• Will (10/5): Villacarrino is a little slice of heaven looking over Positano. - This property had the most amazing view out across Positano. You can’t see the water but the outlook is fabulous, and sitting up on the balcony was so enjoyable. Antonio was extremely helpful and recommended and booked restaurants for us. We loved that the property has basic cooking facilities and a washing machine.

• Mandy (10/5): Absolutely beautiful - The villa was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. I stayed with my 17 yr old son who especially enjoyed the Sun lounge on the patio. The shower was amazing. The villa is only 5 minutes from the centre of Positano. Most of all the owner and his son were kind, welcoming, informative and I felt it was a home from home. • Roberto (8/5): Charming but Challenging Access-Ideal for adventurous travelers who don’t mind a climb! - The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and spacious, with internet and a lovely balcony—perfect for relaxing. The hotel is nestled in a unique vertical village, so be prepared for lots of stairs. Accessing the entrance involves walking through another hotel and descending several stairs, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. While the location offers a scenic and practical route to the city center via the same stairs, the path is steep and poorly lit at night—taking the bus is a recommended option after dark. Ideal for adventurous travelers who don’t mind a climb!

• Avital (10/5): Exceptional - We’ve stayed in many places around the world, but we’ve never met hosts as kind, helpful, and attentive as here. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond — helping us find our way, giving clear directions, recommending local attractions, and sharing tips that made our stay unforgettable. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, very clean and had a beautiful view — exactly what we hoped for. The location is great, very close to a bus stop, which made getting around much easier. Yes, reaching the property involves some stairs (it is Positano after all!), but that’s part of the charm — and absolutely worth it. Also there are dishes and a stove, so you can cook meals. Everything was perfect, very recommended:)
• Pawandeep (10/5): Exceptional - Amenities, Host was really responsive . We had the most amazing time staying at Villa Carrino in Positano. The villa is absolutely beautiful — spacious, clean, and with the kind of view that makes you stop and just stare. Waking up every morning to that scenery felt like a dream. The walk down to city center via stairs is less 5 mins . But what really made the stay special was the hospitality. Our host and his son Antonio were so warm and welcoming. Antonio was especially helpful — always around if we needed anything, whether it was tips on where to eat, arranging transport, or just checking in to make sure we were comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. We’ll definitely book them again next time we are in Positano.

• Demik (10/5): A wonderful trip in a beautiful place - Everything was fantastic! The owners texted us a day out to give us directions on how to get to the place. The place is gorgeous with 2 outdoor spaces and was very clean. After we were all settled they sent us restaurant, bar, and things to do recommendations and helped set up reservations. They were all around wonderful!! Not a lot of hot water, but it didn’t bother us.
• Cumbajin (10/5): EXTRAORDINARY - Collecting the keys from the hosts was easy and the host son was incredibly nice. Walking up the stairs of the town in the pouring rain –on the other hand– was not easy. That being said, to get to the villa I recommend finding the main road and walking up it, rather than google mapping or apple mapping to the location. This place was like a hidden oasis and no GPS was able to get us there, so stick to the main road and the hosts instructions. Honestly, I just didn't appreciate how difficult it was to find the main road when we first arrived, but that is a town and me issue. The host were incredibly helpful!

• Leslee (9/5): On point for positano - It was very clean and comfortable. The host met us on site and went over everything with us. The best part was the view. It was outstanding from our balcony. There were a lot of stairs and it was a little hard to find.
• Kitkat06 (10/5): Perfect spot for a couple, great host - Nice private spot in Positano, be aware of the numerous stairs, so you will need to be for fit! Clean and comfortable with super helpful hosts with good communication before and during our stay.
• Dean (10/5): 5 Stars! Perfect location, fabulous views, super helpful owners - Exceptional! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Positano centre and Beach. Lovely apartment with cooking facilities and great views. Both the owner and his son were absolutely fantastic and helping with recommendations. Our ferry to Sorrento was cancelled due to stormy weather, they booked us a taxi and organised the porter service for us which was incredibly helpful. It was perfect, not a single negative thing I can think of

Property was amazing. It was quiet, private and you could take a bus from central positano. So lovely views I felt like I didn’t even want to leave the property! -
• Anna-lea (10/5): Awesome apartment! - Communication was absolutely amazing, the terraces are great and you have wonderful view of the valley - even from bed. There’s also a washing machine in the bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots of privacy, very quite. Would happily stay there again!
• Paula (10/5): Amazing views and helpful hosts! - Loved the views and all of the private outdoor areas we were able to use. Our host was easy to contact and so helpful with restaurant recommendations, tips on how to get down to the waterfront easily and arranging for our luggage to be portered down to the ferry dock. I guess the stairs were a bit annoying; but this is basically unavoidable in Positano so you just need to embrace it and enjoy your beautiful surroundings!

• Kathryn (8/5): Charming apartment in the heart of Positano. - Great location up stairs from the main piazza. There is a nice deck with chairs and tables and the room is pretty spacious. The pictures make it look like there is a sofa bed in a separate room but it’s actually all one room-which may be relevant for some travelers. The host is so helpful with lots of suggestions for activities and restaurants. You’ll need a porter to bring your luggage if you don’t travel really light.
• Weaver (10/5): Quaint and beautiful - The view was incredible, and the apartment was very tidy and clean. It was very easy to navigate when arriving by bus, and the stairs right off of the property leading directly to the city center made getting around so easy!! Nothing, our stay was perfect.
• Kíssila (10/5): Although it was a short stay, it was very welcoming and fairly easy to get to. - Amazing view, and many places to sit and relax outside. We were received very nicely and were given many tips and recommendations on where to walk around and have dinner. The owner and his son were great.
