• Sarah (10/5): Magnificent location and welcoming hosts. - Everything, LOCATION magnificent, Antonella and parents treated us like family. They were there is meet and great show us into the most beautiful spacious apartment overlooking the water and 5 mins walk from the main town. Wonderful hosts giving us information on restaurants and activities. Apartment was so clean and had everything you needed and so happy they arranged parking for us. Our family of 5 highly recommend this apartment! 10 out of 10z

Both Antonella and Maria Rita were super responsive and gave excellent recommendations of were to eat and experience all the little hidden treasures of Cefalu Perhaps the one thing that can be improved is the water pressure in the shower
• Brett (10/5): A truly unforgettable stay filled with warmth, comfort, and the sound of the sea! - We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful seaside apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Maria Rita and her daughter Antonella, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They met us personally, showed us where to park by the port and gave us a thorough overview of the apartment and Cefalu town. The location could not be more perfect—just a short walk into the heart of Cefalù, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach. It was so convenient to explore the town on foot and then return to our quiet, comfortable retreat by the sea. The apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully renovated with tasteful decor. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The two balconies were a dream—one facing the sea where we enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the waves just a few feet away, and the other perfect for people-watching and taking in the lively local atmosphere. Antonella went over and above to answer any questions we had during our stay, offer recommendations, and even help book local trips or suggest restaurants—each one we tried was fantastic. They even provided beach towels and beach umbrellas, which made our seaside days completely stress-free. This was more than just a place to stay—it felt like a home away from home, thanks to the warmth and generosity of our hosts. • Sofia (9/5): Perfect apartment by the water - Location was ideal for walking into the town, getting a few groceries, restaurants, etc. The owners were so helpful, available when we arrived and by text anytime to provide information about the apartment and the city. The spacious apartment had a washing machine, which was so appreciated. Drinking coffee on the balcony looking and hearing the ocean a few feet away…what an experience Unfortunately there was a Cefalu internet issue when we arrived which was bad luck but it got resolved within a day. A second key would be helpful for families, and an extra clothes rack for the balcony. These were minor issues compared to all the positives of this lovely apartment.

• Anne (10/5): Fabulous three night stay in Cefalu - Fantastic first floor apartment within walking distance of all the amenities of Cefalu. We were met by the owner Maria and her daughter Antonella who showed us where to park our car and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment. Lovely people and very welcoming. Antonella can recommend restaurants and book trips for guests. Brights and welcoming apartment with two small balconies and everything guests will need. Nothing

Antonella gave us many recommendations for restaurants in town. The flat was very clean, newly renovated, with large rooms. The interior is tastefully decorated and well equipped, and you have a beautiful sea view from 2 balconies, on which you can sit and enjoy observing people walking by. The hosts also offer bathing towels and beach umbrellas. The parking is by the port, which allows you to grab a coffee with the local fishermen at the local café there before you set off for the day. Antonella and her parents were extremely welcoming, they helped us park in their private parking (8min walk) and gave us great recommendations! Everything was perfect

Just follow what they say and you will not regret it. The apartment is super cute, super clean and really comfortable. On top you are waking distance from the old town center with all shops and restaurants you can wish for. Starting the morning with that beautiful view was just a dream. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic pantry items you might night too get the cooking started( coffee, sugar, salt, oil... Is all there). Welcoming wine and local fruits was another warm touch. Highly recommend a stay here and would easily go back if we have the chance. • Nicola (9/5): An enjoyable stay in a stylish, well-located apartment with a warm welcome from our hosts. - Our hosts Maria-Rita, Antonella and Paolo gave us a warm welcome and took me to park the car in their free space before driving me back to the apartment. The apartment is modern in style and spotlessly clean. Maria-Rita had put local wine and water in the fridge for us, which was a lovely welcome. The view from the balconies is great and I enjoyed waking to the sound of the sea. Antonella had some great recommendations of places to eat and was keen to make our visit to Cefalu as happy as possible. It was easy to walk around Cefalu and reach everywhere pretty quickly. We enjoyed time on the beach and particularly loved the shallow water and sand bank close to the shore. At the end of our stay, Paolo very helpfully took me back to collect our car. The apartment was cold when we arrived (our stay was in mid-April) and, although we were able to use the air conditioning system for heating, the rooms tended to drop cool again quite quickly once the air conditioning was turned off. We just made sure we put the heating on as soon as we returned to the apartment.

The host family are lovely and met us to show us apartment and also provided a wealth of information on what to see and where to dine in local areas which was fantastic. The apartment is above some local shops and a car workshop next door which gives a lovely local feel to the spot.

Antonella is so helpful in providing local restaurants, cafes, bakery and sightseeing activities! Waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean makes this place a mini paradise. A bowl of fresh fruits and local Sicilian wine was a lovely touch! Microwave will have been useful but the property had everything you will need for a pleasant stay, including washing machine!

• Jeff (10/5): Great Location, Clean with a View - Everything. The owners included the wife, husband and son. They were all super friendly, helpful and communicative. The property what immaculate and modern. It wasn't the largest during our stays on our trip but the sizes of rooms were perfect and the views are even more beautiful in person. The location is great because there is a beautiful rock beach steps away and then there is the walk into the busy area right around the corner. It's perfect as it is close enough to access while just far enough to not hear the nightlife when trying to sleep. Everything is in walking distance. Absolutely recommend staying here! The parking spot was quite some distance away which was tough in the heat but the owner kindly drops you off on the first day and you don't need your car until you leave and it's free so it's worth it.

Such a hospital family that couldn't do enough for us, from providing a beautifully clean house with all amenities such as cleaning products, washing detergents, tea, coffee, water and white wine we couldn't ask for anything more! Location was perfect, and everything was within walking distance! Can't wait to go back, we are a family of 4 and it was perfect 👌 😍
• Camilla (10/5): Perfect place with lovely owners - a real gem! - Wonderful property in a quieter less touristic part of Cefalù but only a 3 minute walk from the centre. It’s newly renovated and impeccably cleaned. Great hosts - caring, responsive, a lot of attention to small details (water bottles, wine & fresh fruit upon arrival) and super well equipped for the beach (parasols & beach chairs). Nothing to not like.
• Joeri (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The hosting family was very nice and their son spoke English very well. The flat is in a quiet but very central place in town. It took 2 mins to jump into the sea. Probably the best place in cefalu for that money! Nothing. Everything was extremely clean!

• Ashlee (8/5): Clean, comfortable apartment with incredible sea views - What a lovely location! It’s a 15 to 20 min walk from the train station. Once you are at the apartment it’s a 5 min walk to everything including 2 grocery stores 😁 you have an incredible view of the water from the 2 balcony’s and you can hear the sea splashing on the rocks. We were greeted by Maria Rita and she helped us get settled in. She had a bottle of water for us and also a lovely Sicilian wine, both were very much appreciated. She has decorated in a Sicilian beach theme that is very welcoming and clean. We will be booking this apartment again 🌸 The busses drop off at the top of the hill so you have lots of groups passing by throughout the day. It’s not that big of a deal it’s just something to be aware of
• Jo (10/5): Cefalu is a great town and Scinniamare is an amazing spot. - The hosts went above and beyond to meet us and accompany us to the car park. We arrived in 2 groups at different times and they were very accommodating. The apartment is a good size and the little balcony overlooking the sea is simply fantastic! Nothing at all

More importantly the host and her family went out of their way when one of our party had to visit hospital during our short stay . They were so kind and so helpful and this was of great help to us when we didn’t speak Italian . I have nothing negative to say about this apartment and the beautiful host !

• Cairns (10/5): Would love to return - perfect location for a relaxing break - The apartment was sparkling clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. I would say that the photos don't do it justice....it is even nicer in reality! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They even provided us with beach towels as a special request, as we were travelling light. They also gave us some excellent nearby restaurant recommendations. The complementary bottle of prosecco and coffee capsules were a lovely gesture too. The location was perfect....just a ten minute stroll into town. Cefalu was beautiful...especially in Oct. We had temperatures of 25-28 degrees and it wasn't too crowded. N/A
• Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic. Owners very friendly and helpful - they gave us a private parking nearby. Also a bottle of wine and water to get started. This place is very quiet in restricted zone for few cars and at same time within 5 minutes walk to the center. Highly recommended !

Parking is a bit further (near the harbor) but still managable. The location is great - very close to the center. Amazing view. Overall we had a good stay.
