(5/5): Good apartment, excellent location, but hosts are not professional - Clean New Location very good, especially for walkers Shower Safe Balcony Surrounding Supermarket and bus stop nearby (walking distance) The apartment was not silent; we could clearly hear guests upstairs walking. During our 9-night stay, nothing was added (e.g., dish soap) or cleaned. The kitchen inventory was inconsistent and some items were damaged; the mirror battery was empty. Although the reservation was guaranteed by credit card, the hosts requested an additional deposit via another bank card in advance. This was later withdrawn after Booking.com customer service intervened. The final cleaning fee is a hidden cost and far too high; better value can be found elsewhere where cleaning is included. The hosts gave a New Year’s Eve gift to all guests, which was a nice gesture, but they made a distinction in who received what. This felt extremely unprofessional. The so-called “lounge” is actually a basic, unattractive room where even the vacuum cleaner was visible, and we never met any other guests there. There was no explanation on how to use the PS4. Throughout the building, there is extensive written information about rules and costs, and even tea and coffee in the lounge are not free. In the apartment, waste must be separated into five bins, yet many kitchen appliances are cheap and unnecessary. Overall, the approach felt patronizing and inconsistent with the apartment’s environmental message. Towels were poorly cleaned. There is no washing machine for own use. The bed became too warm and its sled-shaped end could be dangerous. Room temperature could not be adjusted, and we had to adapt to the hosts’ preferred billing time. The hosts showed little interest or initiative. The price–quality ratio is poor.

marco (10/5): - Sicuramente la posizione in alto e senza nulla davanti ma solo campi non ha prezzo, ovviamente di contro ha che spesso per scendere devi farti 4 / 5 km. ma il paesaggio è bellissimo Veramente Nulla, tutto perfetto. ho avuto due piccoli problemi risolti immediatamente. L' unica pecca ma lo inserisco come consiglio per loro, di mettere delle luci sopra al tavolino più alte perchè sono veramente troppo basse, luce gialla. ma ripeto è una critica costruttiva perchè non ho trovato nulla di negativo.

Sharp (10/5): Super! - We had a super stay! The apartment was very nicely renovated with a stylish but cosy feel. The kitchen was well supplied with all the utensils and condiments we needed, the bathroom had a great walk in shower, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable! The location was also great, hidden away in the mountains yet with great access to the road towards the Dolomites. What was also nice was the selection games down in the common room. For us, the balcony was a lovely extra, and a great way to enjoy an evening after a long day of hiking! Would 100% stay again! Nothing!

Anna (10/5): Lovely new house and a great value deal - We had a great time in one of the apartments. Plenty of space and a very well equipped kitchen. The building is newly renovated and is well located for hikes and cycling tours. Very quiet area where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning without any cars and noise. The kitchen table is great, but you can hardly use it for two persons since there is a heavy shelf on the way that is fixed to the wall. Was not possible for us to make any space to sit comfortably. But since it was nice outside, we used the balcony table for having our meals.
