But it was so clean and spic and span. Even the dorm and the common area, the kitchen Everything was top notch. It's a 100% value for money property. Plus the nature of the person at the reception along with the owners is super friendly and helpful. The safety is the best thing about this property and the location of it is gold. I stayed there with my sister for 3 days. For 1 night only we were the females staying in the hostel while there were other guests in male dorm. But still I felt so safe and comfortable. Rest of the time it was fully booked. Located in the heart of the city at a walkable distance from famous bakeries and especially German bakery and Irani cafes. Nothing. I loved everything

But they could really consider the breakfast menu as the menu is the same every day. The food was really below average. And it is hard to locate the hostel, as they could put in more signboards or advertising of sort to locate the place

Suggestion: Professional hostels put a Slipper stand in front of washrooms to differentiate between slippers for rooms and washrooms. Bathroom slippers to be different than room slippers. Suggest this hostel should implement the above. Thanks

On arrival they charged in full for the booked day and additionally another day for the 4 hours even after checking out by 2 PM SAME DAY.. Incidentally charged for two days for practically a 6 hours stay. Never gonna visit again. It would have been better to choose a hotel with AC for this rate they chraged.

Deceitful pricing: I had specifically booked a Single Room (there were other options for single bed in dorms as well which I did not select). But I was assigned a dorm bed for no fault of mine. The manager/receptionist initially said that mine was a booking for a single bed in a dorm and after I showed my proof of booking (specifying single room) , he said that it must be the fault of Booking.com with the pricing. In my opinion either Hostells should have priced the room differently or they should have given a refund appropriately. They did neither. That was disappointing.
