- Kei (10/5): また平安神宮に用事があった際は利用したいです。 - チェックインから丁寧に説明していただき、ドミトリーも綺麗で快適でした。 平安神宮のイベントに行くために宿泊しましたが、歩いて行ける距離でとても便利でした。 近くにもう1つ休憩所のようなところもあると教わり、朝利用いたしました。そちらは古風な内装で緑が多くてリラックスできました。 特になし

- pascalma (9/5): - Notre hôte a été très accueillant et serviable. Un peu speed sur ses explications, mais il parlait plutôt bien anglais ! L'emplacement est près d'un terminal de bus, ce qui nous a laissé du choix pour nous déplacer. Top ! Les vélos disponibles sont aussi un plus. La chambre était pratique et bien équipée. L'accès à une machine à laver (partagée) a été apprécié. On était contents d'avoir accès à une bouilloire, des tasses et des assiettes dans la chambre. Les oreillers avec des billes de plastique étaient très durs.
- 최 (10/5): 따수웠던 로쿠로쿠 - 동네 자체가 조용하고, 숙소도 깨끗하고 안온하게 잘 관리되었습니다. 철학자의 길을 매일 5분 안으로 갈 수 있는 위치에 있어서 고즈넉한 교토를 느끼기에 참 좋았습니다. 주인분의 친절함과 배려 덕분에, 첫 교토여행이 오래도록 기억에 남을 것 같아요. + 자전거 대여해주신 덕분에, 교토 시내를 자전거를 타고 여행했어요 :-)
- Saito (8/5): チェックインの件 - 早めに着いたときにチェックイン受付をすぐにしていただきました。荷物を預けてでかけられるのでとても助かりました。 ２年続けてきていますが、剣道の審査の付き合いで夜の9時ギリギリに到着することがあります。間に合わないと全キャンセルになってしまうのを必ず泊まるのでどうにかしていただきたいです。、

- JAVIERA (10/5): Muy lindo lugar y cómodo - El lugar es precioso muy cómodo y amplio. Además muy limpio. El personal muy amable y sabía inglés, nos dejó hacer el check in un par de horas antes. Es un buen lugar y está en una zona residencial, tiene paraderos de buses cercanos Un poco lejos de lo urbano pero si quieres estar cómodo y tranquilo está bien

- Avital Shachar (9/5): - It was super comfy, clean and pleasant. Quiet area which I loved. The walls are pretty thin, so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. I only had one night where there was noise from another room, the rest of the time was very quiet and good!

- BI (10/5): perfect 一番 - it is the best inn I have been in Japan，it is top 1 for me absolutely，extremely clean and kind service，the staff are very nice，they offer everything that you maybe need，where ever you go there is a towel prepared for you，free laundry and free towel and free bicycle and so on，you can buy food from 24hour-supermarket nearby. 如果你有爱人就带你爱人来这，如果没有，你可以一个人在这里住下去

The breakfast area was an old 100 years japanese machiya. Highly highly recommended! A huge plus, they offer free bikes as well.

- ERIKO (10/5): ホストさん最高 - 行き方を伺い四条河原町から７番のバスに乗るつもりだったのですが、バス停にいらした係の方が(203番でも行く)と教えてくださったので乗ってしまい、降りたバス停から逆方向に歩いてしまってました。 電話をすると(バスのコースが違うので逆方向です)と、優しく教えてくださり、やっとたどり着いた時、何とこんな手の懸かる客を玄関で待っていてくださったのです。 (電話もしてしまいました・・)と、後で見ると、２回も着信がありました。 お忙しいお時間であったことでしょうに、家族のように迎えてくださったこと、申し訳ないやら、嬉しいやらで本当に感謝でいっぱいになりました。 大好きな地域ですので、今後ともお世話になりたいと思います。 無いです。 使えるのはシャワーだけと思っていましたが、いつでも入れるお風呂もあり、疲れを癒しました。 鹿麓さんのゲストへの対応は、宿泊費以上です。

- Philippa (1/5): Worst treatment I’ve ever received travelling in 3 decades. - Nothing, I never got to see it as they refused to honour my booking, kept the money and sent me, a solo female traveller, away without accommodation, in the evening with nowhere else to stay. Everything in our budget was fully booked in Kyoto. There was another guest also trying to check in and being thrown out too when I arrived. We had to get a hotel room together in Osaka with an extra 2 hours travel. They were extremely rude and refused to help or resolve the situation or give me my money back. They also ignored all emails to resolve the situation from me and booking.com Rude, unhelpful, told to “go out” “leave” as had no beds for me or the other guest who had also booked months ago. The other guest was threatened with the police being called if she didn’t leave. We had both booked what we thought was a mixed dorm, but it turned out to be a male dorm. However as a mature well seasoned solo female traveller, I have never been anywhere with worse, less caring treatment that would send a solo female traveller out late at night without anywhere to stay or try and help resolve the situation somehow.

- Lucy (9/5): Rokuroku was a really lovely refuge in a busy city. We had a great time there. Very peaceful. - Sweet room, very courteous and efficient staff. Very clean and a great shower. Free laundry, bikes and umbrellas! Also kettle and fridge in room. It was a little out of town but that didn’t matter. Near Philosophers Path and a short walk to some good restaurants and supermarkets.

There was a little safety box to lock valuables in inside the cozy capsule bed. The location close to Philospher's path is really perfect.

La salle de bain était propre, et grande et les serviettes étaient changées à tous les jours! C'etait aussi assez tranquille le soir. La chambre était aussi bien équipé (savon, vaisselle, laveuse, etc.). Bref, jusqu'à maintenant ça a été mon hôtel préféré! Rien. La seule chose, l'hotel est en banlieue, donc pour revenir après une journée de visite, ça pouvait prendre une vingtaine de minutes en bus a se rendre (ce qui n'était pas un problème pour moi).

- MITSURI (8/5): - 受験で泊まりました。始発のバス停が近く座って受験会場まで行けました。ホテルの方が分かりやすく説明していただけました。 近くに「鹿麓 席」があり景色も良さそうで、こちらの鹿麓に泊まると利用できるとご説明いただけましたが、今回は観光ではなかったので、行く予定がたたず残念でした。 ホテルのサイトで見た時に、バスタブがあったと思って予約したのですが、シャワーのみでした。確認しなかったミスが悔やまれました。

- Yamashita (10/5): 自由がきいて楽な旅でした。駐車場もありがとうございました。 - 立地もよく、レンタル自転車もあり、ちょっとした所へも出かけられたので、早朝、南禅寺の坐禅体験時には助かりました。また、オーナーさんからトレイルの情報も教えていただいたり、色々な体験につながる場所だと思います。 自由がきき、気持ちが楽でした。また、機会があれば、宿泊したいです。 特にありません。 欲を言えば、海外の方には無縁だと思いますが、シャワールームに椅子（高め）があると、よりリラックスした時間を過ごせたかなと思いました（笑） 個人的な意見ですいません💦トレイル後だったので、尚更感じたのかもしれません。

- Henrik (7/5): Clean reasonable priced dorm beds in a quiet area - The dorm rooms were comfortable and clean, as well as the bathrooms. The area is nice and quiet, but a bit far off. There was no common area. They have somehow a space you could use in another property anytime, but when we ask if it was free, they said no. A better explanation would be nice. Also the owner is a bit exhausting . He means probably well but he is very hectic and doesn’t really listen to what you say. Also we felt a bit like stupid kids when he started to explain us with a puppet how to take of the sheets of the beds. His younger employee was very pleasant.
