Guest Reviews
- Gail (8/5): Great location and the host was very welcoming and accommodating - The location was great It would have been nice to have some washcloths and more than 2 full size bath towels. A blanket for the bed in the living room would have appreciated. I also wish there was something other than an all in one shampoo/conditioner/body wash
- Miles (10/5): This has been my favorite stay in Rome - This was a very beautiful and clean place to stay right next to the Trevi. The interior was extremely nice and there was plenty of space inside. I’ve stayed at many places in Rome, and this was one of the most accommodating, responsive, and helpful hosts by far. I highly recommend staying here
- Drazen (6/5): -
- Maria Assunta (9/5): Ottima posizione e ottima struttura personale gentile e disponibile - Struttura pulita e confortevole, posizione ottima, raggiungibile facilmente ,con tutti i confort necessari
Esperienza davvero piacevole, assolutamente consigliata.
- D'Esposito (6/5): -
- Pawlik (10/5): -
- Cecilia (8/5): Great location, it was quiet enough even though it was so close to Trevi - Very close to Trevi Fountain and it was spacious for our family of 7. I loved having the kitchen available There was a broken tile right in front of the bathroom (covered by a rug) and I kept accidentally stepping on it and it would make a loud noise.
- Thania (8/5): -
- paolo (8/5): - Posizione Pulizia e bagno
- Julio Alexander (10/5): - Todo estuvo perfecto
- Abegail (8/5): - Location was the best, right in the center of everything, restaurants, groceries, all the places that you would want to see and visit. Very walkable to everything - having the restaurant at the bottom was a plus cause it was open until 3am There are some broken tiles leading to the bathroom, it was covered but it can be dangerous cause the steps were uneven. There was only 1 set of keys - for a big group this was very frustrating cause we had to coordinate, not everyone wanted to do the same thing everytime. Also the part of the bath tub cover that was lifted on one side.
- Ribota (10/5): - The location is fantastic. The shower hot water fluctuated.
- nancy (10/5): -
- dianna (7/5): Beautiful full size apartment in the heart of the tourist action makes up for facilities shortcomings. - Location! Steps from Fountain of Trevi. Very nice, very large, well appointed apartment with lots of space. Huge broken tile area of the floor directly in front of the bathroom making it impossible to avoid. Covered by a thin throw rug. The broken tiles were loud to step on in the night. Unsteady footing AND my foot got painfully pinched in between moving tile pieces.
No separate shower. There is a handheld nozzle in the very large jacuzzi style bathtub. (This is listed as a hotub but it is in the bathroom)
- Manilyn (9/5): - the place was nice they confused me we book by card.but they ask me in cash.
- Bishara (5/5): - Location location location..Was so close to Trevi fountain, great to have been able to see this morning noon and night. Beds were comfortable and clean.
This was my first time in Rome and didn't know what to expect. Couldn't get in before 2pm even though I requested it, I only found out at check-in when it was too late to cancel. If you have an early flight I wouldn't recommend, we arrived in Rome at 8am, were kindly allowed to keep our bags at a nearby hotel, but moving between hotel and apartment was approx 10-15min walk with our luggage was hard work.
The place has a very small lift, we had to go up in 2 groups. Only 1 bathroom with 5 adults, not ideal, broken tiles, broken chairs... Nowhere to hang shower handle. They said they will be renovating soon, when they do, it will be an awesome place to stay.
- Chelsea (1/5): Very average - Location Dodgy bathroom, shifting tiles, and broken toilet seat.
- Ianina (9/5): Exelente - Los detalles de bienvenida y limpieza
- Patricia (10/5): El mejor lugar para vivir Roma. - Fabuloso!!!! Super recomendable!!!! Nada.
- concettina (10/5): Would definitely stay again & highly recommend to family & friends. - Beautiful location. Very roomy. Clean. Great help with arranging transfer to airport. It was great!
- Pavel (8/5): Dobré - Pokoje naprosto super Slabší úroveň koupelny a wc
- Carlos (8/5): Spacious and very clean. - Location is steps away from the Trevi Fountain, shopping and restaurants.
- Andrea (4/5): Too many problems to fix- and nobody fixing them. - The property was clean and right near Trevi Fountain- but there were many issues. I have included what I wrote to the property (with personal information removed) in order to solve the issues- they did not see fit to respond:
“To the Owner,
I hope you’re well. I’m reaching out regarding my recent stay at your property, booked through Booking.com
While we appreciated the location and some aspects of the property, several issues unfortunately affected the quality and safety of our stay:
- The advertised jacuzzi tub was broken.
- The queen bed in the second bedroom collapsed while my 6- and 3-year-old children were getting into it for bed. The frame appeared to have been previously damaged and not properly fixed, which was concerning from a safety perspective.
- Several tiles outside the bathroom were broken or missing, with a rug placed over them — another safety concern.
-The dishwasher was not working.
I understand that things occasionally go wrong, but the number and severity of these issues made our stay significantly less comfortable than expected. I have not yet submitted a public review, as I wanted to give you the opportunity to address this directly.
Given the circumstances, I believe a partial refund would be fair, and I would appreciate your consideration of this request.
Thank you for your time and understanding.”
While they are not obligated to refund me anything, it would have been nice if they had actually responded, or stated in any way how they intend to fix things. I was also told that the owner knew about the bed and did nothing to fix it.

- Aadi (3/5): Not recommended - The location was amazing. Literally 3 steps away from Trevi fountain. Location wise it couldn't get better. The apartment in itself was alright but the pictures online are very misleading and are not clear- while booking I was thinking I'm booking a much bigger place than what I got. I would probably have booked a different place for this price had I known I would be getting a very different apartment with no views. The check-in process was a pain too. The host lies about it being cleaned when no one was actually staying there and makes you wait unnecessarily (it is very obvious to decipher this when you arrive), also he makes you come to a very different location for the keys (which is not mentioned before) and then you need to walk for 15-20 minutes with all your luggage to the apartment location. You can find much nicer options for this price.
- Khadidja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (10/5): Perfect place for the family. - The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious, with so many commodities and clean. We found an apartment with coffee, toast, games, and comfortable beds. My family of 7 stayed there with me and we had plenty of beds. The staff was amazing. Mr. Hugo received us and explained everything to us. Great communication and even shipped my cellphone after accidentally leaving it during my return. Highly recommend it. Definitely coming back when I return to Rome. N/A
- Dorothy (8/5): Very good -
- Nadav (10/5): Perfect - Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was big, clean, comfortable and so beautiful. It had everything we needed and more.
Location was perfect! Two steps from the TREVI fountain and so close to via del CORSO.
The building even had an elevator.
We will definitely come back here next time we’re in Rome! Nothing!
- Julie (8/5): Fantastic stay. Loved being so close to Trevi. - Great location. Met on arrival. A fixed shower would have been good.
As only two of us staying - only one room was made up.
- Aditya (9/5): Superb - Proximity to Trevi Fountain
- Nick (8/5): Very good -
- Vasudevan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nick (7/5): Good - Central location A few hiccups with amenities
- Yukthena (9/5): Superb -
- Khalil (10/5): Good Stay - Location - Huge apartment Noises form street - The guy who give us the apartment asked for city taxes and I think it’s not legal
- Ram (8/5): Very good -
- Ma (9/5): Very pleasant and comfortable, thank you - Location was perfect. The host was very accommodating. Too bad we couldnt spend more time in your apartment. Everything was perfect
- Sabina (10/5): Fantastic location! The apartment is just a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain, allowing us to enjoy its beauty at a -
- Marilyn (9/5): Overall the stay was very nice, right around the corner is the Trevi fountian so very busy area. - It was a nice place, the kitchen was stocked nicely but the dishwasher looked a bit stretchy. Some hand dish soap would have been nice to have as we did not use the dishwasher. It doesn’t have a shower, only a tub with a wand, but no curtains around the tub.
- Dipankar (7/5): Its a budget stay with a very good location. Please dont expect staff to be at your service. Lift corridors quite dark. - Location is great. Just close to Trevi fountain One of the bathrooms where not functional. Practically we stayed 4 nights with just one bathroom. Staff was sorry and sent a bottle of wine as a gesture
- Franco (10/5): Exceptional - Seconds away from the Trevi Fountain. Centrally located. Amazing
- Anne808 (7/5): Not bad - Location. 20 steps from trevi fountain
Sleeps 6 comfortably. 2 double rooms 1 room with two single sofa beds.
Well equipped with all types of entertainment.
Fairly priced. Air con doesn't work in one of the main bedrooms. This bedroom is linked to the main bathroom which feels like a sauna inside.
Only one bathroom which can be an inconvenience if more than 2 travellers
There is no shower. Just a large jacuzzi with a shower head attached.
- Sharleen (4/5): Electricity issue. - Great location, few steps to trevi. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of taxis dropping off passengers near trevi so you can hire easily.
Lots of toys and games for kids.
Spacious apartment.
Lots of bed, 2x double bed and 2x single beds.
With free snacks and coffee.
With lift, so helpful for kid’s strollers and luggages. But you have 2 steps at the front building door. - NO ELECTRICITY ON 2nd day!! we booked for 3nights. 1st night went well, but on the 2nd day we went in the apartment in the afternoon and there was no electricity. We informed the owner/agent, and we were told they will check. We waited more than 3 hours inside the apartment during hot summer day, with 1 toddler and 1 infant with no electricity!!! We were told the whole trevi area have power issue, but we realized it was a lie cause no other apartments seem to have the same issue. Lifts are working as well. We were frustrated especially that it will be dark soon. After more than 3 hours, they finally arrived and told us that the problem was in the apartment only. Hence we cannot stay the night. Fortunately they offered to let us stay in a hotel they also own/handle for the remaining 2 nights. It was around 800meters away, though it was walking distance we had to book a taxi because we were all tired, and with our luggages and kids, we just had to. We are giving more stars just because they were able to offer hotel replacement and our stay there was good.
- living room furnitures are old and outdated
- dining room / kitchen are outdated
- only 1 toilet/bathroom, as opposed to what was advertised (2 bathroom)
- Daphna (9/5): I would definitely book this apartment again, but can't recommend visiting Rome in August :) - The apartment was in an amazing location right outside Trevi! It was quite convenient with good AC (critical in August!). Two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen (kitchen is very small, but we were out all day and didn't really use it). The owner was responsive and also helped with arranging a taxi to the airport and with luggage storage. The only slight inconvenience was that in order to store the luggage we had to walk for 14 minutes uphill. In the August heat this was really uncomfortable.
- Killian (10/5): A brilliant central location and an excellent size - Property was excellent - we are a large family of six and this apartment was perfect for us - plenty of extras there to entertain the kids as well - WiFi - games - paint supplies - brilliant - added bonus next door to the Trevi fountain and can actually see it from the window. Nothing
- T (9/5): Superb -
- Joanne (3/5): Poor - Terrible. Customers BEWARE. The apartment advertised isn't what you get. The photos are wrong. The place is awful with broken beds, lighting, sockets, broken shutters that make the place unsafe. Terrible aircon and awful communication from the owner. Absolutely awful place. Don't do it!!!! All of it, pictures are false. Plaster coming off walks. Mould on bathroom windows.
- Anne (10/5): LOCATION! LOCATION! - The location was perfect!!
- Sarah (10/5): Fabulous. - The property was very clean and well looked after, it is in an excellent location. There wasn’t anything not to like.
- Vered (1/5): An extremely bad experience. No electricity. Lots of waiting - The location is good and the apartment is large. The electricity in the entire apartments stopped working.
No electricity means -
no hot water for showers.
Going to the toilet with a light from the phone (no window).
All our food in the fridge went bad.
No way to charge devices.
And we needed to call/wait/host staff and waste our time.
Packing our stuff in the dark.
Scared kids.
1st time electricity stopped - We manage to start it back up from the main board, 2nd time - it was a bigger issue not connected to the board and even the staff from the company didn’t manage to turn it on. Was still out when we left.
Other things didn’t work as well and were unpleasant and waisted our time, such as the payment card machine. Took at least 20 min of me waiting for staff to understand it is broken.
(I sent my family to a restaurant without me since I needed to wait)
Opening the apartment door took a very long time. We waited in the street for the key for about 30 min, and when we called were told repeatedly 2 min.
- Adriana (10/5): A really great apartment that was steps away from the Trevi fountain - It was very spacious and clean!! The location was excellent!! The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and there was a room off the living room that had 3 beds for my kids. The apartment had everything you would need for your stay. Nothing
- Elias (9/5): It was neat and clean. - The property was cleaned and had what I needed.
Good location! It didn’t have a laundry washer
- Dmitrii (7/5): Excellemt location. Flat not convinient - broken sofa and very small kitchen - Location is excellent. By foot to all sightseeing The flat is not very convinient, the sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom was not working properly - kids were regularly falling down to the floor
- Kristi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Khaled (9/5): It was very good overall - The Location Not sunny and no view
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Milen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sara (6/5): Perfect location for a quick stay. Emanuel was very helpful and the owners extremely responsive/communicative. - Perfect for a one night stay if you are looking to be close to the Trevi fountain to avoid crowds in the early morning. There is no shower in the bathroom. Also it smelled like smoke, which isn’t a problem so much if you are a smoker, however we don’t smoke.
- Merobel (10/5): The location was perfect and Alessandra was a wonderful host to us! - - The location was perfect.
- The property was very clean.
- Alessandra was very helpful.
- Prompt response to our inquiries. - None
- Pegresi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dany (3/5): Very disappointing because the photos in the Booking ad were not those of the apartment. - - the location is exceptional
- overall the accommodation was clean
- staff always answered calls - This is a SCAM, there is no dinning room or big living room as promised in the Booking ad: the photos are misleading, the photos on the Booking ad are not those of the apartment to be rented and presented on Booking but those of another apartment in the building (this is called false advertising or 'scam). On the Booking website you can see a large living-dining room but in reality, there is no dining room at all, it is not really an apartment, it is accommodation. a bedroom, a extra-small living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette with a mini-table for just two people (we were two adult and a teenager). We decided to take an appartement to be able to take our meals at the appartement but there was only a very tiny table and 2 chairs in the kitchenette while the picture on Booking presented an appartment with a huge living-dining room. Unacceptable.
- The smell of mold in the bathrooms and suffocating room fragrances.
- Very difficult to cook in this kitchenette (only two cooking plates) there was even not a microwave.
- Almost no natural light in the accomodation.
- WIFI didn't work for half the stay.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Very big apartment with the excellent location Pleasant kitchen Jacuzzi bath very large day room and bedrooms and very clean Nothing
- Ela (10/5): Exceptional - A large, clean and very central apartment, right next to the Trevi Fountain. The owner of the place is very available and ready to help in any matter. He also helped us with luggage storage on the day of departure.
 Everything was excellent
- Azaria (10/5): Great stay, short and sweet, highly recommend - Excellent location. Quite at night Only 1 bathroom between 5 adults was difficult. No shower fixture, had to hold the shower head up.
- Andreas (10/5): Exceptional - Location is amazing! 15 meters from fontana di Trevi!! The host was ultra friendly and professional, guided us to whatever we needed to know! For sure we will visit again!!
- Anisa (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lindita (10/5): Exceptional - i like very much home , it was for 8 person have very much space and was very clean .
- Monica (5/5): Stay elsewhere - The main TV had thousands of channels in several languages (the other tvs in the apartment did not) Only other decent thing was location as we were able to walk to most sites which also ended up being a con as it was so loud all hours of the night making it impossible to sleep The bathroom would flood everytime it was used. The noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. The furniture was old and saggy. The blankets smelled of vomit and couldn't be used. The neighboring unit was also a rental from the same company and the family who booked it rang our doorbell for an hour straight at midnight in order to check in ... disrupting our sleep. Overall it was a bad experience.
- Aneta (10/5): Great apartment - We loved the location very close to Trevi fountain .
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious for big family more than 4 Only 1 bathroom !! :)
- Hagai (10/5): The apartment was beyond expectations - The apartment is big and clean.
The location is excellent near all the attractions and places of entertainment of the city center
- Cox (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marian (10/5): Great stay in Rome - Great location and very nice apartment. -
- Pieter (9/5): Superb -
- Tawnya (10/5): Fabulous - I’d stay again! - The location was amazing and the apartment was perfect - just as described. Our host let us store our luggage when we arrived and drop it off early at the apartment as we had a tour booked. It was great. I would absolutely recommend this location! Nothing!
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Ayman (10/5): It’s my first choice when I’m traveling to Rome - Big rooms and clean and just two steps to Trevi fountain and walking 10 to 15 minutes to every where and the hosting was great
They was waiting for me at the door for checking in .thank you so much for everything
- Josheline (10/5): I wish i stayed longer to enjoy the property - Spacious , great location Didn’t have netflix or any other streamer connected
- Qaqish (9/5): Superb -
- Marina (10/5): Highly Recommended - Amazing Everything excellent from the host to the cleanliness.
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chuqiao (1/5): Unbelievably terrible and unsatisfying - When we booked this apartment, the price was €850, but when we checked out, the owner charged us €100 more without any explanation. We finally pay €940 plus tax and city pass fee. Really bad experience.
- Ibrahim (9/5): Superb - Location is a great next to Trevi fountain and great Cafes, restaurant and shops I had problems only with shower it didn’t set properly to the bathtub
- Trang (10/5): Best location in Rome - Best location Trevi area is crowded all day so it's a bit noisy
- Rod (8/5): The photos of the property didn’t match the property. - Clean , central Close to all attractions … walking ….
- Mukhammad (9/5): All good, clean, central location. - Location great. Definitely choose the place for families and and for 3-4 people. Overall good! It is spacious and expensive for couples. Has 2 bathrooms, and 2 rooms which is good. Ideal for families. For couples, little pricy.
- Gordana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colleen (10/5): One of her value great location super responsive host - That was super comfortable and a location was great The bathroom closest to the bedroom in the back floods when you take a shower
- Moscare (9/5): Superb - good location
- Rajshri (7/5): Good -
- Steve (8/5): Fantastic location! Great for enjoying ‘la dolce vita’! - The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to all the sights and really enjoy ‘la dolce vita’.
There was plenty of space for the family. The beds were comfortable, and considering the location it wasn’t noisy at all. Also the contact person was courteous, helpful and very prompt in responding to requests.
We would definitely stay here again. It wasn’t the cleanest place we have ever stayed, there were still some items in the fridge from previous tenants.
- Alessandro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Noha (10/5): Amazing, more than expected - It’s very clean, next to everything, you can go by walk Nothing it was perfect
- Georgia (10/5): Exceptional - Very central, very clean and the host Elio was extremely helpful! Would definitely visit again!!
- Marija (10/5): great place for staying, it was clean, it was comfortable and nice ☺️ - location is THE best
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
