- Amaril (4/5): The reality was worse, only the bedroom was heated, the rest of the apartment was cold and damp. - The living room and bedroom of the apartment, as well as the bathroom, were in order. The apartment is centrally located and all attractions are easily accessible on foot. In the kitchen area, there was yellow mold around the glass roof. The living room-kitchen-bathroom area was cold, smelled of mold and was humid. Even with simple ventilation, the humid cold air did not disappear from the apartment, even though it was 24 degrees Celsius outside on the street.
