L’accoglienza molto gradita con suggerimenti per poter mangiare e visitare la città. Lo prenderemo come punto di riferimento per un prossimo weekend.
• laura (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - Nos encantó la amplitud de la habitación, luminosa y silenciosa, todo estaba en muy buen estado y puesto con gusto. Pero si algo agradecimos sin duda después de explorar la ciudad todo el día fue llegar y poder descansar en una cama tan comodísima :) los anfitriones fueron muy amables, nos explicaron los puntos clave de Nápoles y nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas en el alojamiento más allá de la hora del check-out. Nada que destacar.

Vores vært var yderst servicemindet. Værelset var rent og pænt. Det virkede forholdsvis nyistandsat. Vil helt sikker anbefale det til andre. Morgenmaden var elendig…..men desværre tror jeg det er sådan de spiser dernede. En kop kaffe, et glas dåsejuice og en kage. Har oplevet det flere steder i Italien, så tvivler på det var værten. tror bare det er sådan i Italien.

Un buen sitio a nivel de comodidad y facilidades por parte de las personas responsables. Estuvimos muy cómodos y nos sentimos muy cuidados en todo momento. Todo nos gustó.

• Amatucci (8/5): - La posizione della struttura, veramente molto importante per girare la città. Anche la stanza era bella Mi trovavo nella stanza n5 quando le persone uscivano/entravano o parlavano fuori la stanza si sentivano chiaramente.
• Alice (10/5): - Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo splendido B&B ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La posizione è strategica per muoversi comodamente a piedi: ci si trova su una parallela di Via Toledo, con i Quartieri Spagnoli a destra uscendo di casa e Spaccanapoli a sinistra. Una base perfetta per vivere Napoli. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile: il signore che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e ci ha raccontato con passione e precisione la città e le sue particolarità. Sia lui che la figlia Fiorella sono stati sempre super disponibili e attenti. La camera è dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve ed è arredata con gusto e cura nei dettagli. È stata un’ottima esperienza e torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di cuore!

Cheiroso demais, pena que nao vende para consumidor final kkk Tem limpeza de quarto diariamente, nem sabiamos disso. A localização é perfeita para quem quer ficar no centro e perto dos restaurantes do bairro espanhol É num bairro bem agitado e barulhento, porem a janela é anti ruido, entao nao atrapalhou nosso sono Os funcionarios sao super receptivos e no nosso chevkout conseguimos deixar as malas para conhecer mais a cidade. Podia ter um frigobar no quarto para gelar a agua.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen goede tips voor locale eettentjes. Heerlijk verblijf! Bed was iets aan de harde kant. De kamer was best donker want had een raam wat uitkeek op de galerij met trappen.

• Tianrui (10/5): A hidden gem indeed! - It’s so spacious and clean! The location is perfect, with walking distance to most attractions in Napoli. This is one of the places I wish this is my actual home. The hosts are very nice and helpful. They have really good tastes in room decor: choices of wall paints, room layout, balcony flowers, etc. I would definitely come back if it’s available

Situation géographique relativement centrale tout en étant excentré du quartier de la gare. peut-être juste un petit point d'attention à l'évacuation de la douche (le bac se remplit très vite, surtout quand on se rince les cheveux).

• Cliviliscious (8/5): Cosy little corner - Pignasuite is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, it is very clean and has a brilliant host who knows and understands the city well. The room right in the heart of a busy area, would have been expected to be noisy, it was anything but. The room itself was very clean and had a lovely solid bed with decent pillows. The flat screen TV in the room was recent and had all the applications (Netflix, Prime Video, youtube...). The WiFi connection was good. Just really beinh picky here, l just wished there was a fridge in the room. There is a shared fridge in what may previously have been a living room.

Luca & Fiorella were very responsive & helpful with restaurant suggestions & places to go in Naples. Our room was spectacular, lovely tall ceilings, 2 balconies! Shower was great bathroom good size. Superb housekeeping and the location is literally perfect. When we return to Naples, assuming availability this is where we will most definitely return to. With huge thanks to Luca & Fiorella for an unforgettable visit ♥️ Nothing

Location is vibrant and good for getting on the Metro Line for day trips to Pompeii and the like. Room was big, bathroom good, AC fine and communal fridge area helpful too. felt a safe property.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a very central area, making it easy to explore Naples on foot and reach all the main attractions. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt both comfortable and welcoming. The host was fantastic – very friendly, helpful, and always available for any questions. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Camera pulita e ben organizzata. Le stanze erano poco insonorizzate e si sentivano spesso rumori provenienti dalle camere vicine o dalle zone comuni. Nella camera manca uno specchio lungo e l’acqua per la doccia non si manteneva calda a lungo.

• Shaolintiger (10/5): Boutique Dreams in the Heart of Naples - Pignasuite feels less like a hotel, more like staying with old friends — if your friends have great taste and live in the heart of Napoli. Fiorella & Gianluca are the kind of hosts that make you feel instantly at home. Clean, charming rooms with that effortless modern mediterranean boutique vibe. Everything you love about Naples is right outside the door. Can’t wait to return! Not a dislike, but of note: the “Refugio Elegante” room doesn’t get much daylight, as the window faces a narrow inner courtyard — but who needs daylight when you’re only back to sleep? 😉

• Lisa (10/5): Fantastic stay and have already recommended Pignasuite to friends. - The room was wonderfully big, quiet and clean with a cute balcony looking down to all the activity on the streets below. The hosts communicated very well and met you on check in. Plus the location was incredible - on the edge of the old town and right in the heart of the food and restaurant district. It is also within easy walking distance of the Museum and Port for sunset photos. No food offered but with cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep it would be crazy not to take advantage of them all. We didn’t mind at all, and the host will help with your bags up, but it is two flights of stairs to the rooms.
• Balazs (8/5): Very good - Location is superb, staff is very-very friendly and helpfull. One room was without a proper window, and the other room with balcony have a window and no balcony in reality. Breakfast was in a close bakery, but we can only eat croissant nothing else.

• Francesco (8/5): Very good - top location in the middle of Spanish neighbour, from the outside it looks like a decadent building- entrance is pretty rough with rubbish containers in the hallway- but the apartment is well curated and recently redesigned. The building is very old though, meaning sound insulation is not ideal and if other guest in the propriety are loud at night you will definitely hear a lot of noises in your room. Sounds from other guests, it is a big apartment with 4-5 rooms, meaning that the sound insulation is not ideal, specially from the corridor.
