Lars (3/5): Wer´s mag... - Die Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig. Die Ausstattung ist auf das Nötigste begrenzt und somit sind die Zimmer rein funktional.

Ben (9/5): Great for a group trip in the area! - Apartment itself is per pictures, clean and modern refurbishment. Highly recommend for a cheap group trip given the space / beds available. Easy location, and the host was super responsive and provided a free ultra late check out when we needed it most - Super appreciated! Had two fridges and everything needed to cook/self sustain. Per other reviews, the building and 'vibe' from the outside may be off putting for some. But the apartment itself is newly renovated and met expectations per pic/descriptions. But otherwise, it's not at all an 'unsafe' area or building itself, but I understand how some might find the first glance unappealing. Yes the beds/mattress aren't top tier, but they aren't cardboard either.

Jersey (2/5): Nicht mal für Monteure geeignet. - Sitzbank Küche, TV. Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig, das Haus sah aus, als ob es dort mal gebrannt hätte, Dreckig, voller Müll in der Umgebung. Überall Müll hinter und vor dem Haus, die Bettlaken waren Fleckig, die Wohnung war fleckig, Staubig, überall Risse und löscher in den Wänden, Wände beschmutzt, Schränke teilweise kaputt, 10min lang kein warmes Wasser. Die Betten bzw. Federn haben in den Rücken gedrückt. Ganz ganz schlimm.
Lukas (7/5): Erfüllt den Zweck! - Lage zum Event-Ort war perfekt, in der Nähe gibt es auch div. Supermärkte Die Wohnungen sind sehr ringhörig, die Betten (Matrazen) leider sehr hart und unbequem. Unser Aufenthalt von DO-SO war grundsätzlich gut. Aber am Freitagmorgen zu früher Stunde begannen in einer Wohnung direkt nebenan die Sanierungs- und Spitzarbeiten, was das Schlafen unmöglich gemacht hat.

Christian (7/5): Gute Wohnung für eine Nacht oder Monteure - Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber und wirkte frisch renoviert. Auch die Möbel waren so gut wie neu. Da Gebäude von außen sieht aus als müsste es angerissen werden. Die Betten waren zwar auch neu, aber nicht wirklich bequem. Für Familien nicht geeignet.
Axel (7/5): - Die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich sauber und wirkt teilweise erst neu eingerichtet. Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine oder auch der Boden wirken sehr neu. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell. WLAN ist sehr gut, Fernseher sind in jedem Zimmer. Die teilweise sehr schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Schließlich steht in der Beschreibung "Monteurwohnung". Teile der Einrichtung wirken schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und weisen ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren auf, z. B. vom Kalk zerfressener Spiegel im Bad, Flecken auf den Jalousien. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach und mager. Über einen weiteren Stuhl oder kleinen Tisch hätte ich mich gefreut. Größtes Manko ist der äußere Eindruck des Hauses, welches sehr abschreckend ist, aber von der Wohnung selbst nicht bestätigt wird. Insgesamt ist für die magere Ausstattung und den Gesamteindruck der Preis sehr hoch angesetzt.

Vladimir (1/5): - Wohnung war komplett verdreckt alte fettige Flecken Geschirr komplett dreckig Schränke in der Küche dreckig nach Telefonat mit Eigentümer ist nichts passiert angeblich putzt da regelmäßig eine Firma Wohnung wurde nach meiner Meinung nach einigen Wochen nicht geputzt!!!!!!!! Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!

Armin (4/5): - Einfache Ausstattung. In den Schlafzimmer stehen nur jeweils 2 Betten und ein kaum zu nutzender Schrank. Keine Nachttische. Keine zweite Beleuchtung (Nachtisch Lampe etc.) Keinerlei Dekoration. Bild etc. Treppenhaus schmuzig. Das ganze machte ein sehr leblosen Eindruck.

Francesca (6/5): Aufenthalt - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig buchen mussten, da unsere eigentliche Unterkunft uns hängen gelassen hat. Wir konnten innerhalb von 2 Stunden einchecken. Es wurde sich auch darum gekümmert, dass vor unserer Anreise alles noch einmal gesäubert wurde. Leider waren in unseren Augen die Matratzen nicht die neuesten und besten. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.
