- Joel (9/5): - L'appartamento è situato in una posizione centrallissima di Pozzuoii, a due passi dal porto, dal centro e GianMaria è una persona molto disponibile che fara di tutto per rendere la vostra permanenza la piu idoena possibile. Niente,se non forse la mancanza di un forno per goderci il pesce del mercato vicino, a costi cosi basso che ce lo sogniamo in tutta Europa. Ma è un detaglio ;)

Grazie allo staff abbiamo potuto scoprire anche luoghi incredibili da visitare e ristorantini economici e prelibati dove mangiare. Eccezionale tutto!! Niente!

La camera da letto spaziosa,il letto comodissimo, altrettanto la cucina,con piano cottura a 5 fuochi, e il bagno con doccia spaziosa,e tutti i comforts.L'appartamento è silenzioso,affaccia su un cortile interno di un palazzo antico.Cimodo sia al mare che ai negozi,che ai mezzi di trasporto. Una menzione speciale all'hotel,persona educatissima e sempre disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Nulla era tutto perfetto

- Sara (10/5): Due cuori e una capanna - Appartamento molto accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ha anche la smart TV e decoder wifi! Due TV una nella stanza da letto soppalcata e calda e una nel soggiorno accanto alla cucina. Manca solo il forno per essere perfetto!

We are definitely coming back someday! - Host was friendly and super helpful, property was clean and quiet, and the location was superb. It is in the middle of a lively but not tourist-y area that had fantastic food, good access to train and ferris alike, perfectly walkable, and gorgeous to boot. Many beautiful little churches an easy walk away. Everybody was so friendly there, and it was a nice intro to Italy! I have no complaints! It was perfect for just two people.
- Annett (10/5): Alles war für mich super. - Hat alles was man benötigt . Paar Minuten um das Meer zu erreichen. Bisse leicht zugänglich. Bahnhof Flussläufen, zirka 15 Minuten, Cafés, Restaurant, Supermarkt. Neapel mit dem Zug gut zu erreichen, zirka 40 Minuten.

Great host who met us even though we had changed our arrival time several times! If you’re over 6’ you might find the bedroom ceiling a bit low!

- Ernesta (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was a real blessing to me and my family. The location was perfect, communication was very convenient, close to the sea, train station, shops. Everything was taken care of in the apartment - coffee, bathroom accessories, dishes, everything you need for a comfortable living. To add, the owner was really sweet and welcoming, gave advice, recommendations where to eat, swim, try best coffee, helped us get from the airport to the apartment, we are so so grateful. If you want to experience hospitality in a truly cozy city Pozzuoli, I recommend Gianmaria’s apartment. You won’t be left disappointed🥰🫶💗🍋🌞

We left feeling blessed by the true italian hospitality. The location was great and the place had all the necessities, including a coffee machine and washing machine. It was cosy and had a beautiful homely feel. There was no air-conditioner, however the host made up for this by having multiple fans throughout.

- Sergey (9/5): Pozzuoli is a great place to stay for exploring Napoli city and region - Great location: historic center (must to visit), sea port (boats to Procida and Ischia islands), and the train station (Napoli Montesanto, Lucrino, Fusaro, ...) are all in a hundred meters from the ancient multi appartement building. Duplex appartment (1-st floor) is charming and accessible by steps from the inner yard (really italian style). Pozzuoli is a very interesting city in itself with several roman ruins (incl amphitheatre by Flavio), charming streets and squares, plenty of restaurants (sea food, pizza napoletana, italian pastas), beatufil sea views, etc. Historic centre on top of the hill is accessible by an elevator (a few meters from the appartment) and is half restorated with a great italian taste, one will find there art galleries, boutiques and a bar with an exceptional view to the city and the sea. Other half is under restoration and not accessible, but looks very impressive from the city downstairs. The host Gianmaria is simply exceptional, he provided us with a lot of invaluable informations, organized a parking place for a full period of our stay (10 days), saved us when we weren't able to find our parking garage in the night, recommended a hair stylist to my wife, etc, etc. We appreciate very much his hospitality and attention! For transportaion we used train (from Pozzuoli to Napoli Montesanto, to Fusaro), ferries/boats (to Procida from Pozzuoli, to Capri from Napoli) and just two times a car (to Ravello/Amalfi and to Sorrento). A good navigator is a must: we used Google Maps and had many problems with navigation in a very complicated road network.
