• Julia (6/5): Poorly maintained apartment - The apartment is located in a quiet area, its spacious for a family of four. The apartment is rated 10 on the booking platform, but in reality it does not meet expectations at all. Even though the listing mentions a recent renovation, the place feels old and clearly needs a full update. Furniture, appliances, and the general condition of the apartment look quite worn out. When we arrived, we found that the double beds were made with single bed sheets. At first, the host said that double sheets simply don't exist there. After we insisted, he agreed to change them and arranged free of charge cleaning, but only provided one double sheet. The one he brought had a big hole right in the middle. Another double bed again was made with single sheet. There’s very poor ventilation throughout the apartment. The only one solution is just opening the windows or using the air conditioner. There is no proper ventilation at all, especially in the bathroom. The dishwasher is in bad shape. You have to pull hard to open or close it, which really should only be done by an adult. Some parts inside are loose, and the rubber seals and metallic frame are coming off. The bathtub drain is completely clogged. Water does not go down properly and starts to overflow onto the bathroom floor. If you take a longer bath, it even spills out into the hallway. The washing machine clearly hasn’t been cleaned or maintained since it was bought. Old dirt is visible inside, and it feels very unpleasant to use. Cleaning in the apartment is very poor. Dust has gathered in clumps all over the place. It was honestly quite disgusting. When we were checking out, the host directly asked us to leave a 10 rating. He mentioned that he usually asks guests to do that, or at least to leave a 9 if they don't want to give a 10. In our opinion, this apartment doesn’t deserve that kind of rating at all — not for its price, not for its location, and definitely not for its quality. The location is also not ideal for tourists.
• Anush (10/5): Perfect stay! - Cosy and impeccably clean apartment with a modern, minimalistic design. Located in a calm and beautiful district — probably one of the best in the city. Just a few minutes from the metro, which made getting around super easy. Perfect stay!

The check-in process was very quick and easy and the building looked very secure and safe. One of our best stays in the city. The location was a bit far from all the main tourist attractions.

It's perfectly clean and the host is very accommodating. There is plenty of space for a family with children or 5-6 friends.
