- Catherine (9/5): Great apartment with a few quirks. - The property was spacious, modern, and beautiful. The living room was very comfortable. We had difficulty using the stovetop and oven. There were no instructions to help us figure out how they worked. We also had some difficulty finding anything on the television in English. I know we are not in an English-speaking country but in all the other rental apartments we’ve had on this trip, at least a few channels were in English. One final issue we had was not having any information about how to access the bus or walking paths to reach the train station. We finally figured it out but it was trial and error. Some assistance would have been welcomed.

Easy access to ferry terminal from where you were able to visit other towns.
- Benu (4/5): Poor value for money - It is a clean modern apartment.with 2 bathrooms.
The Neighbours are friendly and the location is close to the lake. There was no washing machine which was awful and the Laundry services locally are expensive.
You need to bring your own iron as there are no ironing facilities.
In the hot summer months when temperatures went over 30c, the apartment was unbearable to stay in. Air conditioning or Fans are a must. The doors and windows can be opened but the flies and mosquitoes come in.
There were no Extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen which means steam and smells remain.
The WiFi signal is poor and you get no signal in many areas.
The bed pillows are very soft and can cause neck issues.
No microwave oven but it has an oven.
Only ONE special waste bin bag was provided and for extra bags, you need to go to the Tourist centre next to the train station.
Overall we were very disappointed in the lack of basic facilities provided at the apartment for the high price we paid.
I personally do not recommend staying here if coming as a family due to the lack of basic facilities.
I highly recommend you have a car as there is a underground car park. Without a car, the bus stop is a bit of a walk or walking to the train station and supermarkets are through very steep roads.
