• di matteo (1/5): Host truffatore, soggiorno pessimo. - Nulla, soggiorno pessimo. La prima notte non ho potuto effettuare il check-in in quanto l'host non mi ha fornito il codice di accesso ed inoltre non rispondeva al telefono ed ai messaggi, pertanto ho dovuto soggiornare per una notte presso un'altra struttura, ovviamente a mie spese. Oltre all'incoveniente appena citato, l'host mi ha richiesto il pagamento, al di fuori della piattaforma booking, di spese per pulizia e deposito cauzionale, (il deposito cauzionale ad oggi non è stato ancora restituito, cosi come la prima notte non usufruita). Da premettere che la l'appartamento era sporchissimo e durante tutta la durata del soggiorno, anche dopo averlo fatto notare al proprietario, nessuno è venuto a pulire. Pertanto ho dovuto provvedere io personalmente. Devo dire un soggiorno davvero pessimo. Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura, soprattutto per il comportamento strafottente del proprietario.

El anfitrión me ha engañado, estafado, me pedia 20€ por limpieza de apartamento que ya estaban incluidos en la factura de Booking y otros 20€ como fianza que se devolverían al finalizar la estancia, pues bien, llevo exigiéndole la fianza desde el día 22 que se acababa la estancia y hasta el día de hoy no la he recibido. Sinvergüenzas. Nada, por el engaño del "anfitrión". Aconsejo que no vaya nadie, Juan Manuel González Membrives no es de confianza. Te engañará.
• gloria (4/5): - Que era grande Pues la tele se veía mal con rallas , se salía el agua de la.ducha y del lavamanos estaba todo sucio de aver matado mosquitos y no averlo limpiado, la.tostadora no funcionaba

• Fabio (3/5): Da dimenticare , sotto alcuni aspetti anche truffati. - Arredamento moderno e grandi spazi. Casa sporchissima, capelli e peli su asciugamani e letto il quale non è stato nemmeno fatto.Ritardo nel check in per cause non chiare. Formiche in salotto e nel bagno e insetti vari ovunque. Il divano era completamente sporco e bruciato da una sigaretta. L’host ci ha promesso di ridarci i soldi dati da noi indietro (15 euro di pulizie e 20 di cauzione) e ancora non ce li ha ridati ma al contrario ci ha bloccati su whatsapp.

• Alberto (7/5): Muy bonito, recomendable 100%, pero con cositas..... - La decoración es muy bonita. Tiene casi casi de todo. Relación calidad precio 100%. La cama grande y cómoda. El aire acondicionado top, el baño super amplio y limpio. La TV con Netflix En general todo muy bien Pd: había un poco de sal....y poco más... Hemos dejado alguna cosa para los siguientes para salir del paso (café, azúcar, aceite, jabón lavadora, otro rollo de papel higiénico....) Hay detalles que son muyyyyyyy cutres...como puede haber un mueble roto e inservible en la habitación??? Para eso tiralo... Y dentro del armario (super grande) no hay cajonera??. Y la única balda de madera disponible...no estaba ni montada?? Es ridículo y cutre. K si.... K hay otros muebles cajoneras (uno en la habitación y otro en el salón??? De verdad...hay necesidad de guardar ropa en el salón??? O tengo yo que mover muebles...... Consejos para huéspedes: No hay ninguna tijera, papel de cocina, servilletas, insecticida, solo ponen un rollo de papel higiénico, Cuidado que en cuanto abres cualquier puerta/ventana...se cuelan mosquitos y hay muchos por todos los sitios (no es cosa de la casa ni mucho menos....) Aunque parezca que he puesto muchas cosas,...son todas salvables y nada grave de verdad. Aún así lo recomendamos sin duda.
• Alessio (1/5): FRAUD - FRAUD. They tried to demand 20 euro cleaning fee, even if it was already included in the reservation. They also asked 30 euro deposit, which they never refunded and they do not reply. The flat is almost underground and there is bad smell from the bathroom. Some pieces of furniture were broken when we arrived. Wear and tear visible in the flat. They left dirty towels in the washing machine and no soap in the kitchen, some dirty kitchen tools.

• Sally (9/5): Beautiful Apartment - The apartment was exactly as i saw in the pictures. It was beautiul and comfortable apartment. The host's husband was nice and helped us in carrying our luggage. I love the apartment so much Will recommand it to anyone who want to leave there. They will ask you to pay 15 eurros upon arrival as cleaning fees which was not stated in the booking as a cleaning fee. It was difficult for us to pay especially we those who use credit card and not cash . I feel very awkward about it. The bathroom water doesnt drain when you bath and this was not hygienic for my infant so i had to clean the water anytime i bath and they still demanded cleaning fee. This was not fair to me.How can i pay after taking time to thorougly clean the apartment . I didnt use their towels and they still demanded for 15 euros. Despite all this challenges the cleaner wanted to enter the apartnent at 10:00am whilst the check out was 11: am. In all it was a beautiful apartment.
• Allan (10/5): Superb!! - Very comfortable, spacious apartment in a great location offering superb value for money. Great village with many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Five minute walk to bus stop offering regular services to train station, coastal resorts and Mijas Pueblo. Check in instructions could have been clearer, though actual process was trouble free.

• Sammy (10/5): Fabulous place to stay - It was very modern and clean and tidy and had a bar opposite plus one by side of it and a butcher’s other side Which was great if you are planning to cook and the bar next door did take away food and drinks No enough facilities ie loo roll mop cook utensils very basic
• Giovanni (10/5): BEST PLACE IN SOUTH OF SPAIN! - Fantastic apartment located next to the centre of one of the most characteristic places in Andalucia, south of Spain. If you are looking for a gate away from the "Marbella-cool-vibe" type of vacation, this place is the best!
• Kiprion (10/5): Exceptional - Immaculate luxury. Well designed, and perfect location in the pueblo. I have stayed in many places, but this is one of the best places to stay in Benalmadena! The host is extremely friendly and accommodating. Will return! Everything is great
