• David (10/5): Quite an exceptional BnB with a very modern European flair, yet very comfortable, located just 5 minutes from Puerto del - The property is spacious, well appointed and maintained. The decor and fixtures are ultra modern, the kitchen is well supplied with high quality appliances, cookware and dishes. We stayed iMadrid in especially hot weather and were unable to figure out how to turn on two of the ceiling fans. Given that it was early July, we could not understand why, as is in so many European lodgings, a winter comforter is in the duvet on the beds with no alternative top bedcover. Finally, each time that the property was contacted by us in English, although the response was relatively prompt, the reply came back in Spanish.

• Win23 (8/5): Highly recommend for a big group (max 8 persons) . - The apartment was perfect for our group of 8 with each couple having their own bedroom and bath and TV. The livingroom and dining table was perfect when we shared late snacks, breakfast and discussions. The soundproof windows were enough to keep almost all of the noise out, except during trash collection and early morning rowdy drunk soccer fans. If you are looking for a calm residential community, this is not it. But if you are like us looking to see Madrid and walk to most of the major sites, this apartment is perfect ! The location is very central. So convenient. Restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, very nice market and food to go at basement of Corte Ingles, and taxi at hotel, all less than 50 steps from the front door. We took a taxi from the airport and he dropped us just a couple of doors from the apartment. The furnishings were comfortable though some chairs could use some tightening (wobbly). The kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, cookware, small appliances were all working. The property host, Sol, was quick to respond and conscientious. We deducted 2 points in the rating because the WiFi turns off at midnight and the water heater was inconsistent.

• Jordán (10/5): Exceptional - It was super easy to collect keys, 2 days before arrival received a message from our host about all the instructions regards the apartment. Our host was extremely welcoming and professional answering all our questions within 1-2 minutes, they even let us late check out as out flight was delayed. Location is perfect and apartment is huge with excellent living room area to fully enjoy the journey with our friends. The first days, we had to wait 3-4 minutes before every shower to get warm enough water.
• Mahmoud (9/5): Perfect just remove the cameras - The apartment is huge with very high end facilities and fully equipped with much more than we expected. The best part is the water flush in the toilet, It was probably the first time I see this in Europe 😂. Location was perfect. We arrived early , they let us in which was very nice of them. Also the cleaners were super friendly. The only thing we didn’t like and caused us to rate it 9/10 although it deserves a full 10 but there was two cameras which made us a bit uncomfortable and felt like we’re being watched all the time. We even started checking all over the apartment in the bedrooms just to make sure. We haven’t seen any property putting a camera before and watch the tenants. Could be ok if they would just put it at the front door from outside .
