• Chiara (9/5): Accoglienza molto gentile, camera piacevole. - Posizione molto centrale, a un isolato di distanza dall'inizio della via pedonale. La stanza all'interno era pulita e accogliente; non aveva affaccio o balconi (primo piano verso il cortile), ma in compenso l'abbiamo trovata silenziosa. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile, anche oltre le aspettative. Sarebbe gradito un piccolo scaldabagno appunto nel bagno, perchè il riscaldamento è solo nella stanza principale e per lavarsi fa un po' freddo (nel periodo invernale si intende). Molto apprezzata la macchina del caffè, magari un piccolo bollitore per the/tisane potrebbe essere un'aggiunta piacevole dal costo piccolo per la proprietà. Infine accanto al letto c'è una sola presa, per cui per mettere in carica il telefono bisogna staccare la luce del comodino... uno sdoppiatore di presa e si risolve in pochi attimi!

• Anna (9/5): Apartament tranquil davant de l'estació d'autobusos. - L'apartament queda molt a prop de la zona comercial i de vianants, del lloc on hi ha més vida. Les habitacions no són gaire espaioses, però estan ben equipades. Tot molt net. No vam tenir cap problema per aparcar el cotxe al mateix carrer. Tot correcte.

• Paul (10/5): - Camera este mobilata si decorata cu mult bun gust, gazda deosebit de amabila, amplasarea este chiar langa autogara. A fost singurul caz din calatoria noastra in Italia (inclusiv cel de anul trecut din aceeasi perioada) in care am fost asteptati cu instalatia de incalzire pornita. -

• Ghislain (10/5): - La disponibilité des propriétaires, l'emplacement dans Cosenza. Cela n'a rien à voir avec ce logement mais attention aux voyageurs qui viennent en train: la gare de Cosenza est très excentrée et difficile d'accès. Venez plutôt en bus: les services sont nombreux et CinqueStanze est justement situé sur la gare routière, qui elle est très centrale. Sinon, comme souvent, prevoire des bouchons d'oreilles.

• Mike (8/5): - Die Lage zum Busbahnhof war perfekt für uns. In der Nähe war das Stadtzentrum und es gab alles was wir gebraucht haben. Der Check-in war einfach und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war toll.

• Marianna (10/5): Esperienza breve ma super positiva - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura per una sola notte e ne sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatta. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile grazie alla signora Rosa, un'host eccezionalmente cordiale, simpatica e disponibile. Fin dal nostro arrivo, ci ha fornito preziosi consigli e suggerimenti su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare, rendendo la nostra breve permanenza a Cosenza molto più piacevole e organizzata. Le mie impressioni sono state ottime sotto ogni aspetto. L'ambiente era impeccabilmente pulito, con un gradevole profumo di fresco che si sentiva appena entrati. La nostra camera era già dotata di aria condizionata accesa, un tocco di attenzione che abbiamo molto apprezzato e che ci ha garantito il massimo comfort fin da subito. Il letto matrimoniale era particolarmente comodo, assicurando un riposo perfetto. La posizione è un vero punto di forza. Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l'auto e muoverci comodamente a piedi, avendo tutto a portata di mano. Conserverò un ricordo splendido di questo soggiorno e, se dovessi tornare a Cosenza, sceglierei senza esitazioni di soggiornare di nuovo qui.

• Ester (10/5): We are already planning our next stay at Cinque Stanze. It was amazing. - First of all the host - Rosa, super friendly and extremely helpful. Went out of her way to help us and we just loved stopping and chatting with her. The location was very central and in walking distance to the popular Corso Mazzini. Plenty of parking, buses at the doorstep, supermarket on the corner, coffee bar downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants in close walking distance. Also it was so clean and fresh and the rooms are all just stunning. It’s private and quiet. The housekeeper is wonderful. We loved so much about Cinque Stanze. There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

• Mary (7/5): Good - The host was very helpfull when I contacted her. The "family room" is just for show. It is on automatic timers so when you enter the room it comes on then one minute later it goes off. I contacted the host as my husband was taking a nap and I wanted to sit in the family room and read and the lights kept going off. I was told to turn on a switch manually which only elimiated a small light. The apartment is right across the street from the bus station which was very loud and noisy all hours of the night and day.
• Kaloyan (10/5): Strongly recommend - Clean and comfortable room with big bathroom. Very nice and friendly owner, ready to help and give recommendations for dinner, sightseeing, taxi and other things. Great location. Very close to city central street. The bus station is on the opposite side of the hotel and it was very easy to catch the bus in the morning. The public transport stop to the train station is also near the hotel.

Owners are excellent caring hosts! ❤️ Grazie Rosa & Giuseppe Location across from city bus station, while handy, may require you to be more cautious at night if walking around. Group had difficulty with keys as not familiar with use of skeleton keys

• Khoffermd (10/5): Apartment Very Comfortable - There is no breakfast. The room is in a building across from the main bus station and not so pretty, but one block away is main street with shopping and dining and very lovely. Rose and Giuseppe were outstanding in helping us book the ferry to Sicily, recommending places for dinner and just taking good care of us. She is a real sweetheart. If I ever come back I will stay with Rose. The actual building and bus station area is not so pretty.
