• Петко (10/5): - Great location, easy communication with the owner, clean, has all you need. All is perfect for a great stay in the city. Really good value for the price. Just one small remark, but in fact we didn't feel any issues - maybe there is no parking place. As I understand from previous reviews there is a free parking place in front of the apartment, which is on the ground place. But also I understand that from this year the owner of the building rent this places on 6€ per day, which is OK. But I don't know if they will be available all the time. Anyway we parked on one of the parking places, which was unlocked and nobody asked us for payment, so we had a free parking place and I thanked to the owner of the apartment. Once again it was perfect stay.

• Sotirov (10/5): - Апартаментът е нов и модерен, с всичко необходимо за едно домакинство (все едно сте си у дома). На сто метра от централната улица. С осигурено паркомясто, което за Сандански е много важно.

• Jevgenia (9/5): Nice stay in a comfortable flat - Clean, perfectly located place with very responsive hosts. Our second time renting it Smell from the neighbours was very bad but hosts tried to resolve it. Maybe provide one or two coffee capsules or some washing liquid as a courtesy to guests

• cristiana (9/5): Confort și liniște în tranzit, cu mici inconveniente - Am fost cazați aici în tranzit o noapte și am fost plăcut surprinși de apartament. Totul a fost curat, spațios și foarte bine gândit pentru toate nevoile noastre. Un mare plus este parcarea situată chiar în spatele blocului, lângă intrare – apartamentul fiind la parter, a fost ca o curte privată, ceea ce ne-a oferit liniște și confort. Patul din dormitor a fost, sincer, cel mai moale și comod în care am dormit până acum! Iar canapeaua din living e imensă – atât de confortabilă încât nici nu a trebuit întinsă, o persoană poate dormi foarte bine pe ea, chiar și trei dacă e nevoie. Singurul aspect mai puțin plăcut a fost mirosul neplăcut care venea de sub chiuveta din living – am realizat că trebuie ținut închis dulapul de sub chiuvetă, pentru că de acolo părea să vină un miros puternic de canal. De asemenea, prin hotă intra mirosul de la ce găteau vecinii, dar am rezolvat problema pornind hota, care a împiedicat mirosul să mai intre în apartament.
