- Martina (5/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr abgewohnt und nicht mehr schön. Balkon ist schmuddelig, keine Aufenthaltsqualität. In der Dusche konnten mein Mann und meine Söhne nicht stehen. Im Haus gab es Bauarbeiten. Achtung, es ist nur ein Teil eines großen Apartments, was nicht sofort erkennbar ist, wenn nur noch 1 Teil frei ist. Es ist kein wirkliches Apartment, es fehlt eine Küche. Die Beschreibung ist sehr irreführend. Preis-Leistung stimmt in keinster Weise.

Rusty washing machine (unusable) No water to drink except what’s charged No kettle. No mugs/cups. Terrible shower. One thing to be wary of - I gave my card to charge for 3 hours of early checkin, and post that I have had many false charges on my card from Italian websites etc. So beware
- Egidijus (3/5): One of the worst stay - Not the property I booked , they move in to neighbourhood apartments ,apartment was flooded I been informed my manager, Shower didn't work properly, radiator almost full now from the wall hanging on one screw, around the sink is the dirt ,Very unpleasant, bed mattress very uncomfortable way to hard , so many mosquitoes my son wake up covered in mosquito bites..

- Irina (10/5): Beautiful penthouse/ presidential suite in an excellent location - Excellent location in the middle of the shopping area and very close to the Duomo and Alla Scala. Great terrace perfect for breakfasts in the sun. Very clean and with all the items you may need. Staff are very friendly and helpful There is a table and chairs but a sofa would have been welcome. The rooms communicate through the wardrobes so you can hear everything what happens in the other room
