokiem na miasto, zaledwie kilka minut samochodem do najbliższego wyciąg i parkingu. Łatwo można dotrzeć na stoki zarówno po stronie Bad Kleinkirchheim jak i St. Oswald. Mili i kontaktowi gospodarze.

• Marvin (10/5): Silvesterurlaub beim Rabensteiner - Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für eine Auszeit in Österreich benötigt. Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und echt geräumig. Der Ausblick über Bad Kleinkirchheim ist atemberaubend. Die Vermieter vor Ort sind super nett, hilfsbereit und immer für einen kleines Gespräch zu haben. Die Ruhe, die Natur und die Wanderwege direkt an der Unterkunft sind wunderschön. Wir würden die Wohnung (Dachgeschoss) jederzeit weiter empfehlen und kommen aufjedenfall wieder. Im Winter sind gute Winterreifen Pflicht, um die etwa 2km lange Auffahrt zur Ferienwohnung sicher fahren zu können.

• Martin (10/5): Eine wunderschöne Wohnung von mustergültigen Gastgebern - Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an super und schnell funktioniert. Vor Ort wurden wir direkt persönlich und herzlich begrüßt und auch die Woche wurde sich nach dem Befinden erkundigt oder beispielsweise neue Handtücher angeboten. Die Wohnung selbst war in perfektem Zustand und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein hochmodernes Badezimmer, sowohl ein gemütliches Bett, als auch eine gemütliche Schlafcouch und ein beheizter Skiraum. Wir waren wirklich vom ersten Moment an absolut begeistert. Zwar hatten wir als Flachlandbewohner vor der Anfahrt im Winter ein wenig Bammel, sind aber die ganze Woche ohne Schneeketten ausgekommen. Und die Aussicht in das Tal ist die Anfahrt auf jeden Fall wert. Leider endet die Bewertungsskala bei 10 Punkten.

• Martina (10/5): Fantastic Experience – Worth Coming Back - We stayed with our family (5 people) in the Top 4 apartment. The apartment is very spacious, clean, functional, and modernly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay and includes a large dining table. Both bedrooms feature very comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space; one has a large-screen TV, and there is another in the living room. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is slightly smaller but has a very spacious shower. The apartment building is located on a slope above Bad Kleinkirchheim, offering absolutely stunning views. The access road is quite steep, partly asphalt and partly gravel, so snow chains are necessary in case of snow. There is even the option to charge electric cars, a storage area for skis and ski boots, and ample parking space. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.

• Wolfgang (10/5): - Sehr gefallen hat uns die Lage, die Sauberkeit und die hochwertige Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Es war sehr ruhig und man hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf Bad Kleinkirchheim. Vor allem an heißen Tagen kühlt es nachts angenehm ab. Außerdem der sehr nette Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Auch bot sich uns die Möglichkeit unser E-Auto aufzuladen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

• Kay (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft, ruhige Lage mit sehr schönem Blick ins Tal, sehr nette Gastgeber - Wir haben die absolute Ruhe weit oberhalb des Ortes, den damit verbundenen tollen Blick ins Tal, die umfangreiche Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, die Gastfreundlichkeit genossen und in unserem speziellen Fall auch die tolle Hilfsbereitschaft sehr geschätzt.. Für uns war die Unterkunft ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in den Nockbergen und an die Kärtener Seen. Wir möchten uns sehr herzlich bei den Gastgebern bedanken und empfehlen sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiter. Herzliche Grüße aus dem (H)Erzgebirge

• Bartosz (10/5): Eva & Peter thanks again we felt in your apartment like home. - I highly recommend apartment Top 2. It is huge, modernly furnished, everything is absolutely new. The kitchenette is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, the bathroom is spacious with a nice big shower. The view from the windows and balcony is simply phenomenal - a panorama of the town of Bad Kleinkirchheim from above. It was a ski trip, we used the ski room, everything was at hand. Ski resort is really close, just few minutes driving by car. Around the building there is beautiful nature, peace and quiet - an ideal place to relax. The hosts were very nice, helpful and available. I recommend this place to all, families or individuals. If I will again visit Bad Kleinkirchheim I will definitely choose Rabensteiner! All was perfect ;)
• Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - Winter holiday, 2 adults. We stayed in the Top 4 apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor under the roof. The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean and very efficiently and modernly furnished. Large hallway, 2 bedrooms and living room with kitchenette. Toilet separate, bathroom smaller, with spacious shower. The bedrooms have very comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space. Kitchenette furnished with everything you need, also a large table, large screen TV in the living room and bedroom. WiFi signal worked perfectly. The whole apartment house is on a slope, high above Bad Kleinkirchheim, so the view from the balcony is really breathtaking. Parking is right in front of the house, the access road is up a steeper hill, asphalt and then a paved forest path. In winter, if there is a lot of snow, it is a good idea to bring chains. The owners are very nice and helpful, thank you very much for everything. The surroundings of Bad Kleinkirchheim are beautiful, the conditions for winter sports are great...slopes and cross-country skiing track. And an evening stay in the spa is also not to be missed. Overall I rate it as one of our best winter holidays. Nothing.

This was not issue for us, just heads up.
• Katalin (9/5): Excellent place to get away while having full comfort in the middle of the mountains. - Pefect location, super clean and new apartman, beautiful view to the mountains and to the valley of Bad Kleinkirchheim. We suggest mosquito net on the windows, we could have enjoyed more the fresh air while staying in the house.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. It was very clean, enough space with 4 children. Plenty of options locally. We can only recommend the house! A washing machine would have been useful for us, but it is not a standard equipment, of course. Also, we would have been happy with a mosquito net. Fortunately, there were no mosquitoes, only flies.
