- Mark (9/5): Very nice hosts, room was very good - Very nice hosts and more than happy to help . Location was superb for me and plenty of places to eat around . Shower head clasp was broken, which wouldn’t bother me massively but I have torn a muscle in my chest and it was a challenge having a shower in the morning having to hold shower head in one hand.
- Linda (9/5): its a great spot. you'll get a feeling for staying in a comfy london home rather than a hotel. - Donna and Jim are very easy going and welcoming and helpful, and available for questions. Jim was very kind to lift my bag up the stairs after my journey.
There was room in the fridge to add your breakfast items and a cupboard with plates and cutlery allocated for the guest. Theres a convenient little grocery store at the end of the road where you can get most general things and Its a short hop on the bus to a choice of two stations to get into central london (about 25 mins) using your Oyster card. I came back about 10.30pm one night and felt very safe at both the stations and neighborhood. In fact retirement age people were all out too and chatted to me, which tells me its very safe.
I stayed there to save money over the cost of hotel in order to visit nearby friends and get into central london. it was such a nice stay I'll be less inclined to stay in hotels in the future when traveling alone.
I had some concerns about my intermittent cat allergies, but I had no reactions whatsoever. Besides, the room door stays shut.
- Richard (6/5): Pleasant hosts, free parking. - Kettle and biscuits for breakfast The online description, patio equals flat roof and a window to climb through.
- Marcus (10/5): I really enjoyed it. The hosts were very friendly and sociable. - No breakfast but a nice pub up the road for food. Good transport links to the town centre. Very comfortable bed!! Nothing, it was great.

- Noreen (10/5): Absolutely lovely stay and very close to lots of cafes, and the public transport. - The hosts were absolutely lovely and so welcoming. They provided towels, lots of bottles of water, biscuits, tea/coffee facilities, clean linen, hairdryer, toothpaste snd toiletries. The room was cosy too.
- Aixin (10/5): Brilliant- thank you. Recommend for solo travellers - Really exceptional stay conveniently located 15 min bus journey from South Bromley station which means less than an hour to central London very friendly hosts and very nice friendly cats! (All four of them) great bathroom facilities and soft comfy bed. It is a quiet peaceful area too. Nothing to improve on- the room would be quite small for a couple but other than that perfect. The hosts are Donna and Jim are lovely to chat to!
