La struttura è piuttosto datata, ho prenotato una stanza Deluxe senza pretendere esattamente il lusso, consiglio però una ristrutturazione generale a partire dal bagno! La doccia con la tenda proprio no! Linoleum bocciato! Stanza al terzo piano con scale anch’esse da ristrutturare e non comode per persone agees! Auto da lasciare al parcheggio e super salita per arrivare alla struttura, io sono allenata ma qualcun altro magari no! La mamma di Francisco molto cordiale.
• Manoel (7/5): Bellissimo soggiorno, ci ritornerei volentieri, complimenti all’ Host - Mi è piaciuto in primis l’ospitalità della Host, signora gentilissima simpaticissima e cordiale, messo a disposizione zona alta del piano (mansarda) per preparare colazione in zona adibita, con tutti i sevizi e accessori possibili. Bellissimo anche all’ingresso della struttura, mette a disposizione ciabatte per salire scale e accesso alle camere, fornendo anche tutti accessori per la pulizia delle scarpe, tanti piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza, pratici, semplici e funzionali, come anche del resto sia nella camera che nell’appartamento Nel totale.. Bellissima la posizione, collegata benissimo pochissimi km da Merano, e meno di 1:30 dal Passo Del Brennero. Ospitalità da 10, gestione clienti 10 anche a distanza, ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste, situata di fronte al Santuario della Madonna Addolorata (bellissima chiesa da visitare) che a mio avviso non ha dato nessun tipo di fastidio, suona ogni 15min e le campane la domenica mattina suona per 15 min consecutivi al mattino, l’host ha pensato anche a questo, mettendo a disposizione tappi per le orecchie, geniale! Stanze pulitissime compreso l’intera struttura. Ci ritornerei volentieri, un complimento va ai proprietari (host) della struttura, allego piccoli scatti del soggiorno, davvero affascinato del mio soggiorno, oltre le aspettative. La struttura è molto bella nel complesso, ma vedendo com’è situata con diversi accessi, si potrebbe evitare di fare il giro intero dalla zona parcheggio all’ingresso principale della struttura, per una questione di comodità con i bagagli, considerando che ha accesso che arrivano direttamente al parcheggio dalla zona giardino, sarebbe molto più bello e comodo salire direttamente da lì.

• Stefania (9/5): Ci ritornerei - Essendo che abbiamo prenotato 4 camere, siamo riusciti ad avere tutto il terzo piano per noi e la cucina comune a nostro uso esclusivo Bellissima struttura e bell’ambiente Se proprio devo trovare una cosa negativa, posso dire che l’isolamento non é il massimo (ma noi non abbiamo avuto problemi essendo tra noi amici)

• Martin (9/5): Authentische, schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Bus von Meran gut erreichbar. In der kleinen Gemeinschaftsküche kann man super den Abendessen und das Frühstück zubereiten. Außerdem ist es schön dort zu verweilen.

Não falava que tinha cozinha compartilhada entre os quartos, literalmente a cozinha fica no meio dos quartos com isso barulhos são gerados. O lugar tem mais uma forma de hostel do que hotel ou pousada, não sendo compatível com a descrição e proposta do booking.

Persone gentili e sempre disponibili a risolvere i problemi. Belli gli arredi La posizione è un po’ distante dalla statale; purtroppo non è possibile arrivare con l’auto all’ingresso della struttura per i bagagli e il parcheggio pubblico, comodo è sempre disponibile, si trova a breve distanza ma tutta in salita. Nella struttura le 4 camere Sono tutte al terzo piano senza alcun ausilio per i bagagli. Purtroppo il meteo è stato inclemente nei giorni del soggiorno con punte di oltre 37 gradi, decisamente anomali, e la mancanza di un condizionatore ha penalizzato fortemente il soggiorno con notti insonni.
• BERGOGNINI (10/5): - La struttura è nel cuore di un piccolissimo centro antico ci sono due chiese un bosco e un meleto, non mancano un buon ristorante e delle birrerie e un market la posizione consente di raggiungere facilmente Merano e altre mete. Certamente ci torneremo.
