• DMITRII (1/5): Terrible overbooking - Host was friendly. Only one plus It was a terrible experience. We booked what is in the photo, were in touch, but on the day of arrival we got surprised that the apartment we booked was already rented. We had no choice, agreed to another one, there was no hot water, we waited another 2 hours for it to be done. The apartment was dirty - all the white socks were black and there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor.
• Jan (10/5): We were very satisfied - A great host! Very helpful and kind, also english-speaking. The neighbourhood is calm and with a few shops around. Flat is fully furnished and in a good price. Shower with hot water, cleaner than other places. We have a great memories with this place. None

• GunayAbbasova (6/5): So So - Positives: The house is very nice. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it's a very nice and spacious house overall. The landlord is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Negatives: The house lacked basic necessities like toilet paper, a hair dryer, etc. Note: I wasn't satisfied with the taxi service the landlord offered. I called the day before I was supposed to go to the airport and asked what the price would be, and they gave me a figure in 20 Azn. When I was supposed to go, they arrived late and told me the price had changed and I would have to pay more. I didn't have much money because I was going. As a result, I was late, and they didn't pick me up. So, if you're using them as a taxi, be careful. Also, when you leave, you have to clean the house completely before leaving. As far as I understand, the cleaning fee we paid to Booking.com is not valid.
