• Sheila (4/5): Disappointing- poor and rude attitude of host. Inaccurate and misleading description of service. - Location was good It was advertised as a room with a private bathroom but this is not true. The room comes with a shared bathroom for a number of rooms. I booked it for my daughter who was traveling alone and would not have paid £124 for a room with a shared bathroom. The description on Booking is not accurate and is very misleading. I contacted Patricia and she said she was too busy to deal with my concerns and that my daughter could leave! She was dismissive and rude - I was shocked that she was content to put my daughter out on the street. She also said she had another booking at 4pm yesterday so maybe she gave the room I’d booked to another customer?

Great location, 5 minutes walk from town, and very peaceful. Nice continental breakfast with toast, fruit and yoghurt. Great parking right outside Difficult to find. The bed was nice and firm but a bit lumpy. No ensuite bathroom which I'd expect for the price. I didn't like the smell of cigarettes:(

• Marianela (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was really nice, made with love and super tasty! The house is really quiet and clean. Bathroom is big and comfy. Bed was nice as well. It felt really comfy staying in the house. Hosts were really nice and made us feel like home. I'd stay there again if needed. Only 15 mins drive from Cliffs of Moher. Town is small but nice for a short walk and house is very close to town.

Lovely place. - These rooms were booked by a relative to allow us to stay closer to an event in Miltown. The experience was great and rather than a 30 mile drive to our previous location - we had a six minute walk.

• James (10/5): Go hiontach! - very welcoming hosts, always up for a chat or advice on the area, very comfortable room, and a great location. It was all great, including the breakfast. I suppose someone might want a fry, but you can get one of those five minutes walk away.

• Daragh (8/5): Nice venue on the doorstep of Milltown Mallbay. - Location in Miltown Malbay was excellent, and the house itself is tucked away, nice and quite. We met Patricia on arrival, she was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size, and very clean. On the morning we left, Patricia and Gerry went out of their way to make sure we were looked after with a pleasant and plentiful continental breakfast. I would have liked an undersheet on the bed for a bit more comfort. I think an outer door on the approach to the bedroom would be good imrovement, make it an ensuite.
• Linda (9/5): Brilliant location walking distance (even in heels!!) from the town - A little surprised there wasnt a full irish or hot breakfast availalable BUT what we got was a really lovely breakfast with a choice of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruits, toast, brown bread and as much tea or coffee as one would want! Cant say there was anything we didn't like and hosts were so lovely!
