• Guest (6/5): - Dobrá poloha, blízko od jezera, čisté prostředí, tichá oblast, dobra komunikace s hostitelem Kuchyně absolutně bez nádobí, nic si nemuzete uvarit. Ani jedna pánev nebo hrnec. Prostě nic. Uklízecí personál prichazel necekane.

• Gładczak (4/5): - Sam pokój, jak i pozostałe pomieszczenia były w porządku i czyste. Lokalizacja też super! Podczas pobytu zepsuł się zamek w drzwiach co uniemożliwiło zamknięcie drzwi wejściowych jak i do pokoju. Rezerwując nocleg, bardzo ważne jest dla mnie bezpieczeństwo - tutaj nie miałam pewności czy wszystkie moje rzeczy nie zostaną skradzione. Kontakt z wynajmującym także pozostawia wiele do życzenia, zgłosiłam mu powyższą uwagę a wiadomość, została jedynie odczytana….
• Berrian (4/5): We hebben er geslapen en snel weer door. - We konden overnachten. En het was best netjes. Het bed lag voor geen meter. We konden precies horen waar de buren het over hadden of aan het doen waren. Douche putje liep niet.

Brak możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania lub chociaż zostawienia bagażu. • Brak odpowiedzi na wiadomość z zapytaniem – kontakt ze strony obiektu praktycznie zerowy. • Uciążliwy system otwierania drzwi przez link – każdorazowo wymagał użycia telefonu, co było problematyczne przy niskim poziomie baterii. • Pokój nie był gotowy na czas – zastaliśmy bałagan, a sprzątanie zaczęło się dopiero po interwencji. • Opóźnienie w przygotowaniu pokoju – zamiast o 15:00, pokój był gotowy dopiero o 15:40. • Pokój bardzo zużyty – zwłaszcza materac, który zapadał się do środka i uniemożliwiał komfortowy sen. • Słabe doświetlenie wnętrza – parter i ciągle zasłonięte okna sprawiały, że było ciemno przez cały dzień. • Bardzo słaba izolacja dźwiękowa – rano słychać było wszystko z ulicy. • Inni goście nie przestrzegali ciszy nocnej, a obiekt nie reagował. • Odpływ w prysznicu był zapchany – woda schodziła bardzo wolno, co znacznie wydłużało czas kąpieli.

• Anonymous (7/5): Good - The room was big and spacious. Kitchen and dining room facilities were great. We were provided with juice, water and crossaints in our room when we arrived which was nice. Coffee pods and a coffee machine were a great inclusion . The bathroom was big and clean. There was no air conditioning and the small fan we were provided with in the room didn’t work so it was quite hot and stuffy being there in summer. It was a little tricky to figure out how to get in and out of the building and having to use your phone every time - I would prefer a regular key. There was no staff on site/reception. Bathroom was shared between 2 rooms.
• Marysa (5/5): Clean, but horrible check-in process that takes forever - It was very clean No AC, and tiny fan so very hot. Extremely difficult to check in. It took us an hour and half of waiting outside because the system was down when we got there.
• Jack (8/5): Perfect stay for Lecco. - Lovely apartment located within walking distance to the views at the waterfront. The small kitchen was perfect with a fridge to keep our food. You could cook there with ease but we didn’t. The entire apartment was super clean, it does get a bit hot without an AC but you can ask for a fan which was fine for us! Unlocking the doors proved to be challenging at first but once we wrapped our heads around it, it really wasn’t that hard. Make sure as soon as the host asks for you to check in online, do it or else you cannot access the property!
• Bútora (4/5): Disappointing - it was clen when we arrived there was another family in our apartment which was quite unpleasant after a 15 hour train ride, fortunately they were willing to go to another hotel so were able to sleep also the apartment has kitchen with stove but no cooking equipment so it is completely useless unless you bring your own pots

• Jan (8/5): A room in an apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen for a good price. - Affordable accommodation with a nice and large, fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Hard to find a place to parking. Noise of children playing in the apartment above us (just a few hours).

• Khaled (8/5): Very good - the room is clean and spacious, and its location as well is very good close to the train station, kitchen & toilet were super clean, WiFi was good as well the instruction to check-in the room and open the apartment lock are pretty complicated, the host lives in another city maybe, so the check-in process is automated yet complicated, and door lock passward expires exactly at the check-out time so we got into another issue that we extended another night but door lock didn't open again, we were lucky that we discovered the issue while being in room, we tried to contact the host multiple times but he didn't answer but "luckliy again", the cleaning lady came and we managed to explain her the issue and then she called the host on another number and he replied and fixed the issue right away. the place in general is really good but that check-in process & automated lock are very complicated and could lead to real issues if someone was in ruch for train/flight trip
• Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - Room was spacious, facilities in the apartment were good. The owners even brought extra fans due to the heat (36 degrees).
• Peer (8/5): Amazing! - Location was amazing. The property was really clean. The kitchen stove worked exceptionally well. Really recommend! Unfortunately there was no airconditioning. Which may not be a problem for everyone but was for me. There was a great working fan though. I was still hot most of the nights. The kitchen was ill equipped with only 1 pan, so we could not cook much.

• Patrycja (10/5): Great stay in Lecco - Perfect location in Lecco- you can visit a lot of places without the car from there- by bus, train or boat. The apartment is fabulous brand new, perfectly clean like a home. Everything what you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Great wi-fi, comfy beds, spacious room. 6min from a big supermarket, not far to the centre and train station. The contact with the owner was good but he/she had no information about the area- such as good beaches or restaurant. Probably it is the beginning of this business.

• Daria (6/5): Clean as in hospital - Whether it is good or no -Very clean -Good location -Bright roomS and kitchen -you will NOT live alone (this I did not notice from the beginning) -our first neighbours arrived at 00:30 and we had no chance to meet them, so, should I say that the night was not calm? (but yes, this is not the problem of the flat itself) -the walls to the corridor are really thin and the door to the toilet creaks and I heard every movement -you cannot set your own password to the door and your door can be open remotely -boiler is really small for four people, hot water finished after I applied shampoo, and I had to wash my hair with water that was cold as ice -very loud renovation started somewhere in the house at 09:00 -even though the apartment has cocker and oven ‘according to the Italian law’ you cannot use them (this was the first time I heard something like this)

• Aswin (9/5): Overall Good experience - The location and room are so clean. I love the location too. Everything is near. The Iot system in the hotel. We need to check in and so remaining this our own. That is a good thing. But we spent a lot of time to unlock the door. That was a difficult part. No fan or AC and not able to open windows as it directly opens to a public road. Overall it was good.

• Ivan (3/5): Poor - Location Unreal to sleep. No air conditioner. For this money it should be unless they want to boil people in the room. The Tier 1 minus it no soundproofing at all!!! You can heat what people are vispering in the room near.
• Elvinamrrr (9/5): Great variant to see Lecco. Not so crowded as Como, but very nice! - The best about this property is the price and location. It is only 4 minutes from Lake Como and 15 min on foot from the city center or railway station. Near the apartment, there is a big groceries shop and a nice cafe Moro to have breakfast (recommend it). The check-in and entering the room are online using a special system. In the room, we found nice snacks and water. There are a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and fridge. Also some dishes and glasses. And the hairdryer is there now)) The property has a kitchen stove, but no pots, pans, or something similar. We planned to cook pasta or ravioli, but it is not allowed. So you need to understand that you have only a microwave. You need to understand that you will have neighbors and you don't know anything about them)
• Wojciech (7/5): Nice warm stay - Kitchen was well prepared, big fridge and great coffee machine. Room and bathroom were clean. Owner prepared few small shower gel. Unfortunately there is no air conditioner in room and the apartment is on ground floor. During night was really hot and because safety reason we couldn't open the windows.
• Hatef (2/5): Very poor - There are not many good things to report. Only that it was near the lake and you could walk to the city easily on foot in 20 minutes. The warm water was not enough for 4 people. It was not even enough for 2 people, even if you wanted to take a quick shower. So when our neighbors took a shower, it was already totally cold, and we couldn't take a shower. Our door could not be opened or closed with a link they provided online, so we had a hard time making the host understand that we can't be locked out of our own door.. They solved the problem at night, but we lost lots of time on this. The room had no air conditioner and not even a fan. And it was loud outside to open the windows. Not at all fun to live in such a room. The stuff couldn't speak English and used google Translate. They had a kitchen for cooking? Ok, but no pans or pot!! How can people cook?? It means you can't really cook anything. Oven didn't work either. It seems they have restricted everything. So that people can't use them. For such expensive price it didn't worth it. The door handle was loose. The neighbor left the room, and the handle just fell outside. We got locked up inside the property. Finally, we could open the door by turning the axes and then connecting the handle. Not recommend.

Room was very spacious and common area was neat and tidy We were hoping to cook dinner on the stove, but unfortunately it was against landlord rules, so we made do with the kettle and microwave no problem
