• Karen (3/5): Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend - Friendly owner and held our bags until 8pm, which was very helpful. The property was extremely difficult to find. Thankfully, a passerby noticed us looking lost and helpfully pointed us down a narrow alleyway. Even then, the path was blocked by rental children's electric cars, and my husband had to lift our bags to get through. The entrance and stairwell were cluttered with random items, including a refrigerator and electrical equipment, which created an unwelcoming first impression. Our room was spacious, but the balcony upgrade was not worth it—it overlooked other balconies with no privacy or real view. The biggest issue was the bathroom. It was clearly not cleaned properly, with a strong unpleasant odor and visibly dirty surfaces. The cups looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. It made me extremely uncomfortable, and although we had already paid for two nights, I canceled the additional two I had booked and moved elsewhere. Overall, this stay fell far short of expectations.

• Elsbeth (6/5): Very large quiet room - Very spacious room in a quiet location despite being very close to the lake! We had stayed at other end of the lake previously where noise is unavoidable. This location was much quieter in the evening but close enough to the action. Great for our last few days when we were happy to go out for a bit then short walk along the lake to home and rest. I think they’d forgotten to reset our room. I had to ask for towels when we checked in. I didn’t realise until after he’d left that we also didn’t have a duvet cover. There was a kettle but no water provided (free or to purchase) and only one coffee sachet for our 3 day stay. Not a huge drama and I’m sure they’d have fixed it for us but we never saw them again to ask (until checkout). Also worth noting that it’s quite hard to find! There’s a sign on the street for the alley to walk down but then no indication which door to enter when you get there. A nice neighbour saw us looking lost and called them for us.
