• alexandros (3/5): The place and rooms have amazing views, but the owner’s behavior is unacceptable, so I wouldn’t recommend going there. - Our stay at this property in Austria unfortunately turned what was meant to be a athletic ski focused trip into a source of daily stress. Upon arrival, one of my friends entered the premises and used a toilet, not knowing that the building had separate living areas (upper and lower floors). This was never clearly explained beforehand. Instead of calmly clarifying the situation, the host started screaming, questioning his ethics, and accusing him of “using other people’s house,” creating an extremely uncomfortable and aggressive first impression. The stress continued throughout the stay. When it was time to change towels, one small face towel was missing from the bathroom floor where used towels were placed. Without any attempt to discuss it calmly, the host immediately accused us of stealing and sent messages demanding the towel be returned within 8 hours or we would be charged €15. This accusation was both unfair and insulting. The host also made constant trouble over our friends dad, even though he only visited briefly to help us to prepare our evening meals and did not stay overnight or use any facilities. She insisted he should pay as an additional guest, which was completely unreasonable and refused him entry multiple times. Recycling was another constant source of tension. We fully respect environmental rules and made every effort to adapt to the local recycling system, which is different and more complex than what we are used to in Greece. However, the host demanded extremely specific and confusing procedures, insisted we buy special compost bags ourselves (which she did not provide), and continuously complained — especially during the first days when shops were closed due to our Saturday arrival. Even after complying, she kept finding new issues to stress us about. Most concerning of all was the complete lack of respect for our privacy.

• Remo (10/5): Top!!! Het ontbrak aan niets - De locatie ligt op 1000 meter. Mooi uitzicht. Natuur en rustig. De gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid ter plekke. Auto mocht in de garage van eigenaren staan. Elke ochtend verse broodjes ,naar eigen keuze ,om 7:00 voor de deur. Helemaal niets.
