• Pramod (9/5): Superb - Spacious suite rooms. Fridge, dining table sitting room and bedroom...Clean rooms. Good helpful staff. Nice location next to a hospital on the main road...bus stand is closeby. An electric kettle with tea/coffee makings should be provided.

• Jannath (9/5): Superb - We had a comfortable stay at Hamsted last week. Staff was supportive, down to earth. One of the highlights for me was the property's proximity to Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal, which made my visit convenient. Additionally, being close to the bus stand was a plus for exploring the area. I was satisfied and would be coming back again.
• Shakir (8/5): Very good - The place was clean and cozy, and the staff were hospitable. Reasonable shopping and dining options nearby. The Apartment configuration is convenient for families. They have a common kitchen and laundry on the roof top. Lift services all floors, so no issues with heavy luggage. Overall a decent choice at Kottakkal town, which doesn't have a lot many options to choose from.
