- bridget (6/5): A lovely country home. - The house is large and comfortable, perfect for a family of six. The scenery of the countryside was lovely. Well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the sunroom off the kitchen in the morning. The home is a 30 minute drive to Galway and is actually in the town of Gort. We had no hot water on our second day as the electric heaters in the showers weren't working. Only use the washing machine if you have lots of time to let it dry on the rack.

- Janice (8/5): Good value stay for a group. - I really liked how big the house was, plenty of space. There were also plenty of utensils, etc. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay, this wasn’t fixed until the next morning. It didn’t work for the entire day. There were also many cobwebs.

If you don’t have transport you gonna struggle

We did not meet staff but was we had prompt responses to messages.
We loved it so much we would have to visit again. We did not have direct access to the heating system, so we had to keeping contacting staff via phone to regulate it.
- Majeesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roger (9/5): Perfect for what we wanted - space for a large family get together - Spacious, very clean, comfy, well equipped and fuel for the fire provided Tv a bit small for the large sitting room and some milk in the fridge would have been the icing on the cake!
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional - No gate at entrance for small children. But other wise it was fabulous 👌
- Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - The house was larger than expected. It was in a quiet rural area but not far to town.

- Kate (8/5): Wonderful home stay surrounded by beautiful scenery and very attentive hosts. Would book here again! - The house was large with ample space for all of us. It was very close to Gort, making stocking up on groceries really easy. The old stables out the back were a personal favourite of mine - it all felt very special.
Sylvia went above and beyond for us after one of our iPads were left at the house. She had a driver courier it down to Co. Kerry where we were staying so we didn’t have to drive the 2 hours back to the house. The showers weren’t the best, but that’s to be expected in rural areas. We didn’t like bothering the host when we needed the heat turned up or down as we couldn’t do it on our end, but I assume this is done for sustainability/energy saving reasons.
- Vikki (10/5): Exceptional - The whole bungalow was amazing and there was so much space for our 4 children to play and enjoy.
- Joann (6/5): Adequate for very short stay in a pinch. Would never cook there - It was big and reasonable priced It smelled of mildew. Bed in back bedroom was just springs, also toilet didnt work. Its wS also full of bugs and not very clean

- Lucienne (9/5): Great location, ideal for families especially with young kids. - The place is nice and in a very good location to reach various places in the west. It's only an hour away from the Cliffs of Moher! The house is very clean and has lots of useful facilities, especially for families with kids such as a washing machine, oven, fridge and microwave. Everything is on one storey so there's no problems with young ones and stairs. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is great. Would have loved to have access to a tumble dryer since the weather doesn't exactly help with drying the washing.
If you cosleep with young ones, you might find that the beds are a bit on the smaller side.
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roisin (9/5): Wonderful, good standard of accommodation and facilities. - A great central location. The house was spotless and the facilities in the house were excellent, meeting our needs perfectly. The Yeats Tower and trail close by were a bonus. We were meeting family in Galway and this house gave us easy access to that .... with a car of course. There was nothing really to complain about, I love a firm mattress and the one I slept on was a tad too soft for me... but thats just nit picking, it might have suited someone else well.
- Sandra (9/5): Good base for travelling around - Lovely to have several essential food items in the fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboards!
Very spacious and plenty of towels, toiletries and blankets There was no measuring jug, no colander and no tin foil in the kitchen
No chairs in the bedrooms to leave clothes on, overnight
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful property so calm and peaceful , excellent location to pop into galway , immaculate condition , had some toys for the little ones which they loved . We will be back

- Sheilagh (9/5): Spacious and quiet - I loved the location out in the country with delightful villages close-by. The house was very spacious, giving all members of our party plenty of places for escape. The sunroom was particularly comfortable and warm. We had beautiful sunsets and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Thoor Ballylee Yeats Tower. We also enjoyed the pubs in the nearby villages. Lovely place to walk.

- Felicia (10/5): Best Host and Big Place! - The most accommodating Host that we had. Slyvia is the Best! When we ask for adjustment for the heater the respond was fast👍👍👍 She truly made our stay confortable and the place might be for some far for some destination but for us it was very strategical.
The house is HUGE! And we all love the Kitchen🫶 we are thankful for the hospitality of our host.
We enjoyed the fireplace as well. She put an extra effort to warm it up before we come home.
Four toilets is a luxuries too! Nothing really
- Jan (10/5): Stay in this property was outstanding and we loved it very much. - The living room area with the kitchen was very roomy and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay so much. Only one minor thing was that water heater in one of the bathrooms seemed to have issue and did not seem to work.

The fireplace produced a very comfy warmth which was very nice.

- Carmen (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. They put a lot of detail into the house.
- Christine (6/5): Owner needs to do a through check of the property and facilities. - Location was quiet. hot water was limited. Not enough for 5 people to have a hot shower. More hot water. heating could have been turned on, or wood for the burner could have been available. We had to contact owner to have the heating provided.
- Anonymous (10/5): Very comfortable stay. Quite enjoyed our accommodations - Clean and well supplied. No complaints. Was a wonderful property and had every amenity needed to make an amazing stay. Hope to come back real soon. Nothing
- Joane (10/5): A great place to stay for 8 people with all the amenities of home - It was well equipped. The kitchen was awesome. Even put out fruit for us. Refrigerator had all the essentials. Nothing
