• Marta (1/5): Pesima - Nada Todo el apartamento estaba muy sucio el agua caliente no funcionaba , el aire acondicionado tampoco pero sobre todo quiero destacar que todo absolutamente todo estaba muy sucio desde la ropa de cama, como los lavabos, como la cocina como el suelo muy muy sucio

• John (10/5): The View! - The view and large space makes the house worthwhile. Attentive owners. Quiet area, but a short drive to the city and beach (10-15 minutes). Just to nit pick, the kitchen could use more light.

• Bernard (10/5): Sin aire acondicionado en los dormitorios. - El salón es una maravilla y si quieres puedes dormir en el, vistas como se ven en las fotos. Aire acondicionado en el salón y temperatura ideal. Los dormitorios son pequeños y sin ventanas excepto uno, no hay aire acondicionado pero si ventiladores, tuve la mala suerte de ir los días de más calor del año y en las habitaciones si hacía algo de calor.

• Navina (3/5): Enttäuschend - Leider können wir uns den positiven Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Die Aussicht ist zwar schön (Fensterfront ist aber auch dreckig), dafür kann man auf der kompletten Ebene keine Fenster öffnen und sobald die Sonne scheint, müssen die Rollos runter, denn es wird richtig heiß. Man hat überhaupt keine Möglichkeit zu lüften und die auf 18 Grad eingestellte Klimaanlage arbeitet zwar, aber es sind mindestens 30 Grad und es war eine sehr schlechte Luft drin. Der Router musste immer wieder neu gestartet werden, da das WLan weg war und die Waschmaschine funktionierte überhaupt nicht, erst kam gar kein Wasser, dann wurde es nicht mehr abgepumpt und die halbe Wohnung stand unter Wasser. Der Vermieter konnte uns selbst nicht sagen, wie die Maschine funktioniert und die Bedienungsanleitung befand sich nicht da, wo er sagte. Wir haben die Maschine also nicht genutzt. Die Wohnung war auch nicht sehr sauber, alle Ecken waren voller Spinnenweben. Im "Keller" unten befinden sich drei winzig kleine Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und eine winzige Toilette ohne Fenster. Wir hatten einige Stechmücken dort unten. Zudem ist bereits am 2. Tag der Strom abends einfach ausgefallen und wir hatten über 30 Stunden kein warmes Wasser, da der Boiler kaputt gegangen ist. Der Vermieter ist in den USA nur zu den dortigen Tagzeiten erreichbar, was in Notfällen nicht praktisch ist. Es kam netterweise der Nachbar und hat sich gekümmert. Allerdings wurde der Boiler erst über einen Tag später ersetzt, wir mussten einen Ausflug absagen, da der Bekannte, der ihn montiert hat, von 9 bis 11 da war und wir ihn beim Anbringen helfen mussten. Nächstes Mal lieber ins Hotel, da muss man sich nicht selbst noch mit so etwas befassen und seine eigene Freizeit opfern. Der Vermieter war zudem der Meinung, dass eine Entschädigung für diese Umstände nicht angebracht ist. Dies ist gemäß EU-Recht aber der Fall und booking hat sich netterweise gekümmert, vielen Dank dafür! Alles in allem ein Flop für diesen Preis!
• Andrea (7/5): Bien! - Las vistas son espectaculares y el poder ir con mascota es genial también Dormimos en el salón porque abajo no había aire acondicionado, personalmente para nosotros que le tenemos pánico al calor es la única pega que le ponemos

• Ignazio (9/5): We enjoyed staying in the sunny Almeria - Very beautiful house (two levels house) with a wonderful view on the sea. The apartment is very well equipped and quite large. The host is very reactive. Pet friendly and this is big plus for us. Almeria is a nice city with very good mood especially during night. Strategic position to visit other cities (Granada, Murcia...) I strongly recommend this house Beds at our arrivals were not prepared. This in general is not a big deal, however in case you arrive late, you would appreciate not spending time in preparing the beds. Dishwasher tablets were not provided.
