Au moment de la réservation je n'ai pas compris que le logement se situait dans la montagne à 10km de Vernazza alors que nous randonnions à pied. Il fallait compter 4 heures de marche car le dernier bus était à 16h45. Il restait le taxi...

Le concept ! aucune personne sur place, si ce n'est avec Whatsapp, Pas de restaurations sur place, il m’a fallu descendre en voiture en route en laçais, étroite et dangereuse pour finir une certaine distance à pieds car la ville n'est pas accessible en voiture. Ma compagne qui souffre des jambes, n’a pu venir avec moi.
• NATALI MOVSESIAN (9/5): - Ήσυχο, περιποιημένο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Καλή συνεννόηση με τον οικοδεσπότη, ωραία θέα και καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Είχε και μια πολύ ωραία καφετέρια με θέα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το σπίτι. Ήταν μακριά από το χωριό, δύσκολος δρόμος χωρίς φώτα, επικίνδυνο πάρκινγκ στην στροφή του δρόμου, το wifi δούλευε μόνο μέσα στο δωμάτιο και καθόλου έξω και υπήρχε ένας συνεχόμενος ενοχλητικός ήχος από το κουτί του ρεύματος.
• Linda (8/5): Allt blev bra till slut även fast det låg långt uppe i bergen, tack vare den hjälpsamma värden - Fantastisk hjälpsam värd! Fint rum och fin utsikt. Läget och wifi! Det är lång serpentin väg upp, ca 20 min med buss, det går inte att gå upp. Men det är gratis buss upp med Trekking card fram till 17. Efter restaurangbesök tog vi taxi upp, som kostade 30 euro. Så det var ändå smidigt att ta sig upp och ner.

We knew it was a distance from town and we'd have to take a bus, but the last bus of the night was at 7!! This should be included in the description, we would not have stayed here. We were so disappointed, no relaxing dinners watching the sunset for us. Also communication was lacking, we never did receive any info via email. We had to phone to get let in and had to walk back to the bus stop to get cell service to call.

• Nailza (8/5): Boa, mas não repetiria. - Gostamos da acomodação em si, o predio é bem conservado e estava limpo e bem cuidado. A hostess respondia prontamente as solicitações. Tem uma bela vista do mar, belas paisagens. A localização não é como a propaganda no Booking sugere. Apesar de estar a cerca de 1,5 km da praia (em linha reta, aérea), para chegar lá tem que descer a encosta numa estrada estreita (em alguns lugares só passa 1 carro) de cerca de 5 a 6 km. Então, a propaganda não é clara. Confesso que me decepcionei ao chegar, apesar da acomodação ser confortável. Também não tem muitas opções de comercio por perto. Como chegamos a noite, tivemos que ir a cidade (5 km de carro e mais 1 km a pé, pois o carro não pode entrar na cidade) para poder comprar alguma coisa.

• Tanya (10/5): It's worth the visit in every way. - Irosmarini is so special. Peaceful, classy, a haven. I didn't want to leave. There really are no words. You just need to experience it. It is away from the busyness of the town, high on the mountain where you can hear your own footsteps. Nyima was the best host I've had to date. Kind, patient, and caring. She was always available when I had a question and offered hints and tips when needed. Honestly, it was the best place I stayed on my trip through Italy. I would visit again in a heartbeat. Nothing.

• HERVÉ (8/5): - Chambre confortable et superbe vue sur la mer… Le parking pour la voiture n’est pas vraiment adéquat. C’est dans un virage sur la route avec un léger renfoncement. Étant donné qu’il y a d’autres voitures à se garer, nous n’avons pas forcément de place et surtout la voiture déborde sur la route…. C’est le gros point négatif.

• Joana (5/5): - Inicialmente a simpatia e disponibilidade da anfitriã. Ao chegarmos ao quarto, encontrámos disponíveis, sem qualquer indicação de preçário, chás, cafés, bolachas, 2 garrafas de água, 2 cervejas e 2 Coca-Colas. Em nenhum momento, nem no anúncio do Booking nem no próprio quarto, estava indicado que seria necessário pagar por estes itens ou qual o respetivo valor. Partimos do princípio de que se tratava de um gesto de boas-vindas, como é habitual quando não existe preçário visível ou previamente informado. Para nossa surpresa, recebemos depois uma mensagem a solicitar o pagamento de apenas duas águas — algo que, por norma, é sempre oferecido pelos anfitriões. Relembro que o valor não contava em lado nenhum no quarto, nem a sua necessidade de pagar. A NET também deixa muito a desejar.

Très bonne relation avec les propriétaires pour obtenir les informations et moyens d'accès Bien que très bien placé pour visiter les "cinque terre" il est important de savoir que la route n'est pas évidente ( très sinueuse et très peu large) De plus il est préférable de prévoir ses provisions avant de venir car il n'y a aucune possibilité de faire des courses à proximité en sachant que le logement n'est qu'une chambre sans possibilité de cuisson

• christie (8/5): - Wat ons het meest beviel: allereerst het uitzicht! Het was ontzettend onwerkelijk, zo mooi. Het huis staat hoog bovenop de heuvel. Eerst heb je geen idee waar je terecht komt, maar uiteindelijk is het super. Het was een soort van mooie, nette, schone en moderne hotelkamer. Helaas heeft het geen eigen balkon om daar te genieten van het uitzicht. Maar dat is echt een luxe probleem. Je mocht gewoon gebruik maken van het terras beneden. Het contact met de host is ook super goed. Zonder elkaar te kennen, hebben we leuke gesprekken gehad via de app. Het wespennest(buiten) bij de trapopgang naar de verdieping. Daardoor ging je zo min mogelijk naar beneden. We waren immers beiden al gestoken. Na melding te hebben gedaan bij de host, is er zeker wel wat aan gedaan. Een supermarkt is niet echt in de buurt. Als je daar dus naartoe gaat, zorg dan dat je voor de periode van verblijf wel genoeg op voorraad hebt. En nog een nadeel(geldt niet voor ons hoor) als je slecht ter been bent, kom je door de trappen niet makkelijk op je kamer. De parkeergelegenheid is daar ook echt op zijn Italiaans. In de bocht langs het weggetje dat onder langs het huis in een bocht loopt.

• Maria Adelaide (10/5): - Affittacamere con servizi al pari di un hotel 4 stelle immerso nella natura, lontano dalle zone più turistiche ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile e posizionato strategicamente per girare tutte le 5 terre (noi eravamo in macchina). Il letto era comodissimo, la camera spaziosa e ben arredata, gli ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli, ci hanno lasciato caffè, biscotti, teh, marmellate ecc per la prima colazione che sono stati rimpinguati dopo la prima notte. Inoltre, inaspettato, c’è il servizio di pulizia della stanza , cosa rara per una struttura che non sia un albergo! Menzione anche per la proprietaria che è super disponibile a dare indicazioni e preoccuparsi che tutto durante la permanenza fili alla perfezione. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio vivamente di andare!

• Gerd (8/5): Modernes Zimmer aber für Frühstück ungeeignet - Toller Blick von Terrasse. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Kaffeemaschine incl. Kapseln vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und leise. 6 km bis nach Vernazza, aber es fährt ein Bus direkt vor dem Haus vorbei. Leider fährt der letzte Bus bereits 19.00 Uhr zurück. Dann bleibt nur noch der Fussbus😉 Vielleicht wären ein paar mehr Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse angebracht. Denn es gibt für 3 Zimmer nur 2 Stühle mit einem kleinen Tisch. Wir hatten das Glück den Platz zu nutzen, aber das kann auch anders ausgehen... Wenn man im Zimmer frühstücken möchte hat man nur Tassen und Löffel, kein Messer keine Teller oder Gläser. Zum Glück hatte ich mein Taschenmesser dabei...

• Rana (9/5): I loved it, recommend it, and definitely would return. - The apartment is very clean. Super friendly and helpful host. The view is stunning. There’s a hiking trail next to it to Vernazza. The area is very calm and peaceful. I didn’t have a problem with the location, but just be aware that it’s very far from the station and the center where the beach and all the buzz is. Not a lot of buses. The first bus to go down was at 9 am and the last bus to go up was at 7 pm. If you don’t have a car and prefer to stay in the city center (though staying in the mountain is way much better), better to find a closer one.

• Esther (9/5): Prachtige locatie als je van rust houdt - Alles netjes schoon, modern, goede koffie, thee en klein ontbijtje beschikbaar. De hostes was buitengewoon vriendelijk en vroeg elke dag of het goed ging, of ze nog kon helpen Buiten op het terras hadden we maar een beperkt zitje. Niet heel comfortabel om te zitten

Molto apprezzata la possibilità di un the/caffè la mattina con qualche snack. Un po' scomodo da raggiungere; per raggiungere il paese o qualsiasi ristorante occorre appoggiarsi ad un parcheggio esterno. Macchina essenziale per poterlo raggiungere!
• Nourry (10/5): C’était génial - Tout était parfait, l’hôtel est loin de vernazza mais la propriétaire te guide en te donnant toutes les informations pour se rendre à l’hôtel (soit le taxi ou l’autobus) en cas de problème elle est ultra réactive et elle te conseil sur ton voyage. Les lieux sont grands et spacieux et la vue est juste magnifique. Je recommande cette hôtel à tout le monde autant pour son confort, que sa tranquillité et la vue. Il était à 15-20 minutes en taxi de vernazza ou à 30 minutes en autobus mais l’arrêt est directement devant la maison donc les transports s’effectue sans problème.

• Katharina (10/5): Ruheoase in Cinque Terre - Wer den Trubel und die überhöhten Preise in Vernazza scheut, ist hier genau richtig! Wunderbare Unterkunft mitten in den Bergen mit atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und ruhig, hier findet man Erholung nach einem Wandertag. Ganz in der Nähe eine süße Bar mit leckerem Frühstück und in 3 km gibt es ein Restaurant. Kontakt zur Gastgeberin per WhatsApp, sie kümmert sich wirklich gut um alles! Wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen! Nichts, es war alles bestens!
