• Marcin (10/5): Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt w Atenach. Polecam!!! - Mieszkanie jest wspaniałe! Wygodne i bardzo gustownie urządzone. Panuje w nim nieskazitelna czystość i wygoda. Wyposażenie jest idealne i niczego nie brakuje. Fantastyczny taras. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, dwie toalety. Wszędzie blisko, ścisłe centrum w zasięgu 15-20 minut pieszo. W ogóle nie ma konieczności korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej, nawet na Akropol. W okolicy kawiarnie, restauracje, market, cukiernie i piekarnie, gdzie można kupić lokale wypieki i zjeść na tarasie do kawy. Tina bardzo miła i pomocna; odpowiadała na wszystkie nasze pytania, poleciła bardzo fajne miejsca. Wszystko było super! Żadnych najmniejszych nawet minusów!

Appart nickel équipé de A à Z et très bien localisé si bon marcheurs. Majorité des monuments à moins de 30 minutes à pied. On a demandé pour laisser nos bagages le jour de notre départ pour visiter encore un peu avant notre vol retour étant au soir et la propriétaire a acceptée sans soucis. Je recommande fortement 👍 /

The flat was immaculate, everything felt brand new and was spotlessly clean. The balcony was a real highlight, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby places to eat and always responding quickly to any questions. They were also very flexible with our requests, which made the whole experience even smoother. I’d definitely stay here again.

The owner was really nice and responsive and gave us precise instructions on how to get to the apartment. The couch was a bit hard for sleeping and the bar which is right under the apartment could be quite loud during the weekend nights. Of course the owner thinks about everything and the disposable earplugs were provided.

• Nandia (10/5): - Όμορφο, φωτεινό, ανακαινισμένο κι εργονομικό κατάλυμα με αρκετούς κι έξυπνα σχεδιασμένους χώρους αποθήκευσης για το μέγεθός του. Στα συν η μεγάλη βεράντα στιγμές χαλάρωσης, το άνετο κρεβάτι, τα μαξιλάρια και το πάπλωμα για ξεκούραστο ύπνο, καθώς και η κεντρική θέρμανση μέσω καλοριφέρ, ενώ υπήρχαν και κλιματιστικά. Εξυπηρετεί άνετα δύο ενηλικες τουλάχιστον, καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι κι έναν καναπέ κρεβάτι. Η compact κουζίνα είναι πλήρως οργανωμένη και το μπάνιο εχει το ιδανικό μέγεθος και την κατάλληλη διάταξη για άνετη χρήση. Η περιοχή είναι κεντρική κοντά σε υπηρεσίες και καταστήματα για κάθε είδους ανάγκη. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλά πάρκινγκ, καθώς η στάθμευση είναι δύσκολη εκ των πραγμάτων σε τόσο κεντρική περιοχή. Εύκολα κινείται κανείς με ταξί, τα μέσα ή και με τα πόδια για τις κοντινές αποστάσεις. Τέλος, η επικοινωνία με την υπεύθυνη του καταλύματος ήταν άμεση και εξυπηρετήθηκαν θετικά όλα μας τα αιτήματα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε την επόμενη φορά που θα κινηθούμε στην ίδια περιοχή.

Sinaasappeltjes, koffie, beschuitjes, boter, confituur enz. Mocht ik 11/10 kunnen geven, dan deed ik het. Het interieur is tip/top in orde. Een héél dikke duim aan deze dame! helemaal niets

• Laura (10/5): Best place for our 7-day stay! - It was a perfect stay. The directions to find the accommodation were clear, and the check-in process was simple and flexible. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for our 7-day stay in Athens. When we walked in, the apartment even had a pleasant, fresh scent, which made us feel immediately welcome. There was even Netflix. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the accessories and appliances we could possibly need. We were also pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras, such as earplugs and mosquito repellent spray — incredibly useful! The location was excellent — very close to restaurants, shops, and the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Plus, the place is called Iris, which made it even more special for me since it’s also the title of my favorite song. Overall, the place exceeded our expectations — it truly felt like a home away from home❤️ Nothing.

Lo mejor?, la anfitriona. Nos hizo la estancia fácil y nos permitió entrar y salir del apartamento en horas no previstas para hacer el check in y check out. Muchas gracias, Tina..!!!.

• Tali (10/5): - הגענו לדירה דרך המלצות ונהנו מכל רגע הדירה גדולה ומאוד נקייה הינו ארבעה אנשים והיה מאוד מרובח היו את כל המתקנים והציוד הנדרש והכול נגיש מסודר ונקי. מרפסת גדולה שניתן לשהות לאורך היום עם פינת ישיבה נהדרת. יש גם מכונת כביסה למי שרוצה לכבס. מטבח גדול למי שמעוניין לבשל מקרר גדול ושלל אביזרי מטבח שימושיים לשהייה בת כמה ימים. כמו כן גם פינת אוכל בתוך הבית ופינת אוכל במרפסת. טינה מקסימה ואדיבה נתנה לנו המון המלצות למסעדות אטרקציות ומאפיות באזורינו ואפילו נתנה לנו את האפשרות לעשות צ׳ק אין מוקדם וצ׳ק אאוט מאוחר למזלינו היתה לה את האפשרות. הדירה נמצאת במיקום מושלם ברובע מרכזי ונגיש לתחבורה ציבורית ולרחובות המרכזיים בעיר. ממליצה בחום🙂

Tina’s communication was excellent from start to finish; providing us with lots of help and recommendations for our visit. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony area which was a real plus. The location is a 20 minute walk from all of the main sights. Highly recommend! Nothing.

• Elyce (9/5): Athens cosiest apartment - It was walking distance to most attractions, the space itself was tidy and spacious. The balcony was large but unfortunately it was too warm to enjoy 😆 Tina was incredibly accomodating, very friendly and gave us heaps of local recommendations. Some made our stay a lot more memorable. The bedding wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t very comfortable to sleep in but thankfully one of the blankets at the property helped me sleep better. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I appreciated how pretty the accommodation was and that it was well equipped with enough pillows, blankets and cutlery. The host is very helpful and shared activity and cafe recommendations ahead of our arrival. The aircon also helped so much with the heat. My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much and I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Athens. N/A - everything was perfect

The terrace is also very comfortable. The house is modern and equipped with every comfort. The building is located in a central area served by the metro a short distance away. The added value however was Tina, an extremely attentive and helpful person. We had a good time thanks Tina!

• Jane (9/5): Excellent flat and thoughtful host - The flat was in a great location, close to the metro, and 15 min walking distance from the main sights of Athens. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. She left us lovely drinks & snacks when we arrived and also gave extensive recommendations of shops & restaurants in the area. The flat had everything we needed, was very clean, with a large balcony. As the weather was unusually cold during our stay, we appreciated the central heating that came on every evening, as well as the extra blankets. Check in / check out process was easy & convenient. The bar on the ground floor can be noisy from Thursday to Saturday if you’re a light sleeper

• Ji (10/5): If You Read This, Don’t Miss Your Chance to Stay. This apartment is amazing, and I feel so lucky to - Apartment: The facilities are basic, but everything is well-managed and functioning properly. I believe that something simple, yet fully satisfying the needs of guests, is the greatest benefit you can experience, and this apartment proves that. It has a lovely balcony. Although I couldn’t use it due to the cold weather, the condition was spotless, and it was well-equipped with clean chairs and a table. The bathroom is a bit small for us, but it is clean, comfortable, and fresh. The open-plan kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom (with what I think is a king-size bed) are incredibly clean and sufficiently spacious. All of these areas are comfortable, with plenty of natural light and fresh air (I didn’t detect any bad odors at all) because they have direct access to the balcony (it is on the 4th floor). I visited in late February, so I wasn’t tempted by the strong pull of spending time on the balcony, but I can imagine that the balcony and the apartment's layout would make your summer stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Host: Tina was very kind and responsive. We usually communicated via the Booking.com app, but it was never inconvenient. She always responded quickly and provided thorough answers to my questions. What an amazing host! Neighborhood: The apartment is about 100 meters from Panepistimio Station (the red line), one stop away from Syntagma. It’s a slight climb from the station to the building, but nothing too tough. It’s just one block away from the Academia of Athens and is located in the university area of Athens, much like Bloomsbury in London. In the neighborhood, you’ll easily find plenty of cafes, bookstores, and bars. It’s also a 10-minute walk to the municipal traditional market, where you can explore and try some local foods. While it’s not close to Plaka, it’s definitely walkable. If you prefer a more peaceful, local area away from the typical tourist spots, this will be the ideal place for you. Not really. One minor thing was that I couldn't find a laundry washing machine. I didn’t need it during my stay, but I did wonder what I would do if I were staying in the summer.

They were quick to respond to any questions and gave clear and useful information. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well lit and looked recently renovated. Everything worked well. Nice bakeries, shops, restaurants, bars and good coffee all within minutes by foot. The neighborhood is considered edgy by some. I loved it. Oh and the elevator plays 1950s pop and jazz tunes LOL I had no negative experiences

At the apartment, all the facilities are new and clean and also very beautiful. The balcony was perfect. There is careful attention to tiny details like candles and umbrella for the rain and also lovely treats like honey and butter. All the recommendations were clear and good. It was a perfect holiday for us. Everything was perfect

We travelled with our 3-year-old son and it was an easy walk to so many things we wanted to see. The metro was also just around the corner. The host gave us a whole lot of local information and we loved so many of the food places she suggested (highly recommend Starata pies around the corner)! Easy check-in/check-out process. • Yiu (10/5): Outstanding! Perfect! We had a great time! - The hospitality, nice stay and great food tips! We loved our stay and visit to Athens! We would surely recommend this place to our friends and family. The location was excellent. We have done everything by foot with our kids of 5 and 8 years old. Also a very nice terrace to relax after a long day or to have an early breakfast. Also the neighborhood was superb. There were a lot of small stores, lovely bars and restaurants/ taverns. The sofabed in the living room with a topper was good enough for our 2 children, but for adults it could be better.
• Stijn (10/5): Lovely! - Arriving late with 3 little kids, this was actually the perfect start of our trip through Greece! There were little surprises waiting for us in the fridge, check-in was extremely easy and to top it up, the location is just perfect, in a vibrant area of Athens! As the apartment is so well equipped, it’s the perfect place to relax after a warm busy day in town. Communication with the host went super smoothly! We totally recommend.

• Boris (10/5): If we return to Athens, this will be our place to stay - The apartment is small but very clean and cozy, gives a family vibe. the kitchen is great, with everything I need to cook almost everything, The bathroom is very clean. Main bedroom is very big! Balcony was amazing to sit and each breakfast/dinner. Location is extremely great and close to everything! TV has Netflix which is great if you have kids! The bad and pillows weren't so comfortable for me, but it's not unique for this apartment, I can't sleep in hotels as well.

• Murat (10/5): Accomodation was wonderful.. - Every single item has very well organized in the apartment. Host was very helpful. Location was wonderful. Nothing about accodomation.. Just would like to warn visitors of Athens; My wifes mobile phone has stolen in downtown. There is a gang of thieves work very coordinated. Police did nothing but laugh behind us after few steps... I highly recommend everyone to wear their bags in front in busy places..

The owner left us some fruits and wine and recommended places around worth to drop in. I definitely recommend this place. Extra reason: music in the lift ;)

• Anna (10/5): Couldn't expect more! - The apartment has great localization, less than 30 min. walk to Acropolis and other atractions. Everything inside is new, rooms and batrhoom are clean. There is really nice balcony, plenty of space everywhere. Shops and metro line is very close. Definitely would back in next occasion!;) Contact with the owner was fast and nice and really can't say anything bad about this place!;) -

• Stella (10/5): It was so nice to stay in a beautiful well kept apartment, I wish we could have stayed longer. - Our stay at Iris 2 was most enjoyable, the apartment was in a great location, spacious, very clean, beautifully maintained and well stocked with items in the kitchen and refrigerator. Our host Tina most kindly provided us with relevant information on places to visit in the area and was always available for any of our requests. We would definitely stay at Iris 2 next time we visit Athens. I could not find anything we didn't like about our stay.
