• Andrés (10/5): - El hotel es maravilloso. Queda en una zona alta, por lo que hay que subir una leve colina al llegar. Nosotros fuimos en auto, por lo cual no tuvimos problema. Es bastante tranquilo y las instalaciones lucen muy nuevas. Tiene todo el ambiente alpino. Además, las vistas a la montaña te dejan con la boca abierta. El proceso de check-in se hace totalmente remoto. Muy recomendado. Consejo: alquilen un auto para que puedan recorrer toda la zona a su ritmo. No vimos opciones de transporte público. Todo estuvo genial. 100% recomendado.

• Celestina (9/5): Merveilleux établissement pour séjourner qqs jours - La literie et les équipements salle de bains. Chaque chambre a une jolie terrasse. L’hôtel est super beau de l’extérieur la nuit. C’est un hôtel self service il n’y a pas de réception. C’est pour nous agréable d’avoir un accueil en personne. Cela dit la réception du code et la carte sont très bien expliqués.

• Angelica Christel (10/5): Piacevole, rilassante e consigliato - Struttura molto bella, in una posizione strategia. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita. Bellissima la doccia walk-in! La colazione buona, curata ed essenziale: non super abbondante ma giusta. Apprezzatissimo che le brioche avanzate venissero poi lasciate all’ingresso, a disposizione, per evitare gli sprechi. La vista dalla camera era incantevole, già mi manca! La camera è stata rifatta una notte si ed una no, forse una dimenticanza, però un po’ strano. Non essendoci una vera e propria presenza dello staff (presente solo durante la colazione), non è stato possibile chiedere almeno il cambio degli asciugamani. In ogni caso son dettagli, dovessi ricapitare in zona, sicuramente ci tornerei!!

Ich bekam innerhalb von Minuten eine neue. Dank des guten online supports. Das Frühstück hatte sehr wenig Auswahl und es war immer das selbe. Schinken,Käse, Salami, hartgekochte Eier und Süßspeisen. Keine Gurke keine Tomaten. Kein Rührei under Spiegelei zur Abwechslung.

Communications always stated "we are at your service" Registration is fully automated with a message from Whatsapp with a code that you enter at a machine when you check in. It's spits out an access card and your room no. The only staff I saw was at breakfast. System seems to work well. Faceless. Sometimes you need to speak to someone to get local advice.

• Michael (7/5): Quiet and comfortable stay. - Comfortable small room with mountain view. Lift and underground garage, walking distance to restaurants and ski.lift . Complex has washing facilities. Contact with the host was very good via whats app, facility uses self check in. Bottles of still and fizzy water and tea and coffee making facility in the room. Quiet surroundings. Only 2 single use paper cups were provided in the room, which made it difficult to make a hot drink. The breakfast options were limited, and cold selections were not replenished once taken. We had to ask staff for coffee and tea. We found it difficult with only 1 access card as this was required for power in the room, but also access to all other areas in the hotel.

• Inoushka (10/5): Will definitely return. Amazing experience. - This was our first trip to the Dolomites and my SHH was our first hotel. We could not had a better introduction. My SHH is the perfect place to stay and discover Val di Fassa. We stayed for only 1 night, and it was a great stay. The check-in was independent, making it easy for us as we arrived late at night. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a small refrigerator, a 2 burner cooktop, a small sink and a microwave. Water, tea and coffee were provided in the room. There was parking outside and in a garage. The area was quiet, making it perfect to rest. The breakfast was amazing and it was varied with sweets and salty options. Location is great to explore the Catinaccio by foot. Thank you Franco and Verena for your kind attention! We definitely recommend it and will come back. Nothing to complain about. Everything was amazing.
• Zuzana (10/5): Výborný B&B Hotel - Hotel je na výbornom mieste, neďaleko lanovky Catinaccio Funivie. Parkovanie auta je v podzemnej garáži. Raňajky boli postačújúce, ponúkali všetko potrebné, nápoje boli čerstvo pripravené personálom. V podzemí hotela je práčovňa. Výhľad z okna bol krásny, priamo na hory. Neďaleko hotela v pešej dostupnosti sú potraviny a reštaurácie. Príchod do hotela je bezkontaktný, na recepcii poobede nik nie je. všetko bolo ok

Pokoje mają przypisane swoje miejsca parkingowe na parkingu podziemnym. Pokoje bardzo przestronne, czyste i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne - czajnik, lodówka, sejf, a w łazience ręczniki, kosmetyki i suszarka do włosów. Łazienka bardzo duża. Hotel naprawdę na wysokim poziomie.

Hiába mentünk korán ahogy szinte kinyitottak, nem töltik fel a pékárus kosarat, egy kv főző gép van, amit a személyzet kezel, így egy ember csak a kávé készítéssel foglalkozik, nincs ideje feltölteni a reggelihez valókat.

• Izdihar (4/5): it was unprofessional and really frustrating - it was not stated at all that it’s a smart hotel, no receptionist, no room service available on site. we asked for a twin bed room and we got a double bed. we demanded to separate it, one of the staff members came, not speaking a single word in english, gave us sheets to rearrange the beds ourselves. when we wanted to do so, we noticed big stains on the sheets underneath the blankets. they gave us as a compensation a deluxe room, when we received the code in order to get the room key from the machine, it said that the code was invalid. later on we found out that the specific room was already taken by other guests by mistake since they received the code we were supposed to get it was a complete disaster

We bleven 3 dagen maar de kartonnen bekertjes op de kamer werden niet vervangen. We kregen via een bericht -verzoek aan de conciërge nieuwe handdoeken. Presenza di polvere in camera. Inoltre la struttura dovrebbe far rispettare degli orari di quiete, in quanto i nostri vicini di camera erano molto chiassosi, urlavano sia dopo pranzo che dopo le 24.00. A volte gli alimenti della colazione venivano rimpinguati solo dopo esplicita richiesta.

Uns hat das aber nicht gestört, weil der Check in automatisiert erfolgt.

• Bruno (8/5): Soggiorno estivo di 3 notti - Struttura nuova e curata. Posizione ottimale per il centro e per la funivia Catinaccio. Colazione con poca varietà ma buona con brioches, torte, marmellate monoporzione, yogurt, panini e affettati, bevande calde preparate al momento. Camera spaziosa con una bella vetrata sulle montagne e balcone. Bagno con grande doccia e comodo phon (non di quelli vecchi a parete). Parcheggio esterno gratuito e coperto a pagamento. Self check-in comodo e veloce. Frigo in camera comodo e silenzioso. Pulizia della camera da rivedere, in 4giorni l'aspirapolvere nella camera non è mai stata passata, mentre sono stati riassettati i letti ed il bagno. In estate, per chi fa escursioni, forse sarebbe meglio anticipare la colazione alle 7. Appunti per la colazione: negli affettati manca lo speck, imprescindibile in montagna :) e le uova si trovano solo sode, forse andrebbe un po' ampliata la proposta salata. Il self check-in limita i contatti personali con lo staff rendendo il soggiorno un po' freddo.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Overall, we had a fantastic stay at My SHH. The hotel is new, modern, and well-maintained. We had everything we needed a - We really enjoyed our stay at My SHH in Vigo di Fassa. Communication with the staff was very easy via WhatsApp and email, and the automatic check-in made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, featuring a huge shower, a small balcony, a fridge, and a full-size window with beautiful views. After two days of hiking, having access to the laundry service was extremely helpful. Parking was perfect, breakfast started from 7:30 am, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like – everything was perfect.
