• Jade (10/5): Banging little place to stay! - It's not in the centre but its close enough. We ordered an Uber to the theatre and it was a max wait of 5 mins. The place is clean and tidy, you get towels on the bed and a place to rest your head. We didn't really spend a lot of time in the place however there was a nice little outdoor space and a a well stocked kitchen. The little touches were amazing, e.g: the milk pots were put into the fridge, they had a spare toothbrush if you had forgotten it etc. We will 100% use this place going forward. The guy didn't even judge us for ringing him for help when I clearly hadn't read my texts 🙈 For the price, it was great. It was clean, tidy, warm and we felt safe.
• Jeanette (7/5): Ok stay. Warm property in a firm bed. - Lovely warm property. Usb plugs in bedrooms, fans and Tv in bedrooms. Very firm mattress maybe could do with a topper. Comfortable nights sleep. Kitchen and living area clean and tidy. Clean towels and bedding. Poor communication ie no welcome just key code Nb arrived 30 min before check in and berated because I disturbed them before 2pm check in. I think a bit training in customer service maybe in order. Outside decor needs serious attention/tiding decorating . Front door lock has been forced. Coat of paint for the doors and banister are necessary. Bathroom door warped doesn't close properly.
• Titilope (5/5): We cancelled the holiday. - Poor customer relation. We had an unplanned development and that necessitated us to cancel the booking. The only response we got was from Booking.com and that was that, 'the owner will get in touch and till today, noone had.

So much space and exceptionally clean! Honestly It just felt like we were home! Definitely recommend even if it’s just a night away from reality like us, was so easy with the booking process especially when I was booking literally hours before arrival, definitely worth every penny and we will definitely be back for a longer stay!! 😍🥇🏆 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t fault a thing!… maybe a list of local facilities and locations as we spent a lot of time lost with using being local but property was amazing

• Shama (7/5): Ideal for short stay over - Property was more spacious than expected. It’s a typical 2 up 2 down terraced home. Kitchen is well equipped. Was ideal for the price for a one night layover. Bathroom had an awful smell due to the bath mat being wet. Would be better to replace with a wooden one. A couple of rooms could not get the windows to open Blinds were not completely blackout so would be better if curtains could be fitted Coffee table has a loose leg

• Caelan (1/5): Awful, didn't stay whole stay. - There was no hot water or heating in the property. When I spoke to the landlord he said he would get a plumber. He hadn't because he met me later (after laughing at me) and saw how it didn't work!

• Lee (5/5): - The house was ideal for what we needed had everything we could need. Perfect location. The beds were very uncomfortable, the front bedroom was very noisy due to cars parking and people walking past. The plates and cutlery hadn't been cleaned very well. The bulb had gone in the back bedroom, luckily we had a bedside lamp.
• Sunday Olalekan (1/5): Terrible experience with the property manager. No empathy, no sympathy. He just said I should cancel - The host is terrible. He denied the booking and said he should cancel with booking.com. saying booking.com didn't notify him.
• jonathan (8/5): Will book again - Close to centre, value for money, clean nothing more or less than stated The only thing that would improve the stay would be double glazed windows. It took a good while to warm the house up. Other than that it was perfect for the price 😁

• Colin (10/5): Great value in a well equipment property all to yourself. - Excellent value property with plenty of facilities. For the price I paid this was outstanding and a nice touch to have a few tea bags and milk jiggers to start me on my way, as well as a toaster and the usual kitchen equipment. Really great if you need to stay in the area and it's a relatively quiet street too. I'd stay again if in the area. No major dislikes, I thought it exceeded expectations for the price I paid. My only small niggles were that, whilst there is on-street parking, spaces aren't easy to come by. The other thing, which may have been ignorance on my part, is that I didn't see where the heating was controlled so was slightly chilly. Mostly though this place is excellent value.

Nicht mehr so neu und frisch wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wohnen und essen Fast ein wenig kühl und etwas karg eingerichtet! Preis Leistung stimmt aber!!

The accommodation was spacious, but people should be aware this is not an apartment, it is a whole house with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. This was not a problem for us, but I had expected the facilities to be all on one level.

• Phil (8/5): Lovley Stay - The location and ease of access was excellent. The place is clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. The second bed is a little low and the pillows arnt great but really im struggling to be critical
• Caroline (8/5): Great wee local house - Location was great, and the house was ideal for what we wanted Unfortunately, we didn't have any hot water for showers but it was fixed quite quickly and there are carpet tacks sticking out of the stair carpet, a couple of injuries with that
• Nataliia (7/5): Good - The manager is super, never any problems, all the colas come as soon as you call. A large number of kitchen utensils and dishes. This is not our first rental of this house, but this time it was very dirty, unwashed toilet, crumbs on the surfaces in the kitchen, not very well washed dishes, not very well done house cleaning, a large number of spiders (and this is a problem when I am afraid of them and my child), terrible towels that do not absorb water, the window in the bedroom that faces the street did not open. Now you need to work a little on cleaning and the rest of the little things!

Excellent value for 3 of us for one night. Would not have minded staying longer if we had not had to go on elsewhere. Plenty of hot water for shower or bath. Well equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend it to others. Could not open front bedroom window, although could open the back bedroom window. Knob came off shower control and needs fixing. We were lucky to be able to park, but on-street parking could be a problem later in the day.

• Dwayne (1/5): Simply dont!! - Absolutely nothing I didnt stay, due to both bed sheets being dirty. I expected that they would at the very least change the sheets between guests...how wrong I was!! But there's more, a property that just keeps on giving! Now, I've mentioned the dirty sheets, well I'll let you into a little secret.... it really didn't get any better!! Let's have a chat about the mattress. At what point do you think I would want to bathe in other peoples bodily fluid? I'm looking foward to your response on this one!!. A simple, yet inexpensive solution would have been a mattress protector. Whilst not compulsory it sure as hell would avoid me bathing in someones else's muck. To be honest, I think this house is rented by the hour, which is why there is little effort in providing a service that most people would assume was normal in the UK!! Please do us all favour and amend your advert to reflect this.

No welcome drinks just little satchets of coffee and milk Beds really need sorting couldn't watch tv in bed 😒 shower curtain too long and bleach over bath mat just little tweaks would upgrade it a level. A bit more seating would improve it 4 on one sofa not good

• Lisa (8/5): Good sized property for a few days away. - Great size property with very large bedrooms. Everything you need for a night to a week's stay in a good location. Parking was always easy to find straight outside the house on the road. Host was very easy to get a hold of when needed. The mattress in the bedroom closest to the bathroom could do with changing or a topper put on. Needs enough chairs for everyone to sit at the dining table, just used one from upstairs. Extra pillows and blankets would be a nice touch.

• Debora (10/5): Cozy House Indeed - Cozyhouses provided for a cozy house indeed, the owner was very helpful and prompt in their replies. The house was extremely warm/hot, clean and had irons in both rooms. It exceeded our expectations
• Lf (5/5): Noisy apartment, very elusive host - The apartment was well located for our staff's needs and it was adequately cleaned. The hosts were attentive and responsive. There was a problem with a loose satellite dish that was making a lot of noise all through the night just outside one of the bedrooms. They tried to fix it, but couldn't. They then persuaded us to book another night on a different apartment. It's now been a month that I've requested a VAT invoice for the first time. I subsequently must have asked at least 10 times as we are a business and require one. The host only says he will chase the office but nobody ever comes back to me, it is extremely frustrating!

• Sophie (8/5): Great value for money. - Nice, quite big house with a garden, table and chairs. Really enjoyed our stay here. Location isn’t the best but we just got a taxi which was easy enough.
• Victoria (6/5): Not my cup of tea unfortunately and I wouldn’t rush back. - The bed was comfy. The property is quite tatty and feels quite cold and clinical. It wasn’t the cleanest and attention to detail was overlooked. The area isn’t the best and I had to chase the host for check in details. Firstly contacting them on here with no reply then messaged the mobile and received the details we needed only an hour before check in time.
