• Thanh-Tam (10/5): Warm welcome in a guesthouse at the very heart of old Corfu town. - The guesthouse is located in a one of the narrow lanes leading to Spianada square and is thus at the very heart of the old town of Corfu. The team is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are nicely decorated and the whole place has a warm, familiar atmosphere. The location is quite ideal. Excellent breakfast as well, not least the straptasada.

• David (9/5): Séjour très agréable et au calme - Ce petit hôtel, excellemment situé dans le vieux Corfou, est particulièrement cosy et agréable. La dame qui nous a servi le (très bon) petit déjeuner est remarquablement sympathique et à l’écoute de ses hôtes. En partance pour l’Albanie, nous n’y avons passé qu’une seule nuit mais nous restons sur notre faim et avons très envie d’y retourner pour plusieurs jours. Vous l’aurez compris : super séjour ! Tout était bien. Ah si ! La porte d’entrée est un peu étroite pour passer une grosse valise 😂

• ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΣ (10/5): Ενα υπέροχο Πάσχα στην φιλόξενη Κέρκυρα στο πιο κεντρικό κατάλυμα - Το καλύτερο κατάλυμα στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο. Σε λιγότερο από 1 λεπτό είσαι στην πλατεία Πλιαναδα και στην Λιστόν. Δεν μπορείτε να ζητήσετε κάτι καλύτερο αρχικά από άποψη τοποθεσίας. Το πρωινό υπέροχο, με φρέσκα υλικά, δεν θα ήταν υπερβολή να το πεις κ σπιτικό.. η κα Άντζελα έτοιμη να σε εξυπηρετήσει από διάφορα είδη καφέ, στημένο χυμό έως και στραπατσάδα.. Κατά την άφιξη μας μας περίμενε ο Παολο χαμογελαστός να μας κατατοπίσει και να μας λύσει κάθε απορία. Παρότι μείναμε στον 3ο όροφο, οι σκάλες δεν ήταν τόσο κουραστικές. Μάλιστα κατά την άφιξη μας μας βοήθησε ο Παολο να ανεβάσουμε τις αποσκευές μας. Πραγματικά ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε σύντομα στην πανέμορφη Κέρκυρα την περίοδο του Πάσχα.

Delicious breakfast The family room is on the top floor (room 6) so staying in the room below meant for a very noisy sleep with kids running around above us. Ask for rooms away from kids

The hospitality truly stood out — the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We had such a great experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

• Tracy (10/5): Exceptional ! It was our 3rd stay and we will be booking again for next year . - Central location with exceptional host and team. Breakfast was lovely and rooms are clean and comfortable. Nothing . This was our 3rd stay there so I think that says it all. Less mobile individuals will need to be mindful that the stairs to the rooms are steep.

I would recommend - Great location, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff The shower for the room that we stayed in has no door so it’s extremely hard to keep the bathroom dry, and the room tends to get very humid.

A cama para solteiro não era propriamente das mais confortáveis. Apesar do conceito ser engraçado, não se tornava cómodo e prático ter de descer e subir escadas para ir ao wc.

• Caron (10/5): Excellent stay in Corfu Town - Location perfect. Our host was very friendly and helpful. She helped arrange car hire for us as well as giving restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh bread, homemade jams, yoghurt and delicious scrambled eggs with tomatoes and feta.

• Lee (10/5): Highly recommended! - Fantastic location in the old town, close to all the sights & also to public transport & taxis. Extremely helpful & friendly staff - even before I arrived! Magnificent breakfast! Spacious room, good shower with lots of hot water. Steep, creaky wooden stairs ... but to be expected in such an old building.

The decoration is beautiful and very well designed, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything you may need. They were very supportive and provided us with useful information and recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also very clean, and it is clear that great attention is given to cleanliness in all areas. The location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around. The breakfast was very good with nice options. I definitely recommend trying the omelette — it was delicious! We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

• Louise (10/5): Highly recommend! - Fabulous Boutique B&B. We stayed here before travelling to Paxos for a week and then again on our return in Room 2 and 3. All the exceptionally clean rooms are unique with super king beds that are so comfortable. Kitchen area with fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, bottled water. Spacious bathroom with rainhead shower and slippers. Breakfast downstairs in the homely and quirky dining area was amazing! So much choice…cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, the best fresh bread we’ve ever tasted, homemade jams, cheese, ham, olives, tomatoes, Baklava and the most wonderful Greek eggs cooked by the lovely smiling Angela. Locandiera is in a fantastic location in a quiet side street close to all the restaurants, shops, waterfront and attractions. Highly recommended.

Very quiet street to the guesthouse and excellent food suggestions from Paulo. We were made to feel very welcome on an exceptionally hot afternoon. Water provided in the room which had a small kitchenette with a fridge. Beds comfy and the air conditioning a blessing! Small but perfectly sized breakfast offering with Angela on hand to make eggs/omelettes etc. Overall would recommend to anyone and would return. We were travelling with a 3yo and 7 yo and they loved their beds in room 6. Many thanks again

Breakfast with Angela was a fantastic experience in a delightful intimate breakfast space.. Always a smile and the food was exceptional The location was exceptional. The room was clean. The airconditioning worked a treat and the bed was very comfortable. Some noise intrusion from levels above. It is a historic building and that is to be expected. Insufficient storage and lack of drawers.

• Brigitte (10/5): Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Schon beim Eintreten in das kleine Hotel inmitten der Altstadt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Paolo hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das relativ große Zimmer war liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem, die guten Fenster haben keine Geräusche von draußen reingelassen. Zum Frühstück gab es ein kleines Buffet mit herzhaften und süßen Sachen. Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch in der offenen Küche frisch zubereitet. Wir werden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

• DAVID (10/5): Don't miss out on this one, fabulous rooms and great hosts. - Excellent location, close to all the major things you want to see in town, we were in room 2, super comfy double bed, lovely quality bed linen, great modern and powerful shower with lots of hot water and good decor. An excellent varied breakfast, I would recommend the Greek scrambled eggs with feta made to order! Attentive and helpful hosts also, Nothing not to like

• John (8/5): It is a great location and easy to move through the old town - Angela and Paolo were excellent and helped us in any way they could from great breakfasts to booking taxis and just generally being very kind and friendly!! The sheets were a bit damp when we arrived and it took awhile to get this addressed but once it was mentioned we had fresh sheets every day during our stay.

Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of options and eggs cooked to order. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating with our requests. The location was perfect, in central Old Town but tucked away in an alley so it was quiet at night. I would highly recommend staying here and will hopefully be back one day.

• DIMITRIOS (10/5): Ξανά εδώ - Το τεραστιο κρεββατι. Το μεγαλο δωματιο. Ο πολύ καλός φωτισμός στο δωμάτιο. Το ανετο μπανιο. Το χρησιμο ραφι μέσα στο ντους. Το νοστιμοτατο και πλούσιο πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Κέρκυρας. . Το προβλημα της τηλεφωνιας που δεν πιανει μεσα στα στενά και για το οποιο δεν ευθυνεται το ξενοδοχειο. Ο φωτισμός στο μπανιο ειναι λιγος. Συνιστώ ράφι πάνω από τον νιπτήρα.
• Karen (10/5): Perfect Location, Excellent staff! - We loved all three staff members that we met! They were so friendly, helpful and well informed and their English was superb. The location was also perfect--easy to walk everywhere. We had to walk up several stairs both nights that we stayed. Not a big deal at all if you are young or out of shape.
