Matthias (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt in der Nähe des Hafens Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, so dass wir aus der Wohnung darunter jedes Wort verstehen konnten, und auch das endlose KIndergeheule. Die Wohnung ist sehr schlecht geplant seitens des Architekten, Duschen in der Badewanne unter einer Dachschräge mit nur 1 m hoch gefliest geht überhaupt nicht. Es sind viele kleine Details in der Wohnung, die nicht passen.

Christian (8/5): Schöne FeWo Anlage für Familien ohne hohen Anspruch an Ruhe - schöne moderne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung großzügiger Garten mit schönem Baumbestand für Kinder zum Spielen Gute zentrale Lage in Born Die Kopfsteinpflasterstraße ist je nach FeWo recht laut zu hören Zimmer sind recht hellhörig gegenüber Nachbarschaftsgeräuschen teilweise Rückstau von notwendigen Reparaturen
Toni (6/5): War ok aber ich würde die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen - - Schlüsselsafe mit code - schöne Lage - viel Platz - bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft nicht gereinigt (dafür gab es eine finanzielle Entschädigung) - unfreundlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort mit wenig Vorschlägen zur Verbesserung der Lage (Zuständige Person vom Verein wesentlich hilfsbereiter und lösungsorientiert) - eine gelistete Couch war nicht vorhanden, dadurch gab es nur wenig Komfort am Abend (Ansprechpartner vor Ort zeigte auch hier kein Verständnis sondern antwortete „dass die Couch schon seit Jahren nicht kaputt sei) - undichte bzw. Nicht vorhandene Fliegengitter, was das Lüften schwer machte - Wohnung sehr dunkel, somit musste auch tagsüber Licht angeschaltet sein
