• Valuieva (10/5): - I've stayed at this place several times already. Minimalism and cleanliness, convenient location (near the ADO station, shops, parks), very comfortable bed. Nice friendly staff who will help with any question at any time. -
• mariela (10/5): Encantada - Nos gusto mucho la ubicacion, pues esta cerca de la terminal de autobuses ADO, tambien de lugares economicos para comer. tambien nos gusto que pasaban cerca los colectivos. quiza y la basura que dejaban los demas que se hospedaban ahi, tambien es una zona solitaria por las noches, no recomendaria caminar de noche.

• Kevin (5/5): We paid for 4 nights but were only able to stay for 3 of them. - There was no breakfast included The accommodation was in a good area. The accommodation was comfortable. We arranged to have a late check in. Communication was good with the owner before our flight to Cancun. But Unfortunately we did not receive the check in information and address of the accommodation before or on arrival at Cancun airport. This meant that we spent our first night in Cancun trying to sleep on a cold airport terminal floor instead of our room that we had paid for. We tried to contact the owner several times but could not get an answer. The next day we tried looking for the accommodation which was difficult to find because we did not have the address. Another guest house offered to help us, they eventually managed to contact our accommodations owner and get the check in information and address for us. We arrived at our Margaritas accommodation 11 hours later than planned after a very stressful and cold night with no where to stay.

• TING (9/5): 合适的地点。很好的服务。 - 地理位置很好，离23市场超市很近。离ADO车站也很近。周围环境也很安静。适合短期居住。 没有厨房，不能自己动手做可口食物，所以不一定合适家庭，长住。

• Luise (1/5): I did not stay! I left, and am trying to get my money back. - There is nothing to like about this place: it is a dump! Poverty stricken and nothing like the photo they use to sell it. Further, it claims to be a 3 star hotel, and only once you have paid are you informed that it’s a ‘sort of hostel.’ Which it isn’t. It’s a slum. Neon tubes in the ceiling for lighting. Dinky room. Plastic table. No windows, just glass brick and a barred door that didn’t open and had a rag stuffed into the crack between door and floor to keep the bugs out. Absolutely UGLY and poor. But the worst thing is the false advertising!

• Paul (7/5): Simple and functional. Handy for bus station. - In a quiet part of town, but walkable to shops, ADO etc Simple and functional, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Difficult to find for taxi drivers. The fridge is actually a freezer, so not that useful. The only window is frosted so felt a bit shut in. The pictures are a bit misleading. It's much more basic than it looks.
• DANIELLA (1/5): MALÍSIMA EXPERIENCIA - Ubicación Todo mal, no hay claridad con la información de la ubicación llegue a otro hotel y ellos me ayudaron a poder ubicarme y dijeron que eso les ocurre con habitualidad. Mi reserva era por tres noches y en la primera noche hubo un ruido insoportable de una bomba de agua que no nos dejó dormir al contactar en la mañana con la administración nos señalan que irán a arreglar el problema, luego nos dejaron sin agua(sin aviso previo) por lo cual no pudimos ni siquiera lavarnos los dientes. Al llegar en la tarde había un hilito de agua por lo que decidimos dejaron sin el alojamiento a lo cual la administración nos señaló que esas eran cosas que pasaban y que lamentablemente nos había tocado a nosotros
• Nguyen (8/5): Good for short stay - Good location 5 mins from ADO bus station. Neighbors dog barks at night, AC works only like a fan so the room is quite hot.
• Denzel (7/5): Friendly hosts. Comfortable room. Great service. Loved it. - The night I arrived, the host came to meet me at the ADO bus station, as I was having a little issue with internet connection on my phone, so no access to GPS. I Really appreciate that.
• Pavlina (10/5): A good place to rest in - Perfect location near ADO and many cafes and eateries. Good wi-fi. Surprisingly quiet! Much appreciated.
• Cox (10/5): Exceptional - Great value and so easy to get around walking to restaurants and shops and bars, 24 hour supermarket across the road and get a decent coffee out of the machine, a great pizza place outside the front gate, panini pizza, great food, good price and really nice people, Alan speaks good English as i don't speak Spanish, also easy access to rda bus terminal Nothing

• Sridhar (1/5): Horrible staff and residence - Close to ADO Worst customer service. They are cheating customers calling it a hotel providing no street address having no sign or name board. It is a bad little house with no front desk. A lady answered the phone but doesn't speak English. Her husband appeared after multiple calls and gave the keys to the gate, front door and the room none of which properly work. They are old locks. Horrible experience. Please delist them and do not allow using the word Hotel Margaritas which is another nice hotel.
• Deborah (8/5): Very good - The Location was perfect, 5min walk to the ADO bus station. The room was clean, quite spatious and the building was easy to find. We didn't see anyone there, but it was easy to check-in and -out by ourselves. Maybe communicating with the host, but I think it might be because my spanish level is close to non-existent.
• Vincent (5/5): Passable - Security and WI Fi reception was good Bad odor. Noisy neighbourhood. Only warm water shower one time, hot only 5 minutes. No microwave. Many ants.

• Gabriella (10/5): Perfect room with everything we needed! - The room was perfect, aircon, nice bathroom and everything was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend! Everything was fine, they even let us bring our luggage early.

There was a door stop put in a weird place that I tripped over it a hundred times. Shower sometimes make very loud noise, plumbing may need an update
