Polecam. - Lokalizacja, fantastyczna dla przemieszczających się samochodem. 20 min od lotniska i 10 min do centrum Pizzo. 5 min. do autostrady. 200 m do morza ( plaża szeroka i piaszczysta, piękne zachody słońca). Restauracja na plaży i pizzeria 2 min. drogi przy głównej ulicy. Obok stacja benzynowa. Kawiarnia na dole z pyszną kawą i obłędnymi lodami. Wydaje się że obiekt nie ma pokojów z widokiem na morze (zachód). Mój pokój z widokiem na góry (wschód) miał raczej widok na remontowany budynek i inne domy. Ale to najmniej istotne w całym pobycie.

• James (5/5): very poor customer service experience - room and service not as expected - clean comfortable room communication with the management was misleading I requested a room with a bath tub and was told, during booking it was available. However upon arrival our room had no tub, when I questioned this I was told the room with the tub had a problem, which they could not address during the Christmas period, so was not available. There was no communication about this prior to our arrival and left us no time to rebook a place with a tub. I feel this was simply an opportunity to ensure they kept the booking and made the money. The booking also said we had to request our breakfast the day before, so and verified that they had received it. Yet upon arrival I was told there was no breakfast available, as the kitchen was closed. This left us unprepared, even though there was a fridge in the room which we could have used had we known in advance. It may have been that we were booking in the off season, but if there is a problem with the requested room they should have told us in advance. I had specifically selected this location as it had a bath tub, which was requested and agreed to. The management communication related to these was poor and they simply wanted to make sure we were coming. We were very disappointed by this. I can not recommend this location as a result of thus poor customer service experience.

• emiranda (7/5): - The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was delicious. There was a leak in the shower which was not fixed during our stay, also, we were not offered to stay in another room that doesn't have a leaking shower.
• Paolo Giovanni (1/5): Escrementi di volatili sui balconi - 1) ho prenotato per 3 adulti e una bambina, ma a causa di ricovero urgente di mia madre in ospedale io non ho alloggiato alla struttura mandando solo mia moglie e le mie 2 figlie. Non solo non hanno rimborsato la mia assenza, ma mi hanno fatto pagare anche le tasse di soggiorno.... Una vergogna!!! 2) Escrementi di volatili sui balconi 3) Scomodo potare le valige senza ascensore
• Christine (8/5): - Zimmer geräumig oberhalb einer sehr guten Eisdiele Lüftung im Bad sehr laut; Auch die Klimaanlage schaltet sich immer wieder geräuschvoll an und aus (vermutlich um die Temperatur zu halten).

• Jessica (10/5): - Camera pulita e molto silenziosa, ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal centro di pizzo quindi lontana dal caos e comoda per parcheggio. Il mare è a 100 metri ed è meraviglioso. La signora Rossana è una padrona di casa attenta, gentile e molto disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti. Da provare il tartufo di Pizzo in gelateria, tra i migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Sicuramente consigliato! Aggiungerei due ganci per appendere gli asciugamani. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
• Rocco (9/5): - Struttura bella e accogliente a due passi da un mare stupendo, la proprietaria una persona distinta, disponibile e attenta ai dettagli. La camera era dotata di tutti i confort e la gelateria al piano terra riserva un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Ci ritornerò.

• Ricci (9/5): - Gentili e accoglienti,e nella pasticceria, gelateria annessa si possono degustare tartufi e brioche con gelato con gusti originali e molto buoni.Hanno anche la possibilità di parcheggio riservato e sono a soli 200 metri circa dal mare raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
• Mohamed Elamine (9/5): - The property is so clean and calm, near the beach. The host was very nice and helpful, I had a problem with the payment, she was super understanding and helpful. The parking is problem a little bit.
• Anastasija (8/5): Good stay for one night! - The hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. Free parking is available on-site, though spaces are limited, with additional parking nearby. One of the city's most popular cafés, known for its traditional local desserts, is conveniently located right on the hotel grounds. Despite all the good aspects, the beds were not very comfortable. Another issue was that almost none of the staff spoke English. However, all our concerns were addressed, and they even called us after we checked out to inform us that we had left some personal items in the room, which was very thoughtful of them.

I didn’t like because when you leave your room the air conditioning shut off, tv didn’t have didn’t work, not enough bath towels for every other day replacement, special been near a beach area clients . The shower leaking water on the floors we had to use part of our towel to assorted the water. Otherwise I loved the place and I would stay there again if this issues will be addressed.
