• vukovic (8/5): Wir haben die Zeit in Wohnung genossen, Preisleistung ist gut, kann man Ausflug nach Cinqa Terre gut planen. - Ruhige Umgebung, Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern gebunden mit Schlafzimmern, bequeme Betten, alles Notwendig in der Küche,unkomplizierte Scheck in. 15-20min.Bis Bahnhof und Zentrum. Nach dem ganzen Tag wandern und spazieren wir waren nicht motiviert noch mal am Abend ins Zentrum zurückzukehren .😂

• PILI (5/5): - Lo que mas nos gustó es que habia 2 lavabos, y aire y televisión en cada habitación. Las almohadas tienen que cambiarlas urgentemente salimos con dolores de cuello de alli El tema de higiene para la cocina deberían tener un set individual por hospedaje, el estropajo tenia cosas y nos dio asco usarlo, no habia pastillas de lavavajillas. Cuando llegamos teníamos que avisar, les escribí para avisar y nos dijeron que tendríamos dos juegos de llaves y solo habia uno, la cerradura de abajo nos costó mucho abrir, todo esto se lo dije y no tuve respuesta muy mal servicio, ni se preocuparon y ni siquiera contestaron al mensaje
• Olga (10/5): - Kontakt z wynajmującym bardzo dobry. Odbiór kluczy bezproblemowy. Lokalizacja dobra, okolica cicha i spokojna. Niedaleko duży supermarket, w którym kupisz wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Mieszkanie komfortowe, każda sypialnie miała swoją łazienkę, co w przypadku 4 kobiet jest znakomitym rozwiązaniem. Czysto. Zdecydowanie polecam, zarówno na krótki jak i dłuższy pobyt.
• Rita (7/5): Good - Enough space for 4 with the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Quite and safe neighborhood. Nice and clean rooms however strange smell in the kitchen, but we closed the room doors and it was ok. Good pizza place and cafe right around the corner. Bit further from the center and if you don't have a car or if you don't want to walk a lot, it's only taxi to get to the center, but there was no information about it in the apartment, fortunately the pizza place was able to help with the phone number. There's a bus stop at the corner but could not find information on the bus route. No grocery store nearby. The request to clean the garbage after you is ridicoulus. 1 of the side of the single bed is open, so the mattress was sliding out all the time. The double bed in the other room is ok though. There's no suitcase holder or something to put the luggages on in the room, and the hangers are way up high to reach and to put the clothes on.
• Konstantin (5/5): very nice apartment if you are OK with taking Cold showers. - Great apartment, in quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed and working AC is a big plus. Host was easy to work with and arranged beach passes for us. There were 4 of us for 2 nights and there was never enough hot water for all of us to shower. Host attempted to correct the problem, but it was still not fixed. So adults had to take cold showers 2 days in a row. Host promised to issue partial refund but never did.
• Yca (6/5): Not quite the comfort we expected - Nice and clean apartment, in a quiet and green area. We didn't have hot water in the evening, at least not enough to shower 4 persons. You need to take very short showers (2-3 minutes each person) to have enough water. We comunicate this problem and the girls from Terre Marine were nice and try to help, there seems to be a bad comunication with the owner. Also, when it rained, it was an extremely bad smell coming from the bathrooms. There is no oil, vinegar or salt in the kitchen.

• Catriona (9/5): Amazing Apartment! - Fantastic apartment with lots of space and 2 shower rooms, air con in all the rooms which was really needed during our stay, the furniture and access was great with shower gel being a nice touch. The location wasn't the best as a good walk from the station, there was a bakery and restaurants round the corner. Comms could have been better about bins and extending our stay.
• Anonymous (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Terre Marine. It’s 17 minutes walk from the central La Spezia station and you can pretty easily a - There is an awesome pizzeria just around the corner. Kitchen stuff is pretty limited
