Really homy feeling , the host is very talkative and tries hard to be nice Was not very proper, a bed is too soft uncomfortable and bedsheets/pillowcases were bot French and the bathroom is very tired needs some refreshing

• Tamara (9/5): Superb - The owners of the hostel are incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt right at home. They have two cute cats and a small dog running around! Great location, in walking distance to everything you need including the train station & city center. Very good value for money, I can highly recommend this place.

• Angela (9/5): Wonderful! - The teenager in reception was very helpful, who would speak English well and always keeping smile , he totally saved me during 2 nights of stay , I couldn’t imagine how I could do without him , because his grandfather in reception couldn’t speak English at all Nothing, everything was great
• Fred (6/5): Cheap accommodation for short stays. - Family house, the upstairs floor has been turned into dorms for Guests. Location is ok. It is possible to let some stuff for a few days while going away for mountains trip. Bathroom is a bit tired. There is a garden, but unfortunately no Real place to stay and relax there. Careful, the Doors are closed soon in the evening. Hence, it is more a "sleeping place" than a relaxing accommodation. Not really what I expected, to be honest.

• Firoz (10/5): Top Class Hostel in Shymkent - One of the best hostel I stayed. Staff and her boys are very friendly. Everyone speaks English very well. They treat me like a member of their family. I will visit there again. Nice location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. All attractions are walking distance.

Only one bathroom available for many people… and the bathroom was not clean, individual electricity plugs and light were not working in the women dormitory.

• L (8/5): Very good - Natalie is a friendly host and so accommodating. I was alone in a dormitory room for 4 nights, so it was like I booked a single room. The room is big. The common area on the second floor is also big. I just felt sad for the dog living in a small space.

• Coco (10/5): You can use the kitchen - Its a big house so there is space for everyone. The owner she is a funny lady. The garden is green and beautiful. We didnt like to see that they have birds in very small cages and their very big dog spend all its life in that small space...
• Parag (8/5): Very good - Location was good, as bus stop is just few meters away and is in quiet location. Owner understand English in bits and pieces which is good to communicate. There is only one bathroom/toilet , so if the hostel is full house, it's difficult for so many people to access the toilet. Also there are no lockers to keep valuables while we roam outside.

• Sato (10/5): If you’re tired after a long traveling in this guest house you can get some rest. - Location was great, I was there in July and they left the air conditioner was on all day and night. Internet connection was good. I stayed at ladies dormitory and was very quiet during the night, I was able to get good rest

• Amber (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! Within walking distance of everything, and a lot of good shops nearby. The owner is very nice, and very helpful. She'll try to give you as much information as she can. I'd stay again! (also, it was off season so I had the entire room to myself the whole time which was excellent). The bathroom is very large, and the kitchen is quite nice. There are bus stops very nearby as well. ALSO : CATS!!! Yay!

• Muhammad (10/5): Awesome - I really love this place 🥰 and it's in the heart of Shymkent. I spent best three days here during my Shymkent tour. Host lady and his family speaks good English and is very helpful, kind and welcoming. Would love 💕 to come back here again if I get any chance. It's really the best place to stay, it's near to the city centre. It's really affordable hostel for budget travellers and I really recommend it because it has basic facilities like cozy, comfortable bed, washroom, shower, kitchen and many more. I also met other travellers from India 🇮🇳, Russia, Kazakhstan, Canada and Uzbekistan, they are also well satisfied by this place. I am much grateful to the host for having such a comfortable place during my stay. Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰 — Muhammad Ali Nothing - I love everything
