• Kelly (8/5): Good location for Gym venue in Fenton and clean - It was a convenient location and surprisingly quiet considering the front door leads straight onto the pavement. Road was littered with rubbish but this is not the fault of landlord. It was clean inside, bedding and towels were spotless and it had everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of grocery shops locally. A little bit tired in places with some damp evident and plaster peeling. The shower curtain rail was not fit for purpose and fell down hitting me on the head. Despite warning the rest of the family the shower rail fell down again.

• Hazel (6/5): Overall it served a purpose but I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness, I expected more for the price - It was as advertised and within walking distance to nice restaurants, local shop around the corner The overall cleanliness wasn’t great, the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned well, a smelly fridge and a few things not cleaned like the chopping board

• Brock (10/5): fantastic weekend - spacious and decor was lovely beds comfy no shower curtain but not so we didn't like it

• Lisa (9/5): Clean and comfortable, homely feel, central location, host friendly and informative - Minimal, fresh decor, tasteful. Good communication from host. Good check in/out times. Location very central and easy to find. Price very reasonable. There was nothing we didnt like, its a great property. However, the light fixture in the bathroom is a little low for us giraffes! Also, the seating in the living area would benefit from an extra armchair as there is just the sofa.

The location was in a shady neighborhood, the apartment was not suitable for children at all, and almost everywhere was not very clean, which is completely different from the description. Unfortunately, when we entered, we left so quickly for another place. I notified the owner about this and informed her about leaving. place because of the conditions there and I wrote that it would be nice if he would pay at least some of it for misleading us and as you can guess, he didn't reply anything, but it's hard. Unfortunately, we were in such shock that we didn't even think of taking photos. we just started looking for a new place We didn't like anything. • Razvan (10/5): Exceptional - A very clean house in a very quiet area and 5 minutes by car from the center and the owner responded very quickly to all our messages everything was perfect Everything was perfect

• Christopher (10/5): Fantastic place - Spotlessly clean, high end fittings and furniture comfy beds good quality quilts. Would definitely recommend . Also a small garden.
