• Andrew (8/5): - Location is superb, right next to the train station and town square, also a quick walk to the Lonza site which I was visiting for work. The staff were very helpful on arrival - the door to my bathroom broke as soon as I went in my room, but they organised for this to be fixed promptly the next day. The room was very clean and was fine for facilities. There was no option to be able to have decaffeinated coffee at breakfast unfortunately.

• Hawyfer (9/5): Perfekt für ein paar Nächte - Perfekt für ein paar Nächte. Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Frühstück wurde vorbereitet fürs Mitnehmen. Zug direkt bis Zermatt dauert ungefähr 1 Stunden, was ok ist. Hohe Preise aber so ist die Schweiz überall.

• Jeannette (8/5): Insgesamt stimmig und für meine Bedürfnisse gut passend. Jederzeit gerne wieder. - Zimmer wie beschrieben, das hat gepasst. Die Luft hat im Raum unangenehm gerochen. Es war enorm heiss, keine Klimaanlage. Der Ventilator war hilfreich, jedoch halt laut und trocknet die Augen aus. Das Zimmer war nach hinten gerichtet, zum Glück, denn es war trotzdem ziemlich laut. Aber das ist auch zu erwarten aufgrund der Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Für mich war die Lage perfekt. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück im Messingkännli geht gar nicht für mich. Leider konnte kein Cappuccino/Latte Macchiato bestellt werden. Das wäre in der heutigen Zeit in der Schweiz Standard, meiner Meinung nach.

• Jerome (8/5): Hôtel bien placé, calme, tout à fait conforme aux descriptions. - Nous avions réservé des chambres individuelles simples. Elles sont très confortables et tout à fait appréciables dans le cas d'un séjour d'une nuit comme le nôtre. La situation de l'hôtel près de la gare est très pratique et l'hôtel est très calme. Le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité.

• Chaminda (8/5): A good location. Hotel staff was really good. Especially the lady who prepared the breakfast was awesome. - Proximity to the station Nothing special. But our sink was not working and hotel staff managed to fix it on the following day. Not a big deal but after a long day, you would like to chill with all facilities working well.

They also offer a discount for the restaurant at the entrance, which was really nice. The breakfast was also quite good. Overall I definitely recommend it

• stefan (9/5): Very convenient for a short business trip - The location is perfect for travel by train. Just across the street of the train station. No need for taxis or Ubers etc. The hotel served the the typical Swiss breakfast. For a short two night stay the hotel was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and a restaurant was available downstairs as well, even on a Sun when most places in Visp are closed. I don't really have anything to complain about. Maybe I would not select this hotel for a 1 week stay since the rooms were a bit small, but for a 2-3day business trip it worked out really well.

• Tomer (10/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sauberen, schön gelegenen Hotel mit freundlichem Service - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und ordentlich – mit einem herrlichen Balkon, der sowohl auf die Straße als auch auf die Berge blickte. Das Hotel- und Empfangsteam war ausgesprochen freundlich, und der Empfang bei der Ankunft war sehr herzlich. Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker – eine wirklich gelungene Auswahl. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und die freundliche Betreuung. Nichts.
• Dima (8/5): Convenient and well located for travelers - Perfectly placed for a short stay in Visp - it’s right next to the train and bus stations. The hotel itself has everything you need including three restaurants to choose from. The bed was very comfortable as well! Easy check in and seamless check out.

• friedrich (8/5): Sehr gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis für die an sich teure schweiz. - Sauberes, wenn auch kleineres zimmer mit balkon, sehr gutes frühstück, ideal für bahnreisende, da nahe am bahnhof, gutes restaurant im 1. Stock. Der gastgarten vom lokal im erdgeschoss verursacht lärm bis weit nach mitternacht. Schlafen bei offener balkontüre (kein fenster) ist unmöglich, je nach alkoholspiegel der gäste auch bei geschlossenem balkon.

• Cornelia (5/5): Ansonsten in Ordnung. - Wir waren um 10 Uhr im Speisesaal. Wir seien zu spät. Es wäre höflich gewesen ein Gipfeli anzubieten. Nichts aufwändiges. Wir haben dann auf der anderen Seite etwas gegessen. Schade, von einem Hotel hätte wir mehr Gastfreundschaft erwartet. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

• Didier (5/5): Une fois, mais pas 2 - Un restaurant qui propose des plats très convenables. la chambre était vraiment une cage à poules! lavabo à coté du lit. Obligé de travailler avec son PC sur la table de nuit (50 x 50 cm). Cet hôtel n'a vraiment pas mérité sa qualification absolument pmas adapté pour un voyage d'affaire où on nécessite un peu d'espace.

• Ellen (6/5): A convenient location, but overall an underwhelming stay for the price - Great location right next to the bahnhof Overall, the stay was not as welcoming as expected. There was no dedicated reception staff, and assistance was mainly provided by the restaurant team. The room had poor insulation and no air conditioning, so during the hot summer days it stayed uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately, the electric fan didn’t make much difference. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the serving lady was lovely, though the 8 a.m. start may be a little late for guests planning early morning trips to Zermatt. While the location is convenient, the overall experience did not feel like good value for money
