• Oleksii (8/5): Good place for a couple only - 10 minutes to metro, nice and calm neighborhood. The sofa is not very soft, even with additional futon. The futon which can be used as a third bed is very thin and is not good for sleeping. The area in front of the bathroom is separated only by a curtain, which can cause inconvenience for people.

• NAYANA (8/5): Тихая студия в Токио - Маленькая уютная студия в очень тихом жилом районе. В квартире было все необходимое: полотенца, посуда и кухонные принадлежности, wifi, телевизор, фен, стиральная машина, гель для стирки, шампунь и прочее. Неподалеку есть круглосуточный магазин и много автоматов с напитками. Прекрасное расположение - рядом станция метро и крупная станция Синзюку, от которых можно удобно добраться до любого места в Токио. Я однозначно рекомендую эту студию тем, кто ищет тихое жилье и не хочет долго ездить на метро до всех достопримечательностей. Отдельно выражаю благодарность администрации объекта за то, что всегда были на связи, быстро отвечали на все вопросы и пожелания. Очень тонкие стены, слышно соседей. В здании нет лифта, приходилось самим поднимать чемоданы на третий этаж. Низкие потолки, узкая кровать. В холодную погоду в студии прохладно (кондиционер не согревал достаточно), а в дождь очень влажно.

Mas se vc estiver em 4 ou 5 aconselho um hotel!! 10-15 minutos até à estação do metro! O box do banheiro não escoava água, vc tinha que tomar banho dentro de uma piscina! As toalhas de má qualidade e muito pequenas! O banheiro estava um pouco sujo! Não voltaria!!

• Guilherme (10/5): Nice small stay for max 2 couples - Well connected location if you don't mind walking a bit. Perfect for a small group as the bedroom contains both beds. Staff was responsive and provided all the information we needed, plus they were very respectful.

• Katsura (10/5): Perfect for our Tokyo tow nights casual stay for me and two teenager boys. - Very clean and covenant. Looks small outside but big inside. Washing machine in the room and ac, kitchen refrigerator, shower with extra amenity like hair dryer was perfect enough. Quiet are but close to stations.there is a ding vending machine downstairs easy to use. Family mart nearby. The staff was friendly and polite easy to reach out.

• Jivon Cornelia (10/5): - Very close to a bus stop (Only 8 mins walk) and the bus has direct stop at Shinjuku station. Very convenient. The space is big enough for a group of 4. The neighborhood is quiet & lots of vending machine nearby. Near the bus stop there's a big supermarket too. Note: There's this bus called Hachiko Bus that stops right in front of the house.

L’adresse indiqué sur booking n’est pas la bonne car on tombe sur la rue de derrière et on tourne ne rond. Il a fallut appeler le gérant ou la structure d e location pour avoir la bonne adresse. Assez loin du métro ! Pas d’ascenseur 2 eme étage avec bagages compliqué ! On ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre beaucoup d émoustillé on s’est fait dévorer dans l’appartement. Sinon chambre sympathique La chambre dispose de tout micro onde, réfrigérateur dopage machine sur le balcon ! La chambre était plutôt propre ! Mais le lit était un peu trop mou.
