- Leonard (8/5): Good apartment, clean but hard to park our car. - Nice apartment in the city of Trento. Parking was quite hard since the reservation of the parking area was not possible due to work in progress. The communication was quite complicated, emails haven't been answered.

- Tünde (8/5): Good for a short trip - It was good location, walking distance from the centre. Air-conditioning worked well. The kitchen was not very well-equipped, we missed basic supplies like salt, oil, etc. The apartment is next to a bar and the windows are not really soundproof so it was loud in the evening.

No cutting board or small bowels for Breakfast for either apartment The communication was non existent, I had booked a room and then a friend decided to join. I repeatedly asked if they could put in 2 x single beds and never a reply so I landed up having to book a 2 nd one which had a double and single bed!! The check-in instructions were in Italian and they did not even have the courtesy to use Google translate. Would not recommend to anyone

- Σ. (1/5): Nothing like the description – disappointing experience - My stay at this property was disappointing. First of all, the “view” mentioned in the listing simply doesn’t exist. What you actually see from the window is a roof under construction (photo attached as proof). It feels closed-in, with little natural light or any sense of an outside space. Secondly, cleanliness was far below expectations. The pillowcases, duvet, and towels had a strong, unpleasant odor, as if they hadn’t been properly washed. This made the stay quite uncomfortable. Communication with the host was difficult and rude. I clearly stated that I don’t speak Italian, but they continued giving instructions only in Italian, with no effort to help or clarify. When I asked for assistance, the response was cold and dismissive: “It’s all written.” I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are much better options in the area with honest descriptions and respectful communication.

- Cesar (8/5): Very good - The heating radiator did a lot of noise with a buble sond and in front of the apartment there is a bar, so you hear the music all nigth long. The electric anafe did not work or we did not know how to make it work.

- Fiona (7/5): Good spacious studio apartment - A nice spacious room with a very ccomfortable bed. However, I would call it a studio apartment not a one bedroom apartment. There was only one big bedroom with kitchen attached. Communication with owners was very poor. Often no answer to questions or very very slow to respond. Also kitchen very poorly equipped, I had to buy a corkscrew!

They messaged me multiple times asking for details and tax but then when I asked them if they could refund the excess tax I had to leave due to no change, of course, no response. Terrible customer service.

The kitchen should have been equipped much better - then the mark would be much higher. And of course - sometimes hard contact with the owner, only by booking and only in Italian;/
