• Joachim Klemens (9/5): Neues Stadthaus mit großer Dachterrasse - Zwei sehr schöne Bäder und eine wunderbare Terrasse! Nach technischen Problemen mit der Wasserversorgung gab es sofort Hilfe und als Entschädigung eine große Tüte mit frischen Zitronen und Orangen vom Papa! Wer gerne kocht, dem fehlt in der Küche das nötige Equipment.

• Susan (9/5): Great place that has everything you need for a nice holiday - Its brand new and beautiful, great airconditioning and has a nice small terrace. Not far from the sea, maybe a 10 minute walk. Quiet side street, groceries just a 2 minute walk up the street Had a lot of problems with the wifi and ended up leaving early because of it. She is changing service providers so should not be a future issue.

• Fiona (9/5): Great place to stay in Avola - Bright and stylish. Great for 2 couples with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and modern fittings and furnishings. Lovely balcony but due to bad weather we weren’t able to use it. Appreciated free street parking just outside the front door. Great restaurants down the road by the beach. Avola is a really good base for visiting other towns in the area: Noto, Ortigia, Modica, Marzamemi etc. Nothing.
• Maja (10/5): I would absolutely return to this property and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welc - This property is new and absolutely beautiful, with the terrace being my favorite spot. The bathrooms are spacious and cozy, making the stay comfortable. It's an ideal place for two couples, as there are two separate units—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Concetta, who welcomed us, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She provided great recommendations on where to eat, swim, etc, and made us feel very welcome, giving us a thorough tour of the house. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the house, and it's both free and safe. . The only minor drawback is that the property is a bit farther from the seaside. While it's walkable, the uphill return can be challenging, but this wasn’t an issue for us since we had a car. The city center is also within walking distance, taking no more than 10 minutes to reach. Given the extremely hot weather this summer, we did notice some ants, but Concetta promptly addressed the issue by bringing insect repellent and showing genuine concern.
• Denry (10/5): Would stay again. - Newly renovated lovely place. The host was always helpful. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from both the old town and the beach. Parking right in front of the door.
• Chloe (10/5): Amazing apartment and lovely host - Incredible stay at the property! The whole apartment was newly renovated and exceptionally clean. Tasteful and modern decor, large and bright bedrooms (2 large beds) and a well equipped kitchen plus a beautiful rooftop terrace. Very easy parking right in front of the door. The apartment is located on a quiet side street but great access to bakeries, restaurants, and only 15 min walk to beach. The best part is the host! Our host is responsive, kind, and gave us great tips for the area. We felt really welcomed and love to go back :) Nothing!
