The property's phone number is wrong on booking.com. The shower was not working. We contacted the property thru booking.com at 7:42 a, they answered at 6:49 pm with a rude answer that we are not telling the truth. Very dirty and not as described. The light was not working and we had to fix it. Ended up with relatives due to the terrible situation. The area is very unpleasant. The train adjacent to the apartment would shake the apartment continuously. Nothing to like in this property. It is a scam. The property's phone number is wrong on booking.com. • Jessica (1/5): Schimmel und Fäkalien, widerlich - Ich rate ab hier zu buchen. Es war leider sehr schmutzig. Fäkalien auf der Toilette, Fugen in dusche und restlichem Bad voll verschimmelt. Duschwand fehlte usw. Es war wirklich unterirdisch! WLAN funktioniert nicht, Spüle und Herd siffig. Es wurde nach dem letzten Besuch sicher nicht gereinigt. Keine Einsicht bei Telefonat mit dem Vermieter. Was erwarte man denn für den Preis, und für Monteure sei das ausreichend war die Antwort. Wir frech, sind Monteure keine Menschen???? Sucht euch was anderes. Aufpassen, dieser Vermieter bietet mehrere Wohnungen an.

• Dominik (1/5): Absage der Buchung am Anreisetag! - Auf Anfrage der genauen Adresse am Anreisetag hat der Vermieter kurz vor dem geplanten Check-In mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung doppelt gebucht wurde und ich mir eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suche solle. So eine kurzfristige Absage auf erneute Nachfrage ist vollkommen inakzeptabel! Auf die Frage zur Rückerstattung der bereits bezahlten Miete kam keine Antwort mehr. Ich kann aufgrund dieser durchweg negativen Erfahrung nur dringend von einer Buchung abraten!
