- Samantha (10/5): Great stay but location wasn’t good. The apartment is very clean and nice but the area is like a building site and far f - New build, clean and good size. Pool was also nice however there are not enough sun lounges around the pool. Air conditioning system too technical and no instructions were given on how to switch it on until I reached out to Viva. Also there are no local trash cans local near the apartments. Area is like a building site.
