• Pamela (3/5): Pessimo. - Appartamento grande ma con un solo bagno praticamente. Pazzesco che si trovino affitti di casa propria, dove uno ci abita praticamente! Oggetti personali sparsi nelle casa su ogni mobile, nei cassetti del bagno, in camera, in frigo, in cucina il pane muffito di giorni! Vergognoso!
• Karin (7/5): - Es gab ein schönes Fleckchen im Garten-wo wir in der Sonne unser Abendessen genießen konnten.
• Jörg (10/5): - Sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird und noch einiges mehr. Sehr bequeme Betten und sogar ein kleiner Fitnessraum der benutzt werden konnte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Um die Ecke ist ein Edeka ,also war auch das Einkaufen ein Kinderspiel. S- Bahnstation vor der Haustür von wo man in 5 Minuten am Hbf ist. Straßenbahnstation auch sehr nahe. In ca. 20 min ist man mit der U73 in der Altstadt. Und Düsseldorf ist sowieso eine atemberaubende Stadt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt,wir würden wiederkommen
• María Eugenia (6/5): - Es una casa adosada de tres pisos. La habitación del tercer piso no tiene baño. Está en una zona muy tranquila. Se puede aparcar en la calle. La cocina está muy bien equipada aunque no usamos prácticamente nada. La temperatura de la casa era muy escasa teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en diciembre, en la planta baja tiene un aparato de aire acondicionado pero calentaba fundamentalmente la planta baja, a duras penas llegaba al tercer piso. Por otra parte la ropa de cama es de escasa calidad, con unos rellenos en las fundas nórdicas muy débiles. Pasamos frío. La iluminación de la habitación principal también es insuficiente. Tiene demasiadas cosas personales, gafas, comida en la nevera, en los armarios de la cocina, ropa, calcetines, camisas... documentos de trabajo.

• Ursula (10/5): 10 von 10 – perfekter Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht! - Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von unserem Gastgeber Dirk empfangen. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns die Wohnung in Ruhe zu zeigen und alle technischen Details zu erklären. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt – bei einem kleinen Problemchen war er auch sofort zur Stelle und hat es umgehend gelöst. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Schmuckstück: zwar denkmalgeschützt, aber innen sehr modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, mit moderner Technik, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Alles war absolut sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Check-in und Check-out waren völlig unkompliziert und entspannt. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: direkt an einer S-Bahn-Station, von der aus man in nur etwa 15 Minuten mitten in Düsseldorf ist. Parken war überhaupt kein Problem, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke – perfekt für Selbstversorger. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt, bei dem einfach alles gepasst hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden bei unserem nächsten Düsseldorf-Besuch sehr gerne wiederkommen.

• Isabell (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft! - Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und ausgebaut. Es wurde alles sehr schön und durchdacht renoviert. Alle Lichter können auch per Sprachassistent gesteuert werden. Es gab ein umfassendes Home-Entertainment-System. Das Hauptbett ist ein Wasserbett und war sehr bequem. Ein sehr großes Hauptbad mit Badewanne und sehr großer Dusche, sowie ein kleines "Gästeklo" sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr sauber, hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr nahe ein Edeka zum einkaufen. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir waren zu Dritt für einen Familienbesuch dort und kommen gerne wieder!! 😉

• Sarah (9/5): A charming house to stay in a lovely area of Duesseldorf. Three levels give a feeling of large space and provides privac - This renovated heritage listed house is a lovely property in a location with great access to public transport. Two bedrooms and a living space are hard to find, and this house has a great layout that provided space and privacy. Great kitchen facilities and a robo-vacuum cleaner! I especially enjoyed watching the horses in a nearby paddock while brushing my teeth in the bathroom. For long stays, access to the washing machine would have been helpful. The main bed is a water bed! Which was unexpected but we got used to it.
• Michael (1/5): Not recommended. - It was clean. It did not feel like a rental property, it was clearly the owners personal dwelling with his food, mail, toiletries, possessions everywhere. The owner kept showing up unannounced, the key card system did not work. The owner accused me of having extra guests staying in the property, even though I provided proof that my brother and cousin were staying in a nearby hotel. He harassed me for extra money and made us feel very unwelcome. In the end we checked out a day early because his actions made it impossible to enjoy staying there.
• Gunnar (9/5): Tatsächlich ein Schmuckstück in ruhiger Gegend. - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allen Küchengeräten, die man sich vorstellen kann. Edeka 10 min, S-Bahn 10 min entfernt.
• Sükru (8/5): Kurzurlaub mit Freunden in einer schönen Wohnung mit sehr guter Verbindung in die Düsseldorfer Altst - Sehr nah zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Lebensmittel Geschäft. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Top Wohnung

• M (9/5): Nice and quiet house, close to the train station and easy access to the Dusseldorf city center. - It's a nice 3 storey house, a comfortable stay for 3 people. The house is an open plan on all three floors, it has a wood stove in the living area, it warms you up in the winter, like it did for our stay in December. The house is in a nice and quiet area, which is also close to the train station. It's 5 minute train journey to Düsseldorf train station. The communication with the host was good and easy over the booking.com app and WhatsApp.
