• Lies (8/5): Zoey accommodation is located on a hill, providing a nice view over the city. A place for cat lovers and a convenient ki - Accommodation has a kitchen and laundry machine to use. Location close to main sights and restaurants Comfortable bed and quite dark to sleep. Things to know before booking: - cash payment only - cats around that enter the room (important if people have allergies or are afraid of cats) - the accommodation has quite some steps to be done (might not be an issue for us but important for other people) - all communication goes through booking/whatsapp; we didn’t see the owners The bathroom has a sewage smell that should be fixed.
• Jan (9/5): - Ubytovani ma vse co clovek potrebuje, majitel je kunikativni a se vsim pomuze. Celkove jsme byli spokojeni. Parkovani, to je dost komplikovane, ale majitel nam s nim pomohl. V koupelne je citit kanalizace.

• Elena (10/5): Мы выбирали апартаменты с красивым видом на город, при этом чтоб была оптимальная цена-качество - Отличное местоположение. Достаточно высоко было подниматься пешком, но мы были к этому готовы ради красивых видов на город. Вечером мы поднялись к крепости и монументу Мать Грузии на канатке на закате и потом пешком по лестнице с видовыми точками спустились прямо к апартаментам. В квартире достаточно тепло, хотя была возможность ещё добавить мощность котла. Мы кроме чая ничего не готовили, но есть небольшая кухня с необходимой посудой. В середине марта ещё достаточно прохладно и нет зелени, но летом наверняка здесь ещё лучше. мы не искали минусы, всё соответствовало описанию на сайте
• Valerii (10/5): - Замечательный и очень уютный дом с прекрасным видом с террасы. К дому приходят очаровательные ласковые котики, что создаёт особую атмосферу. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: большой холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, плита, стиральная машина, фен и утюг. Также есть большой шкаф и очень удобная кровать. Хозяин приветливый и внимательный. Нам всё очень понравилось — хочется вернуться снова. А ещё рекомендация для тех, кому не хочется или тяжело подниматься в гору (дом находится на возвышении): можно подняться из центра на канатке до Мать Картли за 3 лари, а дальше пройти по асфальтированной и живописной тропе всего 5 минут до дома и заодно полюбоваться видом на город с высоты 🙂
• Filipp (10/5): - Останавливались на неделю, это лучшее место в Тбилиси! Вид с трассы реально как на картинке, просторный чистый дом!! На территории живут животные, прямо в номер приходит очень ласковая кошечка. Хозяин Дато - очень приятный, всегда поможет, расскажет, покажет.
• Vladimir (10/5): - Лучшее место не только в Грузии, давно не снимал такой хороший вариант жилья. Похоже на дуплекс, удобное расположение в старом городе, центр по рукой, ездить никуда не надо. Рядом много хороших и недорогих мест, в 3 минутах ходьбы смотровая площадка, с видом на весь город, если вам не хватило обзора из двора. Апартаменты обставлены с душой, уютно как дома. Скучаю по Zoey, появилось желание тоже завести собаку) Дато очень добрый и гостеприимный, всегда во всем помогал если были вопросы. Буду советовать друзьям и знакомым, чтобы по возможности снимали только тут 10/10
• Yauheniya (10/5): - Проживали 23.09.2025 - 25.09.2025. Прекрасное место для размещения семьей. Расположение соответствует заявленному, тихий дворик с огромным количеством цветов и зелени. Все достопримечательности старого города буквально в шаговой доступности. Рядом и кафе с ресторанами, и набережная, и мощенные улочки. Квартира с хорошей отделкой, все необходимое имеется и соответствует фото и описанию. Кондиционер, холодильник, фен, утюг, телевизор предоставлены в пользование жильцам. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить хозяина апартаментов за гостеприимство, обратную и оперативную связь, помощь и рекомендации по передвижению по городу (поиск месторасположения, парковки). Все было отлично
• Tatiana (10/5): НЕОБЫКНОВЕННОЕ МЕСТО - Мы жили с 19 по 24 августа 2025г. Хотим выразить благодарность хозяину апартаментов Дато. Прекрасный отзывчивый человек. Встретил, обеспечил парковку. Квартира очень чистая, со стильным ремонтом, всё подобрано со вкусом. Полностью обеспечена всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Тенистый дворик под виноградником с великолепным видом на город, в котором по утрам уютно посидеть за чашкой кофе, а вечером с бокалом вина. Располагается под монументом Мать Картли (Мать Грузия), до которой можно подняться пешком. От квартиры метров 30-50 находится смотровая площадка-сквер откуда открывается великолепный вид. Апартаменты находятся в сердце старого города с его аутентичностью. Все достопримечательности старого Тбилиси находятся в шаговой доступности. До центра города (площадь Свободы) 10 минут пешком, рядом с которой находится знаменитая кафе-хинкальная Вильяминов. В следующую нашу поездку в Тбилиси, как бы банально это не звучало, мы остановимся только здесь. Так как соотношение цена-качество-комфорт идеальное. Нам есть с чем сравнивать. По поводу ходьбы в горку проблем не было, хотя нам 60+. Отдельно добавлю, что мы были с собакой и Дато, как волонтер очень нам помог с лекарством, которое не купить в России. Всё отлично
• Jan (9/5): - Das Apartment ist wirklich top. Die Einrichtung zeugt von Geschmack und obwohl nicht groß, hat man nie das Gefühl von Enge. Insbesondere die Beleuchtung ist raffiniert. Sehr angenehm ist, dass die Aircondition im Vorraum angebracht ist und man im Schlafbereich nicht im Luftstrom liegt. Die Unterkunft liegt (fast ganz) oben am Hang und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Natürlich bedeutet jede Rückkehr zum Apartment einen steilen Weg bergauf. Personen, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind, sollten hier etwas vorsichtig sein.
• Kornelia (10/5): - Domek jest zlokalizowany w przepięknym i bardzo klimatycznym miejscu- centrum starego miasta. Wnętrze jest przytulne i dobrze wyposażone. Naprawdę warto się tu zatrzymać!
• Román G. (9/5): - Хорошее расположение, до всего пешая доступность. Поблизости есть канатная дорога без очередей (потому что нужно спускаться, а не подниматься). Удачное место для того, чтобы работать онлайн и отдыхать. Помещение чистое и уютное. Нам все понравилось, но кому-то возможно не подойдет из-за того, что нужно много ходить по возвашенностям и лестницам. Такси подвозит близко к дому, но там еще нужно немного подняться. Пожилым людям наверное было бы трудно. В спальне нет окна, свежий и прохладный воздух проходит только из кухни/ коридора. Совсем не критично, но вдруг кому-то это важно.

Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit Blick auf die Stadt. Außergewönlich ist auch Datos Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! • Margarita (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy place that has all you need with an incredibly lovely host showing genuine Georgian hospitality, always ready to help and give best advice. The terrace you have access to opens a mind-blowing view of whole Tbilisi from the heart of cosy Old Town, which is just wonderful to spend your evenings and mornings at. The location is just great, 5 minutes to the centre of Old Town and to sulfur baths you might want to explore, at the same time keeping quiet, tranquil and warm atmosphere around the place itself.
• Justinas (9/5): Wholesome experience of living in Tbilisi old town - Perfect place if you want to experience real living - with all of its pros and cons - in Kala, the old part of Tbilisi. Situated uphill, just beneath the Mother of Georgia, it offers majestic views both day and night, ancient landmarks nearby, a sense of the daily life of the house and district dwellers (absolutely not intrusive), city buzz in the distance and chirping birds, well-equipped and cozy apartment, friendly cats and super cute Zoey – you'll get to know her for sure :) The host Dato, as well as his mother, were super friendly. Personally, I feel that I've left an even bigger part of my heart in Georgia only by talking to Dato a few times. If you stand for real justice, you will appreciate it. This was a big part of a wholesome experience. Nothing, as we understood it's an old town.

• Ligaya (10/5): A warm, welcoming stay with breathtaking views and the sweetest hosts (and dog) in Tbilisi! - We had an amazing stay at Zoey’s apartment in Georgia! The owner and her sweet mom were incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our tour. And of course, Zoey, their lovely and friendly dog, and their neighbors cat who would greet is every morning made our experience even more special. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and well worth the short hike up. Conveniently located near major tourist spots, the apartment offers a surprise scenic route to the Mother of Georgia with stunning views along the way! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tbilisi! The apartment’s high location means climbing some stairs, which might be challenging for some, but you’ll soon get used to it—it’s a great extra workout! Plus, the stunning view from the top feels like an additional tourist spot in itself.

• Julie (9/5): Lovely apartment, great host - We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It’s well equipped and comfortable and the host Dato is super-responsive. Wi-Fi was decent. We had an issue with the bathroom drainage, but Dato got a plumber straight away to sort it out immediately. It was just one of those things.
• Helene (10/5): EXCELLENT ! I will be back !!! - I really enjoyed staying 2 weeks in the cosy apartment. It was so pleasant to be part of the friendly community in the pretty courtyard. The view over Tbilisi is incredible and this quiet place is perfect to chill out with Davit. You are in the middle of the Old City and you still have full privacy. Regarding the apartment as itself: everything matched with my expectations. Spotlessly clean! The kitchen and the bathroom are well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, you have a fantastic view of Sameba! In short, I felt immediately like at home. I highly recommend to stay at ZOEY’s. Be kind with Davit, he is such a brilliant creative helpful host and he loves sharing with you all the information you need about Tbilisi. Nothing to declare !

• Michael (8/5): Very good - The place is nice, clean and comfortable. It is located uphill for the one of the main areas. There are nice views nearby. The communication was not good. We were told one place for the location for taxi drop off and another for the apartment address which on Google maps is 200 meters down a hill. So we walked downstairs with all our luggage only to have to walk up again. Also the owner only informed us as we were leaving that payment was in cash only. I had to get extra cash and send by the Georgian payment system later. “Cash only” is not listed on the booking reservation anywhere, and booking customer service would not comment on the issue.
• Debra (9/5): Superb - Our host was fantastic. Very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous area. Shower could have been a little cleaner but not a problem. It's up a steep hill so you need transport if you have a lot of luggage but the view makes up for that.

• Куринова (10/5): Lovely, pets friendly place deep in upper Betlemi ❤️ - We (my husband and I, and our cat) stay here for a few days. Great Location. Hiden in the old upper Betlemi region, quite qurious to get by car, but so close to greate view from top of the hill right beneath Mother of Georgia and Narnikala fortress. A lot of Space. The place is lovely, very suitable for workation (work and travel). It has two almost separate rooms - a bedroom with big bed and spacious wardrobe; a living room with a compact kitchen. So we was free to work or to have a nap, and it was convenient for both. We even had a small party (5 people) and it feels fine. Nice Temperature. The walls is made of bricks so it is chill inside while outside is +30C, we even don't use air-conditioning. Comfortable with Pets. Out cat loves this place cause it has my place to hide and have a nap. I love it because every window has a net and I could keep them open and don't care that my beloved one would be lost somewhere in Tbilisi)) Tasty Water. It has a tasty drinkable water from tap) Also boiler works just fine and you have shower without any problems. Wonderful Host. Dato is amazing person, very friendly and easygoing. He helped us with suite cases, and gave a few very valuable suggestions where to go shopping. Also he loves animals and made a lot of houses for homeless dogs and cats in Tbilisi across the city I have seen some of them while I was walking in old part of the city. I definitely recommend to stay at his place. I am 1.65m height, and some shelves was a bit to high for me), but it is not a problem

The appartment itself is really nice, it had everything you need. You have a nice view from the appartment and the location is very good (walking distance from the old city center).
