Paul (9/5): A charming and luxurious masterpiece. - Podenhaus is a very stylish and beautifully decorated property. The hosts are very friendly and rightly proud of this masterpiece. Our apartment was designed and furnished to perfection, and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Our room featured some stunning views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains as well as the charming village of Bad Aussee. Be aware that the stairs are quite difficult to negotiate with luggage.
Judith (9/5): Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entschleunigen mit vielen Optionen, wie die Unterkunft für S-Ich genützt w - Eine aufrichtige Willkommenskultur, kurze prägnante Einführung in Abläufe des Hauses, der persönliche Kontakt zum Gastgeber und das inspirierende Ambiente. Stilvoll, unaufdringlich und wohlwollend. Für uns hätte nichts besser laufen können. Man kommt als Gast und verlässt das Haus nahezu als Freund:in.

Michal (9/5): Veľmi príjemný starý dom situovaný v krásnom kúpeľnom mestečku. - Veľmi pekný starý dom. Výborne zrekonštruovaný. Príjemná recepcia. Veľmi slušná Wi-fi. Dobré kuchynské vybavenie v apartmáne. Čistota a poriadok v celom dome. Zlých bolo len zopár maličkostí. Mierne zapchatý odtok v sprchovom kúte. Neodhrnutý zľadovatený chodník na parkovisko.

Veronika (10/5): - The staff was absolutely helpful (above arrival, providing local trip advice) and creating a very pleasant atmosphere. New kitchen provides all equipment and even tasty farm products as well as excellent teas. The house owner baked a very tasty cake repeatedly for the residents. The room itself was newly rennovated, perfectly clean, having both wonderful interior design and being comfortable. Our stay was during very freezing temperatures and the room was heated all the time. Nothing to improve, everything was excellent above expectations.

Clara (10/5): Toll! - Wir haben das vergangene Wochenende in diesem wunderschönen alten Gebäude verbracht, das mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und hergerichtet wurde. Man spürt in jedem Raum, wie viel Herzblut in diesem besonderen Ort steckt. Ganz besonders viel Glück hatten wir, weil der Besitzer Gerhard, seine Tochter Sita und Freunde selbst an diesem Wochenende vor Ort waren. Sie haben uns so herzlich und familiär aufgenommen, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an einfach wohlgefühlt haben. Diese warme Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas wirklich Einzigartigem. Das Konzept mit den gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsräumen, den vielen liebevoll gestalteten Details und dem harmonischen Miteinander ist etwas, das man so schnell nicht wieder findet. Wer sich ein noch besseres Bild machen möchte, kann übrigens direkt über die eigene Website des Hauses stöbern – dort bekommt man den besten Eindruck von diesem besonderen Ort. Super fanden wir auch kleine Hofladen, in dem man frisches Obst und Gemüse sowie Produkte aus eigener Herstellung kaufen kann. Wir haben uns hier nicht nur erholt, sondern uns noch ein bisschen mehr in diese traumhafte Gegend verliebt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Von ganzem Herzen ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an Sita, Gerhard und alle Freunde für dieses unvergessliche Wochenende!

Andrea (10/5): Urlaub in einem Schmuckstück - Dieses Haus ist mit wahnsinnig viel Liebe und Stil renoviert worden und lebt durch die Gemeinschaftsküche und -räume, wo man aufeinander trifft und zum Plaudern kommt. Als Gast wird man vom freundlichen Personal - Michi und Klaus - persönlich willkommen geheißen und bei Interesse mit viel Informationen zum Haus und zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Nebo si číst knihu na zahradě, která je tak útulná, že se vám nechce domů. K dispozici skvěle vybavená kuchyn, základní suroviny, drinky... Paní majitelka velmi příjemná dáma, pro kterou je radost vítat hosty. V okolí hromady možností k výletům, lokalita skvělá. Sem se vrátím!

Elias S. (10/5): besonderes schönes Haus - Es ist ein bemerkenswerte Haus mit Stil und Niveau, wunderschön renoviert und verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt. Michaela, die Empfangsdame ist die Seele des Hauses, sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Podenhaus sehr empfehlen. Nichts dass ich wüsste.

Elisabeth (10/5): Wunderschön - Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen und durch das Haus geführt worden. Das ganze Haus ist so wunderschön wieder hergerichtet, alles geschmackvoll in Alt und neu. Die Gäste haben die Möglichkeit sich frei im gesamten Haus aufzuhalten und es für eine Zeit lang zu "ihrem zu Hause" zu machen. Wir waren im obersten Stock und konnten einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge genießen, und auch wenn das Zimmer eine "kleinere" Kategorie war, so hatten wir dennoch ausreichend Platz. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Parkplätze gibt es kostenfrei hinter dem Haus, sind aber begrenzt vorhanden. Gibt nichts zu meckern :) einzig die Kirchenglocken direkt vor dem Fenster waren etwas laut, aber gehört auch irgendwie dazu.
Strobel (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem traumhaft perfekten historischen Haus. - Wir hatten uns schon auf eine sehr besondere Ferienwohnung gefreut, waren aber vor Ort mehr als begeistert. Das gesamte Haus ist absolut überwältigend, sehr geschmackvoll restauriert und in jedem Winkel überraschend anders. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und informiert. Die Wohnung Geigenbauer war sehr geräumig, das Bad superschön und riesig, die Einrichtung absolut traumhaft. Es war ruhig und angenehm kühl - trotz sommerlicher Hitze - und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Heidi Abulesz (10/5): - Wir haben im Gartenzimmer gewohnt, es wurden uns aber auch die anderen Appartements gezeigt. Jedes ist anders und auf seine Art und Weise etwas ganz besonderes.Das gesamte Haus ist so liebevoll und detailgetreu restauriert worden! Von den knarrenden Holzböden bis zu der herrlichen Einrichtung. Wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Aber nicht nur das schöne Haus sondern auch das überaus herzliche und nette Team hat uns beeindruckt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sophie (10/5): Spacious room on top floor, best view on Bad Aussee - We stayed in Sarsteinblick room, spacious room with a sitting area, bathtub and amazing view. We also used the shared kitchen to cook breakfasts, and served it in the garden. Amazing stay

Birgit WOLF (10/5): Podenhaus - history meets modern and cosy living! - We had a great stay during one of the busiest times of the year - Narzissenfest. We received a warm welcome and had the beautiful "Geigenbauer" apartment as our home for 3 days. Cosy, modern and tastefully decorated - very enjoyable with super friendly staff! The common area is amazing as well as the offerings for beverages that you pay at the end of your stay. We will be back for sure and bring our friends next time. Until we'll see you again Podenhaus!! The only thing missing might be a tea filter/egg but I should have brought my own to start with. Everything else you could think of was supplied.

Lynn (10/5): Charming guesthouse with comfortable rooms and beautiful common areas - Podenhaus is full of character and the detail with decor is exceptional. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. There were multiple common areas to sit and relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Erika (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Verweilen und Geniessen - Wir durften eine Woche in diesem geschichtsträchtigen Juwel aus dem 15. Jahrhundert verbringen. Das Haus wurde mit aussergewöhnlichem Gespür für Stil und Atmosphäre liebevoll renoviert. Es ist beeindruckend, mit wie viel Fachkenntnis, handwerklichem Geschick und Liebe zum Detail dieses Kleinod erhalten und neu zum Leben erweckt wurde. Ein Ort voller Geschichte, Ruhe und Charme. Die Apartments sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Sowohl der Eigentümer als auch das gesamte Team sind äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir danken herzlich für diese besondere Zeit und freuen uns schon jetzt auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt im Podenhaus!

MyrtheL (9/5): Schitterende accommodatie - Het is een prachtig pand met net zo'n mooi ingericht en ruim appartement. Ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand van centrum en een supermarkt. Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen: €25,- per nacht als toeslag voor onze hond vind ik persoonlijk aan de hoge kant (zoveel hebben we nergens hoeven te betalen).

Gerhard (10/5): Einfach wunderbar. - Ein sehr sehr altes Haus mit viel Liebe renoviert und zu 11 Apartments umgebaut Das Personal, als auch der Besitzer waren sehr sehr freundlich und nett. Es gibt Getränke und Säfte zur Entnahme mit einer Liste nichts
YONG (10/5): 非常惊喜和完美的入住体验，主人用心了 - 整栋房子就像一座名人故居，被装饰的很有味道，就像小说里看到的那样。精心布置的小细节让人印象深刻，比如地上的门挡，家居用品标准也是极高的，整个氛围让人非常舒服，如果有机会的话我下次还会选择这里，并且会推荐给我身边所有人。顶楼jos房间最外面卫生间的地漏好像出了些问题，下水非常的慢，会有外溢的风险

Zudem großzügig ausgestattete Gemeinschaftszimmer. Gesamtes Team sehr freundlich und herzlich Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt Alles perfekt
