Las deficiencias que faltaban en el piso ( ventiladores, televisor...) fueron resueltas rapidamente por el personal. Lo malo que puede tener es que no hay aire acondicionado, aunque hay ventiladores pero hace calor....

- Caterina (5/5): - Era vicino a vari negozi e supermercati e un parco. La biancheria dei letti I cuscini,troppo sottili e soffici,chiesti dei cuscini in più,ma non mi sono stati portati . C'era scritto che c'era il phone,la sera stessa lo cerco ,ma non lo trovo,scrivo alla padrona di casa,e alla fine sono dovuta uscire con i capelli bagnati,perché me lo ha portato la sera successiva al mio arrivo.C'era scritto che c'era il ferro da stiro,apro sotto il lavello e vedo la scatola,la sera successiva al mio arrivo dovevo stirare,vado a prenderlo ,per stirare,ma ahimè dentro la scatola,con mia sorpresa,non c'era il ferro da stiro.Non ho potuto stirare,il mio vestito e la camicia di mio padre. In cucina l'unica insalatiera,era stata riposta in un mobile talmente in alto,che non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla. Abbiamo dovuto fare l'insalata in una pentola. Non c'erano strofinacci in cucina,solo pochi fogli di scottex,anche se li ho chiesti,non mi sono stati portati,abbiamo dovuto comprare noi i tovaglioli. Non c'erano tovagliette,da mettere sul tavolo. La doccia si riempiva d'acqua.
